Previously, I left a good recommendation because they sped up my computer. However, they removed McAfee without consulting me and could never get the defender firewall to work. I left my laptop with them two times, one time for two days, one time for three days, they could not fix it. I brought my laptop McAfee and my computer is fine. Very disappointed in their lack of ability to correct their mistake.

My Lenovo Thinkpad was giving me problems, some of the keys stopped working on the keyboard. The guys were efficient and within a couple of days, they ordered a new keyboard and replaced mine, under $150! A couple months later and I'm still happily clicking away...

The owner Kevin seems like a knowledgeable and trustworthy guy who took personal accountability for my issue.Yes, they obviously charge for labor, but the 1 star review guy is out of line. It makes no sense that a computer store would give free diagnostics. It's not a charity.I am a computer person, but some things are beyond my scope. I've spent about $1,200 here so far. You obviously pay markup and labor on the base price of parts, but so far the computer is running good and is a lot cleaner and prettier than if I had done it myself. Also, it prevents the problem of me accidentally frying my own parts.Still have a repair I need them to do so will definitely return to the store. I've gotten pretty good vibes so far.

At First They Were Nice And Seemed Like They Wanted To Help But After You Buy ITs Just a Money Game I Bought A PC From them and its hasnt worked more than it has, constantly up there with it just for them to say whatever isnt covered by warrenty they try to act nice but when things go wrong there are very personal and offensive, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS NO OTHER CHOICE

I needed my computer checked to identify the problem, I showed up at 10 am so they could check it. They said 3-5 days and almost two hundred dollars. I've done business with them since they opened and apparently the new management doesn't care about the customer. I will never go back.

Walked-in, serviced right away. Gaming PC with a solid DRAM led issue. Problem was addressed in front of me. Troubleshot by technician and resolved within 15 minutes. This was not something I would've been able to do myself and I'm grateful. Their team appeared extremely knowledgeable; they were professional and friendly throughout. This will be my go-to spot for IT issues.

As of 09/09/23 the Computer Connection has One of the WORST RETURN POLICIES I have ever see. If you are dissatisfied or if the computer does not work to your expectations you only have THE SAME DAY purchase to return if you pay cash for a full refund. 3 days to return it for full refund if you use a credit card. DO NOT PAY WITH CASH here, only USE A CREDIT CARD if you want your 3 day return refund. I am docking 2 stars because they were not up front about their return policy and the fact that they have you sign your name on the BACK of the sheet of paper when the RETURN POLICY is on the FRONT side of the paper. I was buying a powerful compact case computer and wasn't sure how it was going to work for me. The Computer turned out to be really loud, run hot and crashed several times when gaming in standard settings. Now I bought the computer thinking I would have at least 14 days to return it if I did not like it, similar to other box store's return policies. To the Computer Connection's credit they were willing to work with me and let me trade up or down or have a IN-STORE credit. Everything worked out in the end but still I was really shocked and surprised about the SAME DAY/3 DAY RETURN refund POLICY.

I upgraded my gpu but had a faulty psu so I told the gentleman that was working there about the piece I upgraded to and was wanting a recommendation for a reliable psu. He recommended a modular psu and it worked like a charm. These guys are great!

According to my Dad, this shop used to be good. He loved Kevin. Kevin is gone now and they've lost their way for sure. Took my Dad's laptop in for scrubbing and tuning. Barely any performance gains even thought the laptop is only 2 years old. They suggested installing a better hard drive....Ok. But then they proceeded to wipe my Dad's copy of MS Office and lose files in the process. No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just shrugged and wanted payment. What a bunch of knuckle draggers. Stay away from this place.
