Chico’s Mexican Grill & Cantina

Blademir our server took VIP like care of us on this first visit for us. Order came out and was piping hot and accurate. The kitchen did fantastic.Working in the area (driven by multiple times & after T-ball game and the fam was craving Mexican. Our food was cooked lightning fast and it was piping hot. My order was accurate and I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger for Mexican... The margarita and beers quences my thirst!!. I really felt valued with my interaction with the staff. The chips were hot and fresh! Also - (Staff) members interacted with my daughters they were pleasant and smiling....that goes a long way!Thank you again for being awesome.Respectfully,BryanYukon, Oklahoma

My maiden voyage to Chicos in Piedmont was a bit disappointing. I was excited to try Chicos as it's great to have something local in Piedmont, but I was not impressed with the food.I ordered carry out and chose the Quesabirria. It came with rice and beans which were ok, but nothing special. They had my order ready quickly and the girl at the register was pleasant enough.I got home ready to dig in, opened up the Quesabirria and it literally was swimming in grease. So much so that I thought the consumme had spilled or something. It hadn't. My top taco was edible but the bottom two were legit swimming in grease. I tried dabbing with a napkin and gave it a shot and there was just too much grease to eat. The flavor of the one I did eat was just middle of the road, nothing special, but ok. I threw the other two away. Luckily they included chips and salsa that were decent, but I expected much better all the way around for the approximate $15 I paid. At least 30-40% higher than my favorite two Quesabirria joints.Maybe I'll be back, maybe not. One thing is for sure, I won't be getting the Quesabirria. I'll round up to 3 stars as the service was good and the restaurant itself looked nice but my meal was two stars, tops.

Second visit to Chico's. Both times we had great service. We were really happy since today was Valentine's Day, we we sat immediately. The food was delicious on both visits. The decor inside is nice and comfortable, soft Mexican music plays in the background. We recommend as the best place for Mexican food in Piedmont and we will be back.

Texan approved. Love their shrimp tacos and chips/ salsa mix. Definitely a favorite for our family.

I really enjoyed eating here. Staff is super friendly and service is fast. They have white cheese dip which is so hard to find around here! I've been a few times and I am happy with the food, it's fantastic and authentic!

Just ate here and I was pleasantly surprised! The salsa tasted like homemade, garden salsa. Queso was nice with some green chile flavor. I had the birria tacos and the beef was tender and flavorful. I'm. Looking forward to going back.

Quick friendly service! Food was hot and good. Great drinks and salsa was great. Busy tonight but that didn't slow down service!

Wonderful ethnic Mexican food. The staff is always friendly and fast service. It is definitely a good restaurant to eat at in Piedmont.

Horrible customer service! Charging $5 for a usually free item then refusing a refund when it wasn't told that it was $5 each
