Do NOT be fooled by the display apartment. It's apparently the only one they keep up with and show to potential victims. We were shown this apartment and were excited to move in-2 years ago. In the past 2 years we've learned there are termites eating the cabinets alive, mold can be stopped by a spray cab, hot water is seldom, water itself is a luxury(Weekly/monthly notices for maintenance on the boiler), Maintenance will get to it when they get to it, INVEST in renters insurance(Birth certificate and social destroyed and it wasn't their problem), rent has went up 3-THREE-TRES times, No experience in maintenance? APPLY AT COOPERFIELD, Dog poop is a lawn decoration, homeless take baths on the pool, homeLess consistently are picking through trash, SECURITY ONLY WORKS A FEW HOURS AND ONLY ON THE WEEKENDS, asking for any information will require a doctorate in dentistry because it's like pulling teeth, the leasing office is one of the best looking places equipped with snacks a large TV and a couch. Every time the rent goes up we won't know until the lease gets to you, so it's fight or flight. If you're not well prepared you're stuck. I hate it here... Horrible decision. The owner will comment "Please come to the office and talk to us so we can resolve the issue." How about just fix the problems so you don't have to meet with people and make empty promises. These are all OBVIOUS needs tenants shouldn't have to suffer...

This complex lacks the basics of what any apartment complex should have. Good customer service. Good maintenance of the property. When I lived at this complex the apartment was old outdated and overpriced. There was multiple problems around the complex regarding broken fixtures equipment and potholes in the parking lot. No one cleans up after there pets and there dog poop all over the complex that is never cleaned. And when are going into the office expect a line on any normal day becuse it is standard only one person works answers the phone shows the property. Especially on the weekend. I think this property has alot of potential and i hope one day it will take the feedback from its residence to improve on what its lacking.

I dont care for these apartments just moved here. Kitchen seems very outdated parking lot have crater size hole and little things need to be fixed in the apartment all over, key sticks in door. I saw this complex had bad reviews online alot to do with parking, I dont seem to have that problem mostly the fact that the complex is older and needs to be updated. Staff in office seems friendly enough, I feel like i am being rushed out the office when i have a problem though....

I moved here in mid September of 2024. The location is perfect traveling downtown to work. The office staff was attentive and welcoming. The maintenance staff 5 star Bill his assistant attended to all my repair request with very little wait time and knew a solution before entering my unit. Copperfield is in a secure area and I am comfortable leaving my patio door open anytime. In closing, in a rush I have left my keys in the door a couple of times, and a resident has never failed to kindly knock on my door.My only complaint , being a special needs resident, there is not enough Handicap parking for the building I live in.

If you're considering leasing here, look elsewhere. yeah, the price looks nice, but you really get what you pay for.THE WATERit's almost DAILY that the water gets shut off for some period of time due to some water emergency. every time that I've called the office, I've been very kind and addressing the issue, but they have given me a lot of attitude in their tone. THE "SECURITY"my car has been broken into twice over the course of just four months. When I called the office, there was nothing they could do about it, but they said that they were working on getting security and cameras. Months have passed, and no cameras were added. I've seen the security man ONCE in the months after getting the email announcing new security. they don't care about you. They don't care about your stuff. They don't care if you're safe. They're just trying to keep you off their ass.they also like to jump around with their lease terms as well. I don't make a lot of money, so I'm late on rent from time to time. Here's what happened. My lease states that if rent isn't paid by the 12th, I get evicted. fair. They called me on the 5th asking for a date that I can pay that month's rent. the 9th, I said. The very next day, I get a note on my door, saying if my rent isn't paid by the ninth I will be evicted. Clearly, they don't care about the law or their own contracts. This place should be leveled to the ground. Do not come here for any reason. Do not give them your business. It is a living hell.

I lived at Copperfield for two years entire time was filled with nothing but water problems no hot water to scalding, hot water, water leaks, continuous problems with water, leaks, and boiler problems. The apartment complex was sold to a company out of Tulsa the new owners inherited all the problems that came with the water situation. Thank goodness I had my notice to move out. not only are there water problems, but new tenants allowed to move in 2 months before I moved, woke me and other tenants due to their constant fighting. fights over parking spots especially handicap. This place before sold was ran by professionals. My friends still living there tell me it's now being called the GETTO! Maintenance is good. Cars broken into, my friends car window broken out 1 month after she moved in. BEWARE: DO NOT SIGN A YEARS LEASE, with this new owner.

Spent one year here.Pros: Good location, Clean pool that opened early and closed much later than most, price wasn't too bad. Pest control was effective. Did not charge to fill in holes from hanging things.Cons: Maintenance is either inept or overwhelmed. In one year my A/C went out twice (once for a WEEK!), Tub had standing water for over a month, toilet would ran twice (both for over a month).Car was broken into once with locked doors, ransacked twice (unlocked doors). "Security" rolls through once around 8-10pm and does then leaves.Laundry machines often out of order but notes warning as such are taken down (I know as I put them up multiple times) and office will not refund you money lost, instead they refer you to an app which will send you a paper check weeks later.Office has one exhausted (and likely poorly paid) employee named Misha who speaks with only the faintest of hopes that you will not hold her accountable for what will eventually go wrong with your apartment.

The complex has a great location, and you can't beat the price, but that comes at a cost. Before you sign the lease, make sure you can get a walkthrough of the apartment. When I moved in, there was a lot of damage to counter tops, chewed up cabinets, screens, doors not functioning, etc. I have been working with the complex to resolve the issues, but it seems that when one is fixed, others arise.I've had two leaks in my apartment, one of which started to generate mold. Luckily it was fixed, but it took almost two weeks. For the past couple of months, I've had to deal with my neighbors smoke (and other smells) coming through the HVAC and walls. Maintenance came through and noticed a hole between my apartment and my neighbors, and I thought that fixed the issue, but I recently discovered another large hole (and hole is used loosely here) in the drop ceiling in the kitchen that leads to the same place the first whole was. It is a very nauseating smell, and working from home does not help as I am immersed in it the entire day.My screen door has broken multiple times and there are people in the complex that let their cats loose around the grass area by the pool. One of the cats tried to get into my apartment the other day because I had my door open, but could not shut my screen.Management did work with me to transfer me to another unit, which is above and beyond, but they could not guarantee that the neighbors there did not also smoke. They allowed me to check out the unit before accepting the transfer and it was in worse condition than mine currently is in.I have heard great things about this complex from friends of friends who lived here previously, but I cannot recommend this place to anyone after my experiences. There is little to no communication between tenants and management. Voicemails left and never receive a call back, emails go unanswered. If you decide to live here, please be prepared to not hear from anyone for days at a time.T

I would start by saying something nice but there not much to say positive about this property at all. They have so much to work on as far as how they treat people they are so rude and I a feel like race is a big issue they did not fix anything but my bathtub because I threatened if it fell in. Very over priced for outdated ass shit. The neighbors were cool until we were about to move and the apartment never replaced my patio door after months of asking and my things were stolen. Very disappointed and if I had no right mind if could've gone very different. Parking is terrible. And Ryan is a bitch fuck you very much copperfield.

Ending our short term three month we ran into a couple dilemmas but KRIS was very professional and helped us sort through! We had no problems while living there. Other than the kitchen and bathroom cupboards very outdated and falling apart it was fine.
