Chuck House

Haven't been here in a long long time. So stopped for lunch. It's a drive in order system. Figure out what you want and push the button. Was able to understand everything. Ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich which comes with mayo, lettuce and tomato. Took abt 8-10 minutes which was fine. A very nice and polite young lady brought it out. Thanked me and wished me a blessed day. Very nice. Drive home and when I opened the sandwich I was very impressed. You probably could have made 2 out of this. It was cooked very well. Nice crispy coating and very tender, which can be an issue with this cut some times. It was awesome and pretty reasonably priced IMO. The flavor and seasoning were spot on. Will definitely go back as again IMO it puts the other CFSS places to shame. Not much for ambiance as it's a drive in.

Charging customers full priced tax on half priced items. I appreciate the discount, but you're stealing.

This is my first time in coming here and I was very happy. I got the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. The restaurant was very clean. We had no problems finding parking spot. The staff were very nice and professional. The quality of the food and portions was very generous. I enjoyed my time at this restaurant and I recommend you to anyone who's looking for a very good meal!

I got the pork cutlet dinner with okra and mashed potatoes and gravy and a chef salad with turkey. Portions are big. The root beer and cherry limeade are better than most competitors in my opinion. A+

Holy cow! Now that is a fried steak sandwich!! Perfectly breaded and crispy, but not heavy or greasy, steak inside tender and flavor comes through nicely. Original has just enough mayo and toppings, and a price tag of $5.80. I just loved it. Huge, filling but not heart burn inducing, big enough for two eating a light lunch with a side. I wish the other menu items were as good. The fries were overcooked and tasted like cardboard. Burger had little flavor as well. I took off a star because of the hit and miss menu.This place gets busy at lunch, but they keep up pretty well. I recommend sticking with what they do best, the steak sandwich. Seriously, one of the best around!

Looking for a drive up place for lunch today due to the medical issues going on. Thought of this former Del Rancho drive in from years ago.Love the easy to read menu.Ordered Chicken fry steak sandwich and tater tots.Wasn't so bad, use to be a little crisper.Husband ordered Chuck House Hamburger with onion rings.His Hamburger was a double pattie with chili and tangy relish. He said it was really good.I remembered the tea was good but we had ordered my normal Dr Pepper. Ordered a large and came out a HUGH 44!Service was fast and friendly.Kinda hidden place, needs a little love.

This place right here!!! I love their chicken fried steak samwiches. Yes, I said samwiches!! Not sandwich, I said samwich!! This place will gorge you on the chicken fried steak. They're so huge, you can actually feed 2 regular eating people with one of them because not many people can finish a whole one by themselves. Don't even dare try to order fries on the side, you'll really be hurt if you did! I always like coming to this place when I'm in town. I get the big samwich with a large sweet tea and burp for the next 2 hours eating that. They have a very interesting menu. I want to try their burgers also but it's always that damn steak samwich that calls my name. I'll break through it one day.

My coworkers went there for lunch and brought me back half a chicken fried steak sandwich. I gotta say this was pretty darn good. The tomatoes and mayo was just right, we got it sans lettuce which I thought was a smart idea to make it less soggy. The breading was very well seasoned so it was flavorful even without any gravely (which is my preferred way to have chicken fried steak). Huge sandwich, great value, and big flavors! I can't wait to check this quick lunch spot myself.

My hubs & I tried calling in an order to Chuck's Steak House... and, it's cuisine is very similar to another "steak house" called Chuck House off NW 10th St. just east of Meridian. However, I'm reviewing The Chuck House in MWC, OK only. First thing you need to know is they're under new management, hence their phone number has changed to 405-455-6126 (I posted a copy of the restaurant's menu, which has the number listed at the bottom). Similarly, this restaurant boasts chicken fried steak as their specialty, plus offers a litany of sides to round out your meal: side salad, green beans or fried okra, plus, a baked potato, French fries or tater tots, along with cream gravy & a piece of Texas toast. If you're looking for some healthier options, Chuck offers the following: Chef salad, side salad or salad with a chicken breast & your selection of dressing. There are other mouth-watering choices, so be sure you check out those on the menu. My hubs & I both had the chicken fried steak dinner; mine with tots & fried okra; hubs had mashed potatoes & green beans. We both agreed the steaks were nicely breaded & lacked stringy fat, as well as the meat being very tender. We tried one another's sides & the only one we didn't like were the green beans. They were just bland & had no flavor to them. All of the others were great! Overall, we're giving the place 4 stars, but encourage everyone to give them a try. Prices were fairly reasonable, too. We will go back next time we're in the area.

This use to be the perfect place to get your money's worth. August 8 My family and I decided to get lunch there. And I must say we were very unsatisfied and probably won't return.the size has shrunk on the salads which we got less for our money. That being said we're done well make our salads ourselves from now on. Chuck house eat your own salad
