Community Thrift Store

They were a great place to shop! Until today. My son who is a minor & a Type 1 Diabetic that requires insulin, and a nasal spray to wake him up if his sugar bottoms out. We have went in there many times, and NEVER had a single problem with him carrying his diabetic bag in the store. There were many employees he came in contact with today that could have said something. The manager waited until we were in the store for about 30 min before saying anything. And she said it in front of a lot of people that were around.My mom & I explained that he is a T1D and has to have these meds accessible. She said we could leave it behind the counter. I said so you want me to leave $1000 worth of medicine with people we don't know. She said well they are my employees they will protect it. So she doesn't trust my son in a THRIFT store to not steal cheap BS, but she expects me to trust her employees with a THOUSAND dollars. Not only that, but he has to have that nasal spray. If he passes out I have to grab it. As soon as he drops. She didn't care that she humiliated him infront of a dozen people. She didn't care that she made him feel less than because of his disease. I called corporate and they didn't even care that she did this. The Americans against disabilities need to get on this business & let them know this isDISCRIMINATION! The jewelry is incredibly expensive (this is a THRIFT store, right?) The jewelry grab bags are a RIP OFF you pay lots of money & get JUNK.

i was just doing a little looking and i saw something in the case that was interesting. i noticed there was a line and i was in a hurry. nobody even asked if i needed help and after one person was done in line the cashier looked at me then helped the next customer without saying a single word to me. unbelievable. would not recommend.

This store was a nice contrast to some of the other thrift stores I got to visit while in Oklahoma. It was clean, organized, and adhering to the CDC guidelines for COVID. Aside from that, the prices and selection were reasonable. I'll be back next time I'm in the state.

Very reasonable prices and very organized..Found ornaments for .99 Charger plates for .50

I was unable to buy a item because it had no tag. The manager said i had to wait till monday to get a price on a stuffed beaver. I offerd to pay 5 dollars and was still rejected. Im removing this store from my list in oklahoma.

The cashier tried to get me to go to the other side of the store to check out. That didn't make any sense because I was next in line. After the person in front of me was done, the cashier just walked away. Didn't say anything. I left my full cart. I had already removed my hangers so check out would have been easy. I don't know if it was laziness, racism because I was the only white person, or something else but it was completely unnecessary.

Have only been to this store maybe 6 times but I'll go back for these reasons ~*women's clothing selection is plentiful and with great prices! Didn't shop the men's section but just looking it appeared well stocked and nice quality *employees were helpful *store not crowded*has a clean functioning restroom*store is clean and well organized*each thing bought 'used' helps protect our earths natural resources

Today both Hispanic cashiers had an attitude.One took a customer ( who came after me ) in front of me. She said that the line went other way, there was no indications, which way the line should go, and she saw me standing in line and said nothing.Other cashier did not want to give a military discount to us as a couple. Really, people, why you are working there if you have no customer service skills.
