The rooms are pretty clean. And include a kitchenette. Full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. Dishes as well.There is a pool. (But don't drink alcohol at it or they'll kick you out) Their words. A gym.Several HBO and showtime channels.It's 4 minutes away from Bricktown. And downtown is right around the corner.Fully stocked breakfast bar from 6-9:30

we took a trip to OKC for valentine's day and went in to get our room and walked in, the electricity didn't work no AC and there were bugs EVERYWHERE. went to the front desk and they didn't care at all! said "oh well we don't have anymore of those rooms(king) like i paid for and requested so they gave us another room(2 queens) was not clean and had old food all over the floor, hair in the shower and in the sheets. ABSOLUTELY disgusting! never had a problem with this place until now. people at the front were rude and unwilling to help.

Stayed the night at this location while traveling to California. The room was very nice and the bed comfy. Service for the staff was excellent. It was an overall great, but quick stay as I had to get back on the road at 4 am

I don't understand why Hotels.com gave them stellar ratings (from at least 1k reviews). I'm beginning to think they may have used bots to write up those reviews?! Oh well... here's mine and I'll break it down to ya "nicely".First thing when you enter the front sliding door entrance: NON-STOP BEEPING of the alarm in between the two sliding doors. I was gonna let this one go but when I came back downstairs in the morning, the freakin beeping is still there. Evening shift front desk worker: not sure if he's new but this dude needs better conversational skills, especially since hotels are in the hospitality business. He looks like a kid just out of college (?). Anyway, he talked like a robot and no facial expressions matching his welcome speech.Room 316: while spacious because they gave us a room for the people with disabilities, there is NO closet to hang coats in. There's a fold up ironing table at the corner and I don't know what it is for when I don't see a damn iron anywhere. The beds and pillows were comfortable though so I'll give them credit for that. Breakfast: that lady running the breakfast bar needs to be fired. Or she needs to at least get some serious sit down talking with whoever owns this place. I came down at 9 am (bar closes at 9:30) and I see several guests already upset. I walk in the bar and the egg tray is empty. A girl is standing by the waffle station and the batter bin is EMPTY. We were able to grab 4 small pieces of sausages and drizzled watered-down gravy on top. There's a few bread and bagels. She is nowhere to be found. I had to knock on the door. I asked if this is all they have and she looked upset that I even asked. Then went to look at her watch. I told her it's ONLY 9 and you close at 9:30. She immediately grabbed a whisk and closed the door in my face. What a rude piece of (fill in the blanks)! I didn't bother for her to return with the cooked eggs (if she ever did). I'm not eating anything she's preparing from then on. The poor girl was still standing by the waffle corner hoping to get the breakfast lady's attention. I believe her dad finally knocked on the door to get her attention too. Because by the time I finished up my measly 2 pieces of sausages and a cup of yogurt (by the way, I grabbed the last one of two that's left in the milk fridge), she finally came out with a container of waffle batter. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. And now we'll have to go look for a better place to eat breakfast. Ugh!

We had an excellent stay here the night after Christmas. The staff at check-in was very accommodating, the room was nicely furnished and was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best "free" breakfasts we have ever had. Loved the biscuits and gravy! We will be staying here much more often as we pass through OKC.

This place was newly remodeled and was very clean. My only complaint is that the bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was literally like sleeping on a cot when camping(which I've done many times). Might as well be sleeping on the floor.

Went for a quick get away for the weekend to relax but instead was eaten alive by bed bugs! Terrible customer service and didn't even give me a refund! Wine up the next morning covered in bites with blood on my body and the sheets! Took photos and videos of the bugs crawling on the bed! So not stay here! No call backs, no email back, no refund, no nothing! Beware!

This was our first time staying here. We were amazed at what we got for the price. Our room was pet friendly and had a semi-stocked kitchen with a small stove, a microwave, dishwasher, and a mid-sized refrigerator. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hot breakfast was tasty and filling. The main reason for only giving 4 stars is because there was an alarm going off as we walked into the lobby. It was a constant sound, and we could hear it from our room, which was a little annoying when it was time to go to sleep.

Stayed at this hotel during attendance at a Softball Tournament and encountered bed bugs. I never received any assistance from the manager or the gm of the hotel or even any follow up from the Radisson. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Firstly.. great price for the stay!! this hotel smells soo fresh like they have an air purifier which is a BIG plus but, So fresh that I noticed weed smoke in the elevator and I gagged!! Non smoking hotel?? Secondly the beds were pretty comfy but the pillows were flat so bring your own!! Sleep well in your bed until very loud noises, a huge thud! Wakes you up starting at 3 am... don't come expecting a view nor a smile from front desk workers. It was an ok stay.. with its own problems
