OMG. So happy to have stumbled upon this place!! We are out of towners just here for a short family trip. After walking around at Frontier City for 6 hours today we were tired and hungry. We're typically low carb but on vacation we get a cheat meal! I immediately thought TACOS!! In Kansas there are a lot of Mexican restaurants that offer deals on family platters of street tacos so I started looking online but came up empty. So I started calling around...5 different restaurants around our hotel. They all acted like I was crazy, asking for a family platter. I was so frustrated, and now I'm hangry. Like I'm about to box my husband...and then this place appeared I said I don't care what it costs, we're just going and ordering some tacos. All the tacos. And maybe a quesadilla. We walk in and are immediately greeted by the sweet baby angel at the counter. Before we are even standing before her she is letting us know that their current special is five street tacos WITH a can of soda for FIVE DOLLARS!! WHAT?!?!We immediately order four specials with steak, as well as two quesadillas with chicken. In less than ten minutes we were presented with two bags full of heavenly smells. We couldn't get back to the hotel full of our starving children fast enough. The tacos were everything we were expecting and more. I'm not going to pretend that I'm a foodie or anything like that, but I've eaten my fair share of tacos and these were excellent. The salsas were supurb (as long as you're a fan of spicy, which we are). I took a bite of my kids' quesadilla and they were very good as well. And seriously...you can't beat the price. If you're looking for a good deal on some great tacos, definitely check this place out!

Always on the lookout for something new we stopped in this little place. Service was great! Youre supposed to walk in and order at the counter, but we took menus and sat at a table to check out the offerings. We ordered the chimichanga , enchilada plate, a couple of street tacos and two fountain drinks. It was less than $18 for all that!! We both decided that we'd come back next time and just fill up on the tacos because they were that good! They have 2 sauces, both delicious. The green has just the right amount of heat. The red one is a bit hotter..... ease into that one because the heat builds! If you go this weekend, TACOS ARE ONLY .75 cents each!! Seriously just go eat here! The people are so so nice!

This is a very late review of this place since we went on May 30, 2020. Not that it's forgetable, I've been busy. Large menu, very nice staff. Only 2 staff, one at the register, one in the kitchen. Tex-Mex menu, but my Al Pasteur burrito I was able to get "christmas" style red and green sauce. And it's huge! We got Al Pastor nacho's as an appetizer and they aren't your chain food nachos. Fresh and good!Taco salad was a nice surprise also as it contained no rice. You got a true salad and protein in that lovely flour tortilla bowl. Don't go expecting to get the usual chips, salsa and tortillas at your table. Order at the register, menu is on the wall behind said register and on the counter in front of said register. They were out of ground meat the evening we went which was fine you get a choice of Al Pastor, chicken or Carne Asada in your menu selection. Pretty large menu. Since we were about the only ones eating in, most were to go orders we were pretty social distanced. You do get chips and salsa brought to your table after you order and pay in advance.

Had the asada tacos and my wife had the chimichanga. The tacos were well proportioned and the salsa verde(the name of the restaurant) was on point, not to hot but enough heat to give you flavor. The wife gave me a bite of her chimichanga and I'm not a chimi fan, but this one I will be eating again!! The right mixture of meat and beans with the tortilla fried just right, couldn't go wrong with this order!! If your needing a new place to try, come and try this place, you won't go wrong!!

Great Mexican food. Our group tried the street tacos and flautas. They were delicious! The salsa is really -- there's both spicy and regular (still a bit spicy). We will be back!

Stopped in on a Thursday evening and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. Service was awesome, but the food was just okay. Nothing special. It reminded me of school lunch food. The rice tastes like it is from a bag, like pre-made and bought in bulk with the veggies already inside. The queso reminded me of Velveeta. The one upside to the food was the agua frescas. Those are done right.

Our family dined here and loved the food. My wife had the Acapulco Nachos with carne asada and they were amazing. I had the burrito and was very impressed. They add beans, rice, lettuce, and pico. I'm big on burritos and this place nailed it. Our younger kids had chicken tenders and fries and they loved them. Our older girls had burgers and they looked tasty and girls said they were very good. Highly recommend this new restaurant in town.

I've not eaten at the restaurant yet, but I have had the food picked up and eaten offsite. It's always delicious and packed with flavor. Beans are beans, but the Tacos Mexicanos and rice are my favorite. Great street tacos. That orange salsa will set you on fire, but it's oh so good. Great folks.

First time going I had the #1 burrito with steak with green sauce on the side. This burrito is huge! I have a healthy appetite but sometimes I cant finish it. Sooo yummy. I found my self going in there 3 times a week for their burrito. Now I go in there twice a week. They gave me salsa and chips with my meal one time and it was excellent.I have had their guacamole as well and it was really good. I haven't tried any other items because the steak burrito is too good to pass up.

Amazing! Everything was so good. We seriously loved it and we can't wait to go back. Definitely a hidden little gem in South Oklahoma City tucked away in an unassuming strip mall. I had the Tacos al Carbon. They were flavorful and delicious! The rice and beans were awesome too. The rice was lightly flavored and so good. Seriously some of the best rice! The husband had the Guisada. It was super spicy but well flavored. I love the red sauce (It's pretty spicy! Go easy on it at first. Sooo tasty though) and the Crema they serve with the food. The tortillas were homemade and were nicely toasted. Overall we loved it and will be back for sure! Like.... tomorrow maybe. Do yourself a favor and check it out! If homemade Mexican flavor is what you're looking for you won't be disappointed!
