I love this store! Lots of great stuff at great prices. Friendly staff, clean environment

I honestly don't know where they get off pricing items the way they do. I didn't read reviews until after I went into that place and I see people saying they found "great deals." I didn't find anything, but EXTREMELY overpriced, used items. They had a small rack of items for 20% off, which is nothing when it comes to what they price the s--- for. They get these items for chump change, or for free and have the audacity to put a $47 tag on an ugly a-- shirt when you can get a similar item brand new for $8.99 at a place like Ross. Greedy, greedy, greedy. They had a sign on the door saying they weren't taking any more items because they were "full." Well, Consigning Sister's, maybe if you rethink your pricing, you could actually sell a lot of what's on your floor. If you get your hands out of everyone's pockets, you're more likely to get some money in your hands. Food for f---ing thought.

New owner is the most ridiculous person I've ever dealt with in my life! I've consigned with the old owner for over 15 years and the new owner claims she can't find my consignment number or any records of money she owes me. Do yourself a favor and go to The Bottom Drawer in NW Oklahoma City. Amazing resale shop and the owner is the best! Their store looks like a super cute retail store and not like a Goodwill store; like Consigning Sisters looks like now!

Don't do business with Consigning Sisters!After doing business with an Edmond resale shop for 25 years, I moved to CS with a former employee when our store closed. I took clothes and accessories there a few times & told them rather than mailing my check, just to hold it in their account until I came in again. But Covid hit and I didn't go back to the OKℂ metro area again. Now they won't give me my earned money & the new owner said I signed a contract that didn't exist for me. I was already well known with their new employee. They prefer to steal a measly $35 dollars than to do the rightful & honest thing.So if you want to always be paid for your beautiful items or you want to do business with an upstanding company, don't go to Consigning Sisters!!!Beware for your own sake, there are others to go to now.

just dropped off 10 LK Bennett and Other beautiful designer dresses/tops yesterday , staff was very friendly, Store was clean, will update as sale progresses - had fantastic selection a beautiful things.

I've been using Consigning Sisters in Edmond for many, many years. Just went to pick up my check and drop my bi-yearly clothes off! Apparently it is under new ownership and I'm not in the system any longer. It's not about the check but when the owner Sharon came in told me as I was walking out the door I'm HATEFUL she never even heard the conversation. After a 30 second conversation she literally went INSANE!!! I hope you take this review seriously! There are too many other local stores who would love to have you as a customer!!

I always find something nice! Better yet, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm not a consigner, just a consumer who loves a good bargain. I am excited for the newest location to be finished.

Don't consign here...I took in about 30 or more name brand pieces before Christmas and they said none sold which is hard to believe! They're either bad at what they do or not truthful. Either way, they're very rude and always unhappy, especially the owner. They are always complaining openly in the store and wonder why they're doing poorly. It's very sad, this place used to be the best before the new owners. Save time and money, go to Goodwill or consign elsewhere. There are lots of other consigning places.

Please avoid this business at ALL COST! Unprofessional is too good of a word for them. The store owner is the rudest, most undignified and most dishonest I've ever come across in all of my many years of consignment shopping.The customer NEVER comes first here and is seen more as prey to be taken advantage of then an actual customer. My wife and I will never step foot in this place again. If you live in the Edmond/OKC area do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!
