Classic Tile Stone & Marble

The service at Classic Tile is over the top outstanding. We had built a house over 3 years ago and decided we needed more of a particular tile from Italy. Every employee worked diligently to find the tile for us even though it was a relatively small order of 100 sq. Feet. The service was just as good as if we asked them to supply tile for our entire home. In the end, the tile was no longer being made and the employees went to great lengths to locate the tile and order it for us. I would imagine that every experience with Classic Tile goes far above and beyond to meet and exceed the customers requests and expectations.

Always great selection and service. They go out of their way to insure you are well taken care of. The work was is always outstanding. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have walked into the back area of Classic Tile (where they sell all the different flooring components) on two different occasions. There were multiple people working each time, with no customers in sight. No one said a word to us, no acknowledgement, no hello, no welcome, no "can I help you find something?"....nothing. I know times are changing but is this really how businesses are being ran? Needless to say, after the second attempt, we are now happily taking our business to Floor & Decor. They're at least friendly and make sure I find what I am looking for.
