I have gotten multiple three course meal offers at Chips 'N Ales but this is the first time I actually dined in. You get these offers when playing A LOT with your player's club card at Riverwind. When you check in at this restaurant, the host always overestimates the waiting time. You'll be told it's 30-45 minutes. Then you head to the floor and 15 minutes later you'll be notified your table is ready. I do think the restaurant looks nice. I like the simplicity of the three course meal of a salad, a large entree, and dessert. The house salad, Shrimp N Grits were good. Chocolate cake was okay. It's definitely a better eat than the Food Court but the seafood buffet is much better. This is the reason I don't really use my free offers at Chips N Ales.

I went to this place and had some amazing shrimp and grits. The shrimp was grilled to perfection and the toppings were just right. The chef actually came to the table to ask me how I was enjoying my meal and she was so sweet for asking. I let her know how this is now my favorite dish here. This environment was nice and clean it was quiet in there. Almost forget that I was sitting inside of a casino restaurant.

We just came in for a quick Togo order on our way home (3 more hours) after a 2 night stay at a different hotel casino 2 hours farther away. Had a hiccup on our coupon we got in the mail but the Manager on duty (Tara) fixed it quick and in a hurry! With a bigO smileWe will definitely be back!
