Comfort Airworks

I contacted Comfort Airworks for a 2nd opinion after a larger company told me I needed 7k in repairs on my unit. He responded quickly, was communicative and fit me into his busy schedule. He reassured me that my unit was fine and for a service call fee that's less than what most companies charge. He is experienced and knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything so that I understood. Very trustworthy and I highly recommend! Will be calling him for all my AC needs in the future.

After receiving no response from multiple heating and air companies, I made one last effort and contacted Comfort Airworks via Yelp and heard back from Cody, the owner/operator, within minutes. Cody provided a service call quote and scheduled my service for two days out. Upon arrival, he assessed the issue, personally showed me where the problem was located, and even recorded a before and after video to show the repair. Cody's assessment was honest and his fees are reasonable and fair. Should I need future service on my HVAC unit, Cody's the one I'll call.

I called Comfort Airworks to get my AC looked at. When I explained my situation, the person I spoke with chose to work with integrity and give me solutions that did not involve a service call because it was the right thing to do. They even texted me the solution we discussed. They may not have gotten my service this time, but I can guarantee next time I need service, I will be calling Comfort Airworks.
