Council Crossing Apartment Homes

We took a tour with the manager, Bethane, today and she helped to make it a very pleasant experience. she was so friendly, empathetic and engaging it was a pleasure to tour. The apartments we viewed both seemed roomy, with good features and good use of the space available. I was impressed, but we are still waiting for more detailed explanations of fees and rental rates. Hopefully we will hear from Bethane soon to help us make our decision.

Council Crossing has an awesome maintenance team. Jeff, Bear, Austin and Steven are the best. Anytime I have an issue in my apartment they are quick to respond, clean up after themselves and are super friendly. I would highly recommend living here.

LaShawn and Erica in the management office are so easy and accommodating. All my issues, which weren't very many were always addressed immediately and with care. It's a quiet community and very clean. And it's close to everything.Sarah is most especially amazing too!

These apartments are in a great location and even offer discounts for Hobby Lobby and Amazon employees!

This wasnt a bad place to live at for the most part until the new management took over. To be honest it still isnt too bad. The only thing that I didnt like is that while all the rates and fees here have more than doubled.old ownership:rent increase when signing a new lease $10 per monthgoing month to month $50 per monthno hidden fees of any sort after that.new ownership:rent increase when signing a new lease $25-$60 per monthgoing month to month goes form $740 (regular monthly) to $895(month to month)(must be near edmond? oh, wow only a mile away from the glitz and glam of 10th st)deposit doesnt matter and will still have fees for anything that is damaged or even mildly dirty.not enough maintenance workers cause the lock on my door is still not fixed after 4 months. Yes it was worked on but left that way. (not at all important)we all get notices (flyers) left on the windshields of our cars that we need to move them or they will be towed. I went to see what was going on because there wouldnt be anywhere for us to park for 3 buildings over ( a massive amount were put out) and i needed to know where i would be able to park. I was then informed that "oops haha my bad, wrong day. No worries though, we wouldnt have towed your car". Did i mention that my apartment almost caught on fire due to the breaker box not being wired correctly? Yea, thats a thing here too. ever since the smart meters were installed that has been a problem here sporadically throughout the entire complex. to summarize- they will do no proper maintenance, with price gouging, meaningless idle threats that arent a big deal to them but are to you, with a side of the char and cinder that would be your belongings. good place to stay nope im out asap

This is the best place to live if your in the market for a new apartment your search is over everything about this place is awesome the staff is great they are very helpful when I have a issue it's handled very quickly I could ask for a better place to live!

love it here, everyone been great since we moved in! we made quick friends with our neighbors and the neighborhood is nice!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! Go anywhere else. The worst experience I've had, living here for only three months has been nothing but a nightmare. The maintenance team is slow and does not care. The building is absolutely atrocious. they have installed faulty electric into this building which is caused injury and burns. They do not care about this issue and they have said " This can be handle with lawyers when trying to get the problem fixed. I would not recommend every moving in or even wasting your time talking to these terrible people and place.

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!! i stayed barely a full year and my last week there i finally had good plumbing. The heat in the master room never worked and maintenance came out twice!!! I move out the first week of May and they want a fulls months worth of rent for May? They are horrible, money hungry, racist, and have poor management ! Go anywhere else if you can! Also the rent amount is not worth the quality of the apartment itself
