Bought a large sofa sectional at a fantastic price; don't be afraid to negotiate; was offered half off delivery as well. Very comfortable and delivered when expected by professional and kind young men. The showroom is at the back of a large warehouse (there is a small "couch and company" sign on curb pointing you in the right direction). Family owned and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Great deal!

Shopping with Couch + Co has been one of if not the best furniture buying experience I've had, since moving into my new home!! I've been meaning to leave a review for a while, they are a family owned and operated business we decided to shop with in April. They have a beautiful and diverse selection of couches at an affordable price and outstanding customer service !! Our couch was delivered within 3-4 days from the date of purchase. We had 1 small issue with our couch cushions that was addressed immediately and professionally, and taken care of within the next day at no additional cost. Strange location and really weird set up.. all the couches are in one large warehouse type room. Not sure if it's actually supposed to be for in-person shopping but it doesn't seem like it.

Seller Beware--- they will not honor their commitments. I wanted to sell my couch instead of pay to move it to my new location so I looked this place up. I was told by one of the owners they would look at it and give me an estimate at 11 am. I offerd to bring a sample cushion to show the quality after also sending pictures. I showed up spoke with the other owner( his brother) and he offered me $500. Then he spoke with his brother and told me he can only offer $375 and I accepted since I had an existing offer for $350. I was then instructed by them to expect it to be picked up around 5 p.m. 5 p.m. came no call 5:30 no call 6 o'clock I sent a text asking for an update on the pickup time. Meanwhile, my other furniture is being picked up by another vendor for consignment. 6:35 p.m. no response to text no phone call. I called to find out the status, and all of a sudden the same guy that told me they buy furniture, says they can't buy furniture and will not be able to buy my couch. Now, I am out of double money because I have to get this 1 piece moved. Very unprofessional.

They are very nice. They helped find my Wife and I find a couch super quickly. I think we were there overall like an hour and they answered every question and concern we had. Would 100% recommend.
