A clean, friendly, enjoyable place to eat a delicious Mediterranean meal. When you walk in, you're always greeted with a smile and each of the servers down the line(ours were Robin, Des, and Jack) are working to make your meal the best for you. There a pre-made options that are delicious, but (like chipotle) you work down the line and can make any changes you like - or you can build your own from the get go. I got the Garlic Chicken & Veggie Pita, but in a bowl with pita on the side - highly recommend. (I'd add a photo, but it's all gone)

Excellent CAVA location on the outskirts of the Classen Curve plaza in Nichols Hills - features a great selection of healthy Mediterranean bowls with feta, olives, hummus, Greek salad ingredients, gyro/steak/lamb/chicken, and more. Also awesome beverages like flavored lemonades and teas. Service at the counter is fast and efficient, and the ambiance is actually rather spacious inside. Highly recommended!

The workers are awesome and the food is amazing as usual. Very simple and easy place for a quick semi-healthy meal. Love CAVA!

It was our first time trying Cava. I've heard people talk about how good it is. We walked in and didn't know what to do. The first worker was very sweet and patient. Luckily it wasn't busy. Then Micah and Jay helped. They were also both friendly and kind. The food was delicious! We had the shredded lamb, like barbacoa / birria. The saffron rice was wonderful. We were able to try several of the dressings which was very helpful. We had: Saffron with lamb, hummus and corn. Pita chips, all the dressings. Other bowl was saffron with lamb, tomato and cucumber, broccoli, tahini, red pepper hummus and their spicy hummus (?).The restaurant was clean and the music was the perfect volume. You could hear it in the background BUT it wasn't overwhelming. I would definitely return.

The location on Grand did a great job! Robin Haley & Des were helpful and super friendly. Got food to go and they were quick.

Robin recommend us his special dish he makes and I'll say it was delicious! Definitely coming back.

The food at Cava is always spot on!! The garlic sauce is yummy and the chicken is always so tender and seasoned well. I love all the veggies!! I ordered to go and the food was ready on time. This location is pretty busy, so even at 11:30 there was a line. A little noisy inside with a Chipotle like vibe.Two complaints -- my order was wrong, got lettuce instead of the basmati rice like I asked for. Also although the lamb meatballs are delish, for a half chicken half meatball order, I only got two small meatballs!! For an extra couple dollars, I was disappointed because they were so good but maybe not worth the cost!!

Food - tasty, quick, differentService - did well despite obstacles Ambiance - functional and a tad noisy I ordered the honey chicken and grilled chicken bowls. No lettuce sub rice and then got a bunch of toppings on both. The food is different than other options in the area. So this is a great place to try if you want to curb away from your norm it's a good but safe choose. Flavor and quality wise it is fine. At the core of it Cava is typical fast casual aka cafeteria or buffet food. It's a safe choice. You're unlikely to be wowed or disgusted by the food. It is likeable food, not amazing not terrible just likeable.Service- was good accounting for the obstacles of noise and staff being pulled in multiple directions to handle multiple duties at once. They did well. Ambiance- very functional and clean. 100% they had tables with chairs. They had plenty of both.

That's some good shiii my first time going there was a huge line I waited maybe 15min mind you I went during lunch hour. The service was pleasant and quick once you're ordering. The 2nd time I went it was much quicker. I'm officially hooked on Harissa Avocado it taste so good 10/10 they filled it up I love it
