We are still waiting to checkin to our room! We were in line to check in for 2 hours now and it is now almost 1am!!!! We have been given 6 keys that do NOT work. I would have to go up and down and thankfully I was able to interrupt the line. Finally, the only person working here was able to leave everyone in the lobby to come and use the master key to let my elderly parents into the room. They are sitting on the floor outside the room and it will take A LOT to even get them to stand up (off the floor)! Oh, and the smell of weed/pot was overwhelming from the lobby, elevator, and hallways. I know that isn't their fault but wow...this is shocking! Update-- finally in (after 2.5 hours!) and my father is having to work on the toilet! The guy here is nice but this is insane!

Imagine rolling in a 3am and you're dead-tired and you go up to the counter to check-in, but the receptionist is on the phone and won't even acknowledge your existence. He finishes the call, then starts doing something on the computer. Doesn't look up at you, doesn't say a word, then gets BACK on the phone. Like, I'm sure it sucks working the night shift, but jeez.Anyway, besides that noteworthy poor customer experience, this place was the kind of cheap, half-rundown place you'd expect. Our room smelled pretty bad (mold, maybe?), and only one elevator was functioning (I'm normally a stairs guy, but we were on the 6th floor and the place went all the way up to 10 so... really kind of seems like fixing your elevators should be a priority... especially when you're down to just one left... and it's ridiculously slow...). Fitness room was pretty weak in terms of available equipment (a treadmill, a rower, and a weight trainer), but hey at least they had a gym, I guess. Didn't check out the pool. Great ice machine though; best amenity in the joint! LOL.They had a continental breakfast included, just not a particularly impressive one. Juice, yogurt, waffles, biscuits and gravy, egg patties. Far better than nothing! One less meal to have to pay for while traveling.Very much an okay-ish stay. It served its purpose, as it was nearby to a convention we were attending in the area, which is where we spent the majority of our time!

Please take note that all the reviews within the past year are unfavorable. We booked a room with two queen beds. The room had hair on the bed, so I asked the front desk to move us to another room with the same layout--I had no intention of asking for an upgrade--and only wanted a clean room. In the second room, again, there was hair on the bed. I felt horrible going back to the front desk, and the first thing I said was "I don't mean to be rude or inconvenient but there is hair in the second room, too." The guy at the front desk said he only had one room with two beds left and that he'll go check that it's clean. He came back and said it was clean, and I simply asked, given that we had already found hair in two rooms, "Is there any way I can be sure that it's truly clean and that you didn't just remove the hair?" He responded rudely saying, "How do we know you didn't put the hair there?" I responded that there would be no reason for me to lie since there weren't better or bigger rooms in the hotel so it's not like I would've been upgraded anyway. I would gain nothing from lying, nor do I ever wish to expend time or energy making life harder for anyone. I have never been one to complain anywhere--whether hotels or restaurants, etc--because I used to work customer service and have nothing but empathy for those who do. I understand it is difficult to run a hotel. But the way the manager accused me of lying, and also said "You are the only one out of all the rooms to complain," when in fact I had heard another party in the lobby complaining about the smoke smell in their room, was unacceptable. It is not unreasonable as a hotel guest to not want random hair on the bed you are sleeping on, and yet I was made to feel so. Even the last room had visible stains on the bedding and black dots on the pillows, but I give up. The other lady working the front desk was kind and apologized on his behalf, which I do appreciate, but the basic sanitary measures are not met. It is crazy to have found hair in two different rooms, and on top of that be accused of leaving it there. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you make the mistake of staying here.

The hotel isn't bad, the girl at the counter was very nice. It was kinda hot in the hotel but it was 107 in OKC. The bathrooms didn't seem as updated as the room itself and the lobby. One elevator was broken so it took forever to get an elevator since there was only one for 10 stories.

If I could give this hotel a number of stars so low that it is incomprehensible, I would. The second I steeped into the halls and elevator, it reeked of the devil's lettuce. There were stains all over the carpets in the room and hallway. Also, there was an exceptionally suspicious amount of brown stains on the curtains. Don't even get me started with the bite in a chair and the coffee maker in the bathroom. There were holes in the sheets, and the microwave had a burn in it that might've caused an electrical fire that would have killed me since the fire sprinklers on the ceiling were broken. The pool was also said to have been cleaned and fully operational. That statement is false. The pool was so gross that it could've been a filming location for the movie Swamp Monster. Also, it had so many insects in it that I met the whole cast of a Bug's Life. While the beer cans on the outside of the building were plentiful, the faucet was hanging on for dear life before it fell off the wall. The experience still somehow managed to be worse since I was double charged. Don't go here.

The breakfast was minimal. Toaster broken. Leaking ceiling right in front of the juice machine. Strange smell in the lobby, elevator and hallways. No extra blankets on request, despite offering a sleeper sofa in the suites. The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. Nothing was plush - sheets or mattress - but all was serviceable.

this place is filthy, stains in our bedhair in our bath tub and in the blankets on the bedmold or mildew on the shower drain and! a leaking ceiling that's getting water all over the ground we paid $50 bucks for this room on booking.com and that still feels like too much to pay. this isn't worth the deal even if you pay less than 50, especially if you're sleeping here with kids !

The worst place ever. Would love to give a -1if I could. The room smells, their toilets where with yellow marks. The room sheets smell , duvet had holes on it.The service are terribly not skilled to attend the public.I needed to go to the reception every time because my room key didn't work.Imagine ,you get to your room and can't go in and when you ask the receptionist about the problem they say is your fault. The corridors for the room has always a funny smell.(in a bad way)We need to ask for towels and blankets (I was really scared). One day I believe they spray some bug spray at the corridor , I couldn't breathe, needed to open the window for hours. This place was recommended by Priceline .

This hotel was a huge letdown. I wasn't expecting to be charged a $6.99 daily service fee, especially since no services were actually provided. There was a small sign at the front desk that mentioned you need to request room cleaning in advance. While I appreciate efforts like water conservation or less frequent cleanings, having no services during my stay was simply unacceptable. The room was far from clean--there were sunflower seed shells on the dirty carpet, hair on the bed, and a refrigerator that barely worked. I even asked the front desk to at least change my towels and vacuum the floor, but when I returned hours later, nothing had been done. And this was supposed to be an upgraded room! I strongly suggest spending a little more to stay at a hotel that actually delivers on quality and service.

You shouldn't stay at this hotel. And we were eating breakfast it wasn't even 9:30 and the lady which is very rude started putting everything away before anyone was done.
