This apartment is really clean and well kept with all new windows. A lot of green space between buildings make you feel like living in a park. It's community that everybody say hi to everyone. Most of the tenants are being here for over 3 years or longer because of treated well and reasonable rent price. The landlord recently rebuilt the laundry room and brought in all new Speed Queen equipment. Rooms are big and its close to down town Edmond too.
