These guys were AMAZING! My car got hit TWICE and needed some pretty extensive cosmetic help. I was told they would have my car for 29 days, on day 14 they called and told me it was ready!! My car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. Jeff was amazing to deal with, and called me with any unexpected damage they found, and they dealt directly with my insurance for me! I highly recommend these guys. Hopefully I don't need anymore repairs in the future but if I do I'll definitely be going back to them.

I hit a deer at the end of January. After 6 weeks of repairs I got a call that they were just finishing up the last repairs but Collision Clinic had just gotten confirmation from my insurance that they were going to cover the replacement of a tire. I was told there'd be a further week delay to receive and replace that tire. I was upset that they didn't just ask me if I would cover the replacement if my insurance chose not to you that way we could already get that repair underway. However, instead of waiting, I told them not to worry about it, and I would just take it to a place that could get it done same day. Even though they said they were finishing up my repairs it was still three more days before they contacted me to come pick up my car. Their timeline was very misleading. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was charged for my deductible AND for the partial replacement of the tire. I asked them what the additional charge was for. They explained that it was for the replacement of the tire but couldn't tell me why I was being charged for a tire they didn't replace. They've given me a refund check for the amount that my insurance had paid them for the tire but we're not refunding me for the amount that I was paying. I finally got confirmation from my insurance that I should've only been charged for the deductible. Now after contacting the shop and explaining this, yet again, they are saying it's my insurance's responsibility to pay me back that money, and not them even though its their mistake. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and ability to comprehend. They also tasked the receptionist with telling me this rather than the manager getting on the phone himself.

We took in one of our cars after an accident. At first the process was pretty pain free. Minus a few hiccups with the State Farm representative and the rental car. Not the repair shops fault. The car was in a minor accident so it was repaired fairly quickly. As far as the work done, mediocre at best. Our car is about three years old and is parked mostly inside so the paint is still in very nice condition. After receiving the car back it was obvious that the car had been painted on the affected side. I really don't know anything about blending techniques with car paint but there shouldn't be obvious imperfections in the paint job. There were three spots with imperfections that made it a give away that the car had been repainted. Less than ideal when you want to sell the car in a few years but oh well. However, I will say they did an excellent job of refinishing the rim on the car. The rim was done right.The only other issue that unfortunately would prevent us from using the shop again is that they did not check all the electronic components that were affected in the accident. Therefore when we took the car home we noticed one of the headlights were noticeably dimmer. We had to take the car in and they were unable to find anything wrong upon immediate inspection. We had to once again bring it in again another day to have a electronic specialist check the car out. Inconvenient for most but it thankfully wasn't an issue for us since I have a flexible schedule and a third car. The car is finally fixed. Which we are thankful for however this experience proved to be too much hassle.

Took my Jeep in to get repaired after hitting a deer and had a great experience. They were able to take me to work after dropping it off, super easy to work with. They were able to fix everything in under a week and even cleaned out the inside of my Jeep and washed it, which I wasn't expecting but a nice surprise! I definitely would recommend them!
