I came in earlier today for a brand new vape for my husband at 12:39. I was return to the store few hours later around 2 pm. to return the unit because my husband has change his mind on the vape and has found his old vape. The lady who sold the unit to me did not inform that the unit and any item are not returnable or exchangeable. I was really disappointed that piece of the information was not informed and the lady who helped me when I returned to the store was not very nice in the way she was talking to me. I was asking for help on the smok's website that she told me to go to enable to return the item. I was asking her of where to go and pretty much told me to leave because she has other customers to take care of. Nicely done. It just disappoint me that the important information like store policy was not noted on the receipt or in the store.
