My sweet husband ordered flowers for my birthday for delivery to the Hamilton OKC on Saturday, 6/29. The owner told me she delivered this bouquet herself. I called and spoke to her to relay my absolute disappointment in how the flowers look only 48 hours later. I have never had an experience like this. Usually florist flowers last about a week for me. The lilies are dying and the ones on top are not going to open. The roses were already on their way out when she made this boquet. She made excuse after excuse and did not care. I would NEVER ever recommend this florist.

I needed a purple bouquet on Saturday. It was for a friend I hadn't seen in 30 years. Apple Maps mistakenly said they were open until 6pm. I've ordered from this vendor before, so I was very happy. I showed up at 3:20, and their door was open, and their sign said open, but in reality, they close at 3pm on Saturdays. The lady behind the counter said I could still pick something out, but nothing they had in their case fit what I was wanting. She agreed to make my custom arrangement after hours, and it was glorious. Can't recommend City Sweets enough!!

I bought some flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day weekend and upon being drawn to the store for the sign stating a dozen roses for 1999. I went into the store only to find out as the owner pointing out the 1999 flowers are basically wilted and were unhealthy looking. The owner was very rude and short with me until I pointed out her terrible customer service skills and she seemed to soften up. But it was a joke. I will never frequent this place of business again.
