Chef Julien recently catered an event for the Earth Day Sponsors and volunteers, held at the Discovery Museum. He provided BBQ chicken that was outta this world, pulled pork, potato salad, rolls, coleslaw, vegetable trays and dip, and really good BBQ beans.He is a self taught chef. By viewing his website, looks like he cooks up a mean soul food experience. Though I cannot attest to that, I can guarantee, he put together a delicious BBQ menu for us.Good food, friendly service. Great for when you don't want to heat up your kitchen from those hot Reno days!

I worked with Julien on a dinner for my parents 60th wedding anniversary for 10 people. He was super easy to work with on designing the menu which was great as we were planning remotely. He was right on time and everything he cooked was delicious from salad to desert. As an added bonus he is a very nice person and we all enjoyed having him at our celebration.
