This is the worst place to live. Not only did management overcharge me for four years, they harbour rapists and pedophiles and theives. The water is undrinkable. They harass people on the daily bc they cannot raise their rents. And lie,lie, lie to get anyone they can to move in here. They have been harassing me about my dog since she was a puppy. Ignoring the fact im grandfathered in. We dont bother anyone. Dont get the cops called but we always have problems with management. My neighbor breaks into my house every chance he gets and my dogs protect me. My fiance is retired millitary did four tours. He gave 20 yrs of his life. That woman could care less. My dogs are service dogs and she is a parasite. She who claims that she can buy judges. Dont move in here. The average electric bill is bwt 300 and 400 a month. If you rent you pay the rent and the lot rent on top of that. Oec is not. Cheap. The water is disgusting. The people here will rob you blind and rape. And the mangement tries to make sure you have no protection while issuing false allegations that she cannot prove. If a man who is retired army about to bc part of the police force says that they are terrible thats bad. Save yourself. Its even worse if you own your own home. They harass you none stop.

Community landlords is amazing! Very kindhearted, she truly cares about her property and the folks that reside there! I highly recommend this community!!

It was easy to get a house to buy and Desitny was amazing to work with to get our house. We brought brand new mobile home and I love it. The neighborhood is quiet at night and clean.
