Casa De Los Milagros Mexican Restaurant And Cantina

We had more food than we could eat! The chips are made there and were amazing. I love salsa that isn't just juice, but chunks of goodness - theirs did not disappoint. The drinks were good, too. Our server was attentive and sweet. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful.

One of our favorite spots! The chicken street tacos topped with their Milagros sauce are what dreams are made of! Saddle up at the bar and let Fabian take you for a ride!

They get 2 stars since the waiter was friendly and fast. The food was not good, the drinks weren't either and everything was incredibly expensive. Would not come back.

Love the historic milieu of this Mexican restaurant - they also are one of the rare places that actually serve Horchata and a range of other aqua frescas (pineapple, melon, limonada, etc.) Their tamale platter was excellent, as was their shrimp cocktail with bits of avocado. Service from the waiter was also prompt and accommodating. Recommended!

This place deserves more stars. Food, salsa, drinks were all good!!They could improve on their cheese sauce. 18 people were serviced by Maria and everyone commented how good she was! Ambiance is great!!

Immediately greeted when we entered and seated thereafter. The waitress was super nice. It was humid outside and indoors was somewhat humid as well. I walked by the beautiful enormous fish tank and was seated by the bar. Again customer service was good but the food just okay and prices are comparable to other places that are better. First the chips and salsa tasted store bought to me.. it wasn't fresh. Those chips so hard...anyway. Yes the place is clean and the food is okay. I'll leave it at that. I don't think I will go back. Overall food looked good but it didn't taste authentic to me , little taste on all points.

Disappointing. We sat at the bar. The bartender never brought my friend's beer. I had to flag over another waitress to take our order because the bar tender never came back to take our order and we had been sitting there 20+ minutes. Food was ok. I never like their chips but the salsa is good. I don't suggest this restaurant.

We visited Casa De Los Milagros today for Father's Day because Pearl's had a long wait time. It had been so disappointing the last two times I have eaten here. The place used to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, but not anymore. The chips used to be made in-house. Now they are from a package one can buy at the store.When we came today, I told my husband I didn't like the restaurant anymore because the chips were no longer made fresh. He said let's try it again and see if maybe that was a one off. Sadly to say-it was not. When I told the waitress that the chips were awful. She gave me some story that they were frozen when the cook had to fry them, so they didn't turn out well. What a cock and bull story. Why would a restaurant still serve food that was sub par. Those chips were not cooked in the restaurant. They came from a bag. Subsequently, my beef nachos were terrible because they were made with the same chips. Also, the restaurant must be under new management and new chefs. The Milagros sauce was not the same. It was weak and not creamy like it used to be. The complementary queso was watered down and also terrible.I used to visit Casa De Los Milagros for their chips, salsa and queso. In fact I used to call in orders of the set up of chips, queso and salsa to go. I wouldn't walk across the street for their setup now.Don't waste your time and money to visit this restaurant. Its quality and taste are long gone.

Ate here several years ago and had no issues that I remember. A coworker and I tried it today Aug 7, 2024 and were very disappointed. No issue with the setup (chips, salsa and cheese). I ordered a ground beef enchilada and ground beef taco. You could have sucked the ground beef through a straw it was so wet. The taco fell apart inside of 4 minutes due to this and I only ate a part of the enchilada. The rice and beans were standard fare you can get in any strip mall Mexican restaurant - no real flavor. My coworker had a chimichanga and she stopped due to the consistency of the meat. It was just odd. We paid and left and went next door to Chik fil a to eat. I personally won't return.

Everything about this place sucked from the cold bland cheese to the zero refills 30+ minute wait for the order to the 18% added gratuity after seeing our waitress two times. treated poorly by everyone, but the manager who claims they just did not have enough servers for the amount of people there was two servers Manager and seven tables. I have seen places much more packed and able to handle way better. We had two babies and were stuck here for over an hour, as we waited to be seated, waited to order and then waited for our order and had to proceeded to wait for a manager. also one meal which I sent back to the kitchen to get comped. disappointing because the outside and inside decor is beautiful, but the customer service is not!
