Cocina San Pasqual

The salsa is okay. The people are nice. But....I bought enchiladas from the farmer's market and they were terrible. Probably the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. I hope they fix their flavors. It reminds me of frozen tv dinners, but worse.

In order to comply with guidelines, here's my caveat -- I'm a journalist and encountered this business in researching a story. I sampled some of the products. I had looked at this site to get the phone number and saw only one review and it was quite negative. Today I took my family to the Edmond Farmers' Market and -- on my own dime -- bought breakfast burritos. I have received no perks or requests from the owners. My unbiased opinion -- this food was really good. The whole family loved the burritos -- husband and two adult grandsons. The salsa was fresh and good. The items I sampled during the interview -- green chile quiche, hot jalapeno jelly and salsa were excellent. Nothing was prepared especially for me so I tasted the same things available to other customers. I'm sorry Jody had a bad experience. I thoroughly enjoyed mine and will do it again. I just wanted to give my opinion lest someone be deterred from trying Cocina San Pasqual by one review.
