Just a follow up. The owner never called to even try to make it right. the product they sold to my mother was not what she was presented. she was called a liar and basically too bad... so instead of taking the 20% restocking fee she was forced to keep it not wanting to lose that much money. owning my own business I just don't get it.lesson learned.

I purchased a cross necklace from the Quail Springs store location as a Christmas gift for my 6'3" son. The employee Vicky showed me several different cross styles telling me that the size was the actual size that appeared in the book. After I received the cross it was half the size of the one pictured in the book. I requested a refund as the cross was not what I thought I had ordered. I was basically told by Vicky that I could have a refund less 20%. Or keep the necklace. She was extremely rude and said that I was calling her a liar because I didn't agree with what she said she had told me about the size of the cross. I will never do business with this company again.

I am very pleased with the service they provided. I walked in with a small watch repair request and it was done for $5 and 15 mins! I know the repair was minor, but props to them for stepping up and having the knowledge and integrity to step in and go above and beyond. Thanks guys!!!!!

I went to change my battery for my watch and they said it's not working it's need service. And then when I was Leaving from store my watch crown was broke so I went bacK to the store and said it's was perfectly alright as not broken so they said we didn't broke it. Lady was rude. It's was my Tory Burch watch. Don't go for repair. They don't tale responsibility to doing some wrong things.

Took my 14K wedding band in to be resized. They did the work professionally in 3 hours (all other jewellers said it would take 10-14 days). When I picked up the ring I was astounded...it fit perfectly and they had professionally polished at no additional charge.Bottom line: great service, great work, at a good price!

The service was fine initially. Dropped off the bracelet and discussed the work of taking extra stones out of the tennis and making earrings from the extra stones. Somehow, we got to the subject of is the diamonds real. So i suggested that she test them. She said, "I wasn't expecting that." Finish up, walked out and realized I had another question returned, and they are huddled around the bracelet testing it more. I said, "Is there a problem. The other service lady said oh we think they are lab stones." Then called back and raised the price for the work quoted. So is it just me, or do you question all the jewelry/stones you get from your clients. Not everyone with copper colored skin and braids are broke.Side note: Work was fast and acceptable but couldn't match metal color when resizing.

RUN, don't walk, to another repair service! A new bar for horrific customer service. I wouldn't trust them with a .99 RingPop. Damaged a ring during resizing, then gave 4 different dates over a three week period when it would be ready. I called to complain bc I was getting the runaround. This seemed to get the technician, Mike, into gear bc the ring was ready within two days. When I went to pick the ring up, Mike says to me in a low, ominous tone, and I quote, "I understand you called to complain. You really shouldn't have done that." It sounded like a threat. I went on to tell Mike that first you offered a repair that you weren't equipped to handle which resulted in the damage of my property, then you gave me 4 different dates when it should be ready, so I had every right to make a complaint and get management involved--all the while Mike was cutting me off and trying to talk over me when he really should have been apologizing. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!

I came in to drop off my chain so it could get fixed. I come back the next day and my chain was two inches shorter then when I brought it in! I asked the girl that had got my chain for me why it was shorter and she just kept telling me it wasn't, as if I didn't know how long MY jewelry was! Then I asked to speak to the person that worked on my chain and he was in the back on lunch so he wouldn't come speak to me about the situation. My friend also had a similar experience as well. Do not recommend using this business

I have never dealt with a company with so little respect for my own personal property. I originally took my bracelet in to get links taken out of it, after getting it back I noticed it was still not as short as I had hoped so I asked to take more links out and showed them exactly where I wanted the bracelet to hit on my wrist. I went back to pick it up and saw the bracelet was extremely short and now did not even clasp on my wrist. As I voiced my issue with them they came up with "solutions" that were absolutely hideous and then tried zapping it back together in which it immediately broke off in the spot that was zapped, twice. After seeing their solutions were not working at all I simply said I want my money back so I could get it properly fixed elsewhere. The manager refused to give me any money back until he saw my original receipt from months ago, even after offering the numerous tickets they had given me every time I was in there. He was extremely insensitive to the situation and never offered the slightest apology even after explaining I inherited the bracelet. If you want your jewelry to be handled properly and respectfully do not go here.
