Punmkin the worlds smallest horse
Sweet little goat. I think she was blind, but loved being petted!

Pretty cool place within a short (Dirt road) drive from OKC! Bathrooms seem to be well taken care of. Petting animals portion was a good time.Hand washing station was a nice touch. The reservation tables looked well arranged. On this visit to the park play toys areas were enjoyed by my daughters. The pony rides and cups of feed for the animals were definitely affordable. The snack/concession stand had a decent assortment. I saw a lot of smiling staff members. The country vibe is definitely a nice touch...if you're in to that sort of thing. Prepare to get dirty/dusty The pumpkin shooter/launch was really cool. Prices of snacks and water were priced up .. however I get it...you have to maintain the area with funds from somewhere. We will return. Respectfully, Bryan Yukon Oklahoma

I've been curious about this place. My sons classmate invited him to his birthday event here, and we were both excited to see what the hype was all about. I noticed a lot of my friends had been coming here the week prior to when we came and visited. Chester's is located in Piedmont. The road to get here really really really sucks. Sorry for the bad language, but it does. So, be prepared to be vibrating for awhile. Anyways, there are plenty of arrows confirming that you're heading the correct direction. When you reach Chester's, there is plenty of field parking. This place feels like an actual farm/barn. Lots of cute animals such as goats, cows, mini horses, ponies, pigs, chickens, and even a llama. Honestly, there's not much to do here besides feed the animals which I really enjoyed all the animals. I also noticed on Yelp that this place is considered to be a petting zoo, and I feel like that description is very accurate. However, as far as activities go... there aren't much. I believe there are tractor rides which we left early so, we didn't get to ride on a tractor. They have pony rides for kids 75lbs and under, and lots of open gift shops. There were some food trucks here as well when we came. I should mention the smallest horse ever to exist is at Chester's. Her name is Pumpkin, and she was in a small enclosed area with her mommy Susie-Q. It was sad to see Susie-Q walking and swaying back and forth. I asked to confirm why she was swaying, and the girl working there told me she does have anxiety. Susie-Q does not like to be in an enclosed area.Overall, I really don't know what to think about this place. I love how they rescue animals, and I hope they treat and take care of their animals well. My little one didn't really find this place to be fun, but he is also 7. I think this place is better for kids around the age of 4-6. I just thought it was okay. Stop by, and see this place for yourself.

If you're a kid you'll really love it. If you're an adult you're going to think it's probably overpriced lol! $12 to walk through and feed a few little animals. They did have a tractor that pulled a trailer around this dirty old pond. They drop you off on the other side and there's a maze and a slide. They have a little sweet shop where you can buy candy a very very reasonable price and it seems to have a stage attached with chairs around but we never saw a show happening. They don't allow you to bring any food but they do offer a small snack shop with burgers and barbecue sandwiches for around four or five dollars.

What a huge disappointment. Where do we start? I was eagerly anticipating the "3acre maze" and took a "hay" ride on a trailer that had no hay on it just solid steel bench's. As we pulled up to the maze it turns out it was a field of weeds with dirt paths through it. All paths connected and no "maze" involved. You could see people everywhere walking around trying to find their way out of the "maze". Now let's hop back on to the hayless ride to get our pumpkin as part of admission. As we swatted bees on the way to the pumpkins we should have known something was wrong, sure enough a small pile of rotted pumpkins for us to pick from waited on us. Also the huge source of bees and smell. Thank god for Groupon because I know we got more Tricked than Treats from this place.

My friend and I accidentally came a day before opening today. Chester met us and still gave us a tour with our kids despite having a long list of to-dos to get done before opening. He was so nice and accommodating! There were many animals to see: chickens, turkeys, rabbits, goats, pig, longhorn, cow, and horses. There were many activities to see once it's open. Please take the time to enjoy this family run business and breathe in some country air!

This place is great! Got a Groupon for 4 people at the price of $25.00 total vs $15.95 per PERSON at other pumpkin patches! It was larger than I expected! Came here with my mother in law and two children and was so pleased when we walked through the gate to see all the excitement! They had a tractor ride, pony rides, hoola hoop area, bounce house, giant slide, face painting ($8), vendors such as: cotton candy($5), clothing, jewelry, massage chair, scentscy, local wine, karaoke, etc.... it was like a pumpkin patch mixed with a carnival! There is a gift shop/food stop called "Gigi's" that had kid toys, jewelry, and food to order. There was a cowboy who went around and showed the kids how to "swing rope" (even provided the kids with a short length rope)while waiting on the tractor wagon ride. I thought that was a great touch and gesture! Also, Chester shoots pumpkins out of a canon ball shooter and it's loud and exciting and shoots very far!! They have a petting zoo and you can also feed the animals! On the way out you get to choose a pumpkin to take with you! -They had a great selection(colors/shapes/sizes)! Only two drawbacks-1. Muddy areas(but I am sure it was because it had rained all week previously). 2.A lot of bees!!(they seemed to be friendly though, but they were popping around almost everywhere). All in all we had a great time and would definitely go back!!

My daughter's dance class had a fall outing at Chester's Party Barn & Farm. Though the calendar says it's fall, Oklahoma has its own idea and fall is more of an extended summer. Still, the moment we arrived, it seemed like fall. From the parking lot, we heard a strange sound... my husband turns to me, "they are chunk'n pumpkins".... sure enough, off to the west, we saw gourds projectile across a lake, against the backdrop of a setting sun.Chester's has activities a-plenty: feed the various animals (mini horses, goats, ducks, turkeys, chickens, pigs and so on); pony rides, tractor ride to a maze, maze, slide with potato sacks (for speed), fire pits for s'mores, candy shack, pumpkin to go as a parting gift, and oh... pumpkin chunk'n... where they load up the orange gourds into a cannon and blast them across the lake as you wait your turn to be taken to the maze. All the kiddos, from tiny, tots and tweens and teens, along with the adults and grandparents seemed to have a great time. Our family had a great time. The staff was very gracious and on hand to care for the animals and guests. Great example of agrotourism.

My sons elementary school had a field trip here during some nasty cold rainy weather. Well the roads surrounding the area are red mud and just slippery everywhere. We ended up getting our car stuck and walked allllll the way from arrowhead road to the barn but Chester picked us up a bit before and drove us to the barn to reunite with our school. Even with nasty weather we had lots of fun. The staff here are so accommodating and kind. They even worked to get our car unstuck in turn getting one of their own trucks stuck in the process. I have the utmost respect for this company and will proudly promote their business thank you a million times Chester's party barn

This place was fantastic! We took our younger daughters here for the Spring Break Bash and they had so much fun. There was a lot to do and the owners are so friendly and welcoming. Every booth we went to had the nicest attendant. We look forward to coming to the next event!

We took our family to the pumpkin patch on a warm fall day. It was just right for our preschool-age children. They loved the petting zoo, playgrounds, hay ride, and pumpkin gun. We did not like the 3 miles of gravel road that we had to travel between NW Expressway and Chester's. Gravel road? In 2022? Really? I would rather have some potholes go unfilled in OKC and Tulsa for an extra month each year if we could pave all of the gravel roads maintained by counties and smaller cities in OK. Be warned that unless you have a vehicle designed to travel well on gravel roads, you will have to go much under the 35 mph speed limit.
