Catch The Smoke BBQ

I just left here. The customer service was awesome. The pittmaster was very friendly as was the lady working the register. They explained their menu to us with no problem. It's a food trunk, there are some tents set up in front of the truck, with a few outdoors games to play. My smoked sausage was perfect. Nice amount of smoke and the beans were nice and sweet too. The pulled chicken was delicious according to my nephew. Here is a picture of the caramel apple slices they offer. The Oreo cheesecake cup look good too! I was late getting pictures because we starving and dug right in.

So happy we got to try Catch The Smoke BBQ today! It's a large food truck and smoker and it's currently located just north of the Del City Walmart. My husband chose the 3 meat dinner with baked beans and macaroni and cheese and I had a chopped brisket sandwich with potato salad. The meat has a phenomenal taste and smell to it! OMG delicious! The sides that we tried today were all so flavorful and I'm genuinely impressed with all of them! My husband says those baked beans are the best he's ever ever had! Hahaha! But seriously, stop by Del City and give them a try! The man that helped us today was very kind and we appreciate him. I definitely can't wait to try the loaded baked potato next time.

Tasty, mayonnaise based coleslaw. Savory baked beans. Soft and flavorful chicken. Texture of the ribs is perfect. Everything. Everything is great. Gave me a sandwich free on my birthday. They forgot to give me barbeque sauce. After returning, I was planning on buying some desserts. They gave me my desserts for free despite me saying I was fine paying for at least one.
