Called at 10:30am to schedule an oil change and was told to bring it in they could do it and had an opening. Brought my truck in and had oil changed fuel filter change transmission flushed front and rear differential fluid changed transfer case fluid changed did a full transmission flush as well as an air filter and wiper blades all by 3:00pm. That is the fastest any service center has ever turned my truck around even with just a basic service. Highly recommend them and I will drive out of my way to be back.

It's been a couple months now but I bought my very first car from them and everything went really smoothly, they gave me the best price in the entire state (and I searched for a long time) They treated me with respect the entire time instead of talking down to me or not taking me seriously like other dealerships in the city had done. The only hiccup was a minor miscommunication after I had signed the paperwork. Ultimately they apologized for the inconvenience of me having to drive back out there to straighten things out and I went on my way. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car, Carter is worth the drive.

Let me start by saying everyone here is nice and courteous. However, there is major policy issue that will prevent me from doing business with them. I live in New York and saw a used Jeep on their website. The vehicle was the exact color and had all the options I desired. I spoke to Jesse who was very nice for two days and after two days we agreed upon a price. Being in New York I needed to have the car inspected and offered to put a deposit on the car refundable only if the car doesn't pass inspection. GRANT THE MANAGER WOULD NOT TAKE MY DEPOSIT AND COULDN'T GUARANTEE THE CAR TO ME. They wanted me to spend $200 on an inspection and not ultimately get that car?BAD BUSINESS and sign not to do business they only care about the SALE not the CUSTOMER. And by the way they still have the car.

I bought a car from this dealership a few days ago and I couldn't be more satisfied. Not only did I get the #1 price on all of the internet that I could find from searching for a whole month, but I also received the best service I can imagine. This dealership was in Oklahoma, and I live in Iowa. That's 8 hours driving distance away. And it was worth every mile!So I will summarize my service first. I found the perfect car on a holiday weekend. I was sending emails past 10pm at night on Friday and Saturday and was getting immediate responses. Once I was convinced I was dealing with professionals considering the internet can be a scary place especially when buying large items like a car, I booked my flight. The airport was 45min away from the dealership so I was worried on how I would get there, little did I know that Andy Hicks, the sales rep that was helping me said he would pick me up from the airport and to send him the flight info. He was there waiting for me when I arrived, was very friendly, drove me back and even offered to buy me dinner. I've bought 3 houses in my life, have had loans from many banks, have made large purchases many times, and never have I been offered to get picked up and treated to dinner. This place really did go above and beyond all expectations.Now to assure you of a safe transaction as there are many skeptics including me on buying vehicles online. My car was exactly as explained and better. It was a used 2013 Cadillac ATS. When I arrived and test drove the car, it took me 2 minutes to tell Andy (Sales rep) that I'm not leaving without it. There was no need to negotiate a price. I was paying $3k less than all other competitors, and was about 20k miles less than all the completion that still included a 2 year warranty from the manufacturer. I pretty much got a new car with a warranty. And did I mention how clean it was. They detailed the $h*t out of it. It's cleaner than a new car and dealerships that I have looked at. So I can tell you with 100% certainty that if you aren't like me to fly out there and drive for 8 hours home, then it is very safe to get your car delivered to your home as their main business is online.Oh and I'll mention the manger, Jason Leck that was also very nice. And all the staff there also that all greeted me and were very helpful that I can't remember the names of.So would I recommend this dealership to others? The first thing I do when I hear about friends and family buying a car is how great of an experience I had at Carter Chevrolet. Next time I am looking for a car myself, the first thing I will do is give them a call to see what they have on their inventory.P.S. They sell new and used cars.

Family owned, and true to their commercials. This was the best experience at a car dealer that I have ever had! No pressure, no stress, and no suits. Every single person we came in contact with was helpful, friendly, and ready to help. We went in with NO intentions to buy a car that day, but really needed to get serious about making our next car decision. Cory was fantastic and answered our hundreds of questions and never acted like we were wasting his time or he had better things to do. And guess what.....we bought a car!!!! So exciting! And we were so happy with it all. They even had a lego table that was great for the kiddos.....we were there for a few hours.....seriously.....these guys stayed after normal closing time to close our deal but we all ended up happy. Would 100% recommend.

I contacted Carter Chevrolet by email and inquired about a car I was interested in. Showed up at the dealership the next day but they were severely understaffed on a beautiful Saturday morning, and they were swamped. I took a test drive and intended to purchase the car but did not have time to wait...Andy arranged to complete the purchase online, and he detailed the car, filled it up with gas and delivered it to me in person in the City, where we signed the papers and completed the transaction immediately the following Monday.I was not happy about my experience on Saturday, but Andy made the difference with his excellent customer service. We are very happy with our purchase, and I am happy with the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Carter Chevrolet to anyone and everyone.

The salesman promised me for three days that "once the vehicle arrived he would expedite the inspection and have it ready for me to purchase asap". My loan and down payment were just waiting on his purchase order. The day the vehicle "arrived" he immediately sold it to someone else. I felt lied to and completely disappointed in his business and integrity as a salesman.
