I have lived in two separate properties from Chuck for the past 3 years. Any issue I've had has been resolved in an efficient, professional and respectful manner. I have lived with several other property managers and landlords in Stillwater and most of them were unfair and unresponsive. Chuck is a cool dude and a rare find in the property management world.

My wife and I have leased two apartments with CCD Rentals--one a small studio and the other a one bed/one bath. Both apartments were well-maintained and clean, and any issues we had were quickly resolved by the landlord Chuck. He's an awesome guy and really goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and accommodated in your home.The rent is fair and honestly much cheaper than other apartments in Stillwater which don't even meet the standards of CCD Rentals. If you're a college student wanting to live near campus without spending tons of money on rent, CCD Rentals is the best company for you. They've got several apartments you can find on their website, and they offer scheduled tours of the apartments if you want to see more than just the pictures.Even if you're not a college student, I'm sure you'll appreciate the apartments they have. There's nowhere else my wife and I would want to stay in Stillwater, OK.

Both of my daughters have attended OSU and rented from CCD rentals (one for 1.5 years and one for 3 years). Chuck is the landlord and he is great! There were very rarely any issues with their houses. The very few times there were, Chuck was on it usually within the hour. We have used two other rental agencies in Stillwater and hands down, CCD was the BEST!

I moved in June 2013 and will be staying until June 2015.CCD Rentals is a fantastic establishment for college students looking for cheap housing with a good and responsible landlord. Several properties are available from apartments and duplexes to houses. Most of his properties are pet friendly, and the pet deposit is very reasonable at less than 300, and all is returned except for damages and having the property sprayed for fleas on move out.Since moving in, I have had all service calls addressed in less than 24 hours - dryer, toilet, dishwasher, frozen pipes - it's always taken care of very quickly. I even got flooring replaced in one of my rooms at no additional cost.Chuck - the landlord - is a great guy, and he is really dedicated to his job of taking care of his tenants. He's very polite, and I recommend him to anyone looking for housing in Stillwater.
