So many people were confused on how the process works. When inside the door you sign your name on the paper pad (example; if you're there for a tag renewal). Then you go take a seat and wait til they call your name. They will cross off your name as they take it down on their own sheet for calling you back - you are NOT being skipped. Classen Tag definitely needs more chairs for seating though! So much extra room and not enough seating for how busy they get. They aren't in-and-out like people make it seem unless they just have good days..

It was time to renew my tag. I was trying to find a tag agency that would be pleasant to deal with. Found it! Easy access from the main road and adequate parking. Getting back onto the main road is a little challenging just due to traffic, but that's just part of the busy streets. They have a nice open seating area, and a clerk at each window. I was greeted by a lady who quickly took care of my request and engaged in pleasant conversation. I think that goes a long way for customer service. I will recommend this location to my friends and family. Of course, the state sets the fees and there's not a whole lot we can do about that part. Keep in mind there's always extra cost associated with debit or credit card purchases. Check or cash and its straight across. I appreciate the friendly, greeting and prompt service. Definitely worth the drive.

Classen Tag Agency is the only tag agency I would go to register new cars and renew car tags or driver licenses. Not only does Classen Tag Agency provide the best customer service, they are also the most efficient. I can get my car tag renewed faster than at any other car tag agencies, in and out in less than 5 minutes. Walking into Classen Tag Agency has never felt like a dread because I know I will be in good hands. Usually, I will be greeted by one of the beautiful ladies at the front. Once in a while, you'll be greeted by the owner, a quite dashing man himself. I've nicknamed this place "Classen Acting Agency" because everyone is so beautiful.The staffs at Classen Tag Agency are the most knowledgeable than at any other tag agencies. They truly know everything about the job. Not only that, they are also the most intelligent group of individuals, some are highly educated. One has a master in accounting. One has a nursing background and a Bachelor of Arts. One has a degree in law (JD), a former lawyer. And rumor has it that at one point during its peak, Classen Tag Agency had a doctor. Literally the worst Tag Agency ever! I called in advance to see what all I needed, I got everything prepared and went to this location. Waited in line for ONE hour and once I get to the front they said I was missing one of the items. Well... why aren't you answering correctly when people call in advance. It was a completely waste of time, they do not have respect for the customer's time.1- your reply is really creepy. Did you also track me in my car to see how long I was there waiting?2- your employees didn't inform me of what I needed, it had nothing to do with my car. So please get your facts straight before you reply. Thanks!

Jeff was helpful to clear up some communication issues, I feel prepared to get my new car registered and tags renewed!

We're gonna have to come up with a better excuse to not doing your job beyond "you didn't make an appointment", when the whole store is empty on a Tuesday. Pathetic rules made by pathetic people

I have delt with Classen Tag and I am pleased to say never had an agency so helpful and polite professional and willing to help Shout out Andrea she is so kind and loving keep up the good work Wonderful place

I went again today to renew my tag and was in and out within 3 minutes. The service is great every time and I've spent hours waiting at other agencies. I'll never go anywhere else!

David is amazing I don't think I would of passed my test if he would have not been so understanding and help me calm myself before I took my test I'm grateful he was my instructor

Tried to get a real id . Sayed I need to make a appointment. Wasted my time. Drove out of my way to go here
