Updated review at Chuanyu Fusion, got the beef noodles without the beef (great service in being able to accommodate this request) as well as the braised fish filled with Chef's Special Sauce, the boiled pork dumplings and an iced tea. Excellent and spacious interior environs with plenty of seating as well. This place does not disappoint and is highly recommended for authentic Szechuan cuisine!

Reading the wonderful reviews I had to visit Chuanyu Fusion for Szechuan cuisine. The hot and sour soup mild spice per my request flavorful absolutely delicious. We also ordered orange beef which was tender tasty, this was served with steamed rice for a dollar more you can get fried rice. We also ordered the combination Lo Mein with bite-size pieces of tender chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. Happy and I will definitely be back for their delicious food and excellent customer service. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming - dine in or food to go.

This has to be my favorite Chinese food place in OKC. Their spicy fish is amazing. Their tofu, salt and pepper calamari, shrimp, mapo tofu, spicy chicken and all their greens are wonderful choices. The only thing I found okay are the chow mein noodles. Service is okay.

This place was disappointing to me. The sauces had fantastic flavor and the service was good. However, the quality of the chicken and beef was poor. It had a chewy texture like it has been boiled in the sauce versus fresh chicken and beef stir fried in a wok.

I was so hungry for an authentic Chinese restaurant that served Szechuan Chinese, my favorite food. I scoured the interwebs until I found Chuanyu Fusion. They had the right menu items, but would the food deliver? It did. It appears family owned and operated. A middle aged woman and a younger woman brought out food to tables while a middle aged man and a younger man were in the kitchen cooking. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was fairly clean. I'll definitely go back for a Szechuan Chinese fix.

Chuanyu Fusion was a very pleasant surprise. I was in the area doing some work when I pulled up Yelp so we could grab dinner. I found this restaurant on the list. They had great reviews and delicious looking food, so I thought why not, let's give it a try. Upon arrival, we walk in and stand at the door, waiting to be greeted/seated. It's not clear if you seat yourself or wait for staff to direct you. We hear the staff laughing and carrying on across the room, but they haven't noticed us. After a minute or two, we walk further into the restaurant and see two ladies having a good time. They finally see us and direct us to our seats. They have a tv near the register that shows photos of some of the dishes. Most things appeared to be made from scratch. It didn't look like warmed up frozen food at all. Everything looked delicious. We got several appetizers for the table: Pork Dumplings, Pan Fried Pork Buns, and Egg Rolls. Everything was fantastic and the Pork Buns are just beautiful. So plump and pretty. I know, that sounds weird, but they really are.For my entree, I had the Garlic Chicken, along with an Egg Drop Soup. My goodness, everything was so flavorful and fresh!The restrooms were clean and well-stocked. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Our glasses never remained empty for more than a few seconds. Highly recommend stopping here for a bite. We've been twice and had the same exact experience both times. I'm sure we'll be back next time we're in the area.

Hands down the best Chinese in NW OKC. HUGE portions so if you order fried rice, it's enough for 4-5 people. My favorite dish is the braised beef in spicy chili sauce.

It's hard to find a good place for Chinese food these days that's close to where we live. For quick Chinese food, we typically like Taiwan but it's a little further than where we wanted to drive with an infant. We searched around our area and found Chuanyu. They have a huge menu selection which was great because we like to have options if for some reason we can't find something we like. We ended up ordering the general tso chicken, hunan beef with mixed vegetables and mixed fried rice. The general tso and Hunan beef come with white rice as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the general tso because I'm used to heavy battered chicken with the smallest pieces of chicken. Not here! The breading is there but to my surprise it was actually more chicken. The hunan beef had great flavor. The mixed fried rice had good amounts of different meats including shrimp, chicken and beef. The 3 entrees we ordered gave us dinner for two nights so the amount was great for the two of us. Would definitely order again when we have a Chinese craving!

First of all, this isn't your run of the mill I'll have an A3 and a number 47 kind of chinese joint. It is legit. What a treat to find authentic Szechuan food in the suburbs. I had Dry Sauteed Pork Intestine with Dried Red Chili Pepper delivered and it was excellent. I'm a big fan of pork innards and what a treat to find 5 items on the menu devoted to them. Can't wait to go in with my wife to try some of their more mainline dishes.
