Cool cups

I posted this on google, but it was so good I had to post here too. I recently discovered this cute and delicious dessert place a couple weeks ago. So many amazing flavors with such a unique texture! We have been a few times and have never been disappointed with the flavors or the service.I don't usually post reviews, but this was a must! They are always so friendly and kind with great customer service.The first time we went, we thought it was closed because they were mopping. But the nice girl inside ran out to grab us and let us know that they were open until 8. She was so sweet to us even though they closed in 10 minutes. She took the time to come outside to let us know they were open. That alone was the best customer service that I've seen in a while. She even gave us samples and made sure that we had a great experience! We are definitely gonna be a couple of regulars.

I'm lactose intolerant so Cool Cups is a life saver! They also offer sugar free options! They're very patient and let you sample the flavors if it's your first time visiting. The set up is a cool vibe and ready for a good photo op

This was my first time trying cool cups and I am now hooked. The new store front is small, but nice and clean. The owner was there and was very nice helping me decide which flavor to get. The young lady making the cups was super sweet and hook her time mixing the flavors we requested. The flavors are amazing, this taste like real Italian Ice. Creamy and flavorful. I love the price point, which is affordable for the size of the cups. The ones in my post are medium, it was way more than enough. I'll probably get a small next time! I will definitely be back.
