It's difficult to find a place who does oil changes on a MINI, but they do and they allow me to schedule my appointment online, which I love. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation but ended up getting so much more. After the services are completed, they text that it is ready to pick up, but they also send you a list of other items checked, which reminded me that I hadn't changed the engine or cabin filters in a long time. I normally do this myself, but I texted back and asked if they could add those jobs as well since I didn't want to deal with it in this heat. They had no trouble adding these on immediately. Jeremy brought around my car when I was ready to leave but the minute I began to drive away it started having an electrical problem that meant my car wasn't drivable. The timing was a total coincidence and had nothing to do with their service, but Jeremy spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to get it reset so I could take her home. He definitely went above and beyond! Thanks again, Jeremy!

I was travelling and in a place I wasn't familiar with when my car broke down on a Sunday. I was near a truck repair shop and was told they didn't work on cars to "just google" someone to go too. Feeling helpless I did and was so relieved to see a CB so close to where I was. I use them in Wichita where I am from. They were so helpful the next morning! Everyone was so nice and for not having an appointment they got me right in and on my way super fast. I am so grateful they were there. I know I will always be taken care of!

I have been taking my MB ML500 to Christian Brothers Automotive since moving to Edmond Oklahoma and they are an excellent place for service on my cars. I highly recommend them and they will take care of your car's issue.Take your car there you'll be happy you did.We've had different issues with our car and they have dealt with each of them.

I like Christian Brothers for oil changes and tire rotation. They make appts so your wait is short and they do a really good job. They're a chain, so locations can't access what you've had done on your car but it works out. We use the location in Edmond OK and Apollo Beach in Florida. Always reliable and don't try to upsell me a lot of "fixes" my car doesn't need.

They have earned a returning customer. I had to have a CV joint repair done on our car and I had called several different repair shops. The estimates provided included varied levels of price and confidence. Until I talked to Kevin at CBA. He was kind, professional, and prompt. He got back with me very quickly with an accurate quote and was able to get the car repaired that same day. The final cost was exactly what he quoted me. The price was more than fair and reasonable. We will definitely be back for any future auto repair or service needs and recommend this company to others.

Was charged 568.81 for a $20 or $80 part. Was quoted $500 something and when I went to pick it up was told $1009. I paid $800 because I was willing to split the difference to get my car. The owner called me back after I spoke with the manager we had trusted in the past and he notified the owner to return my call. The owner only wanted to defend their outrageous profit margins rather than apologize for losing our trusted business. Was only willing to refund some of my money if I agreed to come look at something he wanted me to see on their computer. Was also quoted $800 something to replace tire pressure sensors which I declined and had them replaced elsewhere for $45/tire for a total of $180 including parts and labor.

Please, don't let the name and the bible verses on the wall mislead you. Word says satan comes as a Wolf in sheep's clothing and knows the Bible better than any of us. These people were absolutely not up front with me about what was being done and what I would owe until they had me backed into a corner and couldn't get out because of my warranty, and they knew what they were doing. Please, in full transparency, take your business elsewhere.

I took my Audi S5 to the East Edmond location. They were very courteous which is important to me. They addressed my problem and took excellent care of my car. I plan to continue to use them as my go to auto service and will recommend them to others just as they were recommended to me.

Had an alignment done at Edmond location recently. When I picked my car up, it was making a terrible squeaking that I hear constantly while I'm driving that wasn't there before. When I called to ask about it, they told me if they decide they didn't cause it, they'll charge me $65 just to figure out what's wrong. Will not be back.

Really great people to do business with they did an awesome job on my car. When I left my car drove like a new car. Everyone that works at the shop were very nice and addressed all my concerns.
