This location is a godsend in this area. When I'm craving a burger and I don't want to make it myself, Carl's Jr is the answer. The veggie patty is fantastic, and it's always spot-on here. The regular fries are just ok: they need way more salt. The waffle fries, however, are amazing. This location hasn't disappointed me yet, which is amazing since most restaurants in the area do. Every single order has been made fresh for me, to include the fries. I'm definitely a fan!

Absolutely love this Carl's Jr. Sherry (the manager), Jennifer (assistant), Trevor (shift leader), & the rest of the crew work very hard on this store, & it really shows. Food is always fresh, & store is spotless. Wait time is very short, & prices are great when you consider the higher quality food you get here compared to other fast food chains that are sometimes even more expensive. Definitely one of the nicest Carl's I've ever been in. I will always recommend this location!

The VERY,VERY best fast food place in Elk City. Always a friendly and familiar face every time I come to eat (which is 2 - 3 times a week). Same manager for over 20 yrs., and she is always out front helping to get orders out quickly and accurately. Everything is always clean, including the bathroom of which I am never afraid to use. Keep up the good work "My Star Place."

We pulled up to the drive thru and all that was shown on the menu was breakfast items. We asked "Is it still breakfast?" The lady rudely said "no". We replied, "all we see on the menu is breakfast items". (we don't usually go to Carl's Junior and so we don't know the menu well) The lady gave no response for 10 minutes and then answered when we said "we are ready to order" to get her attention. We drove off because of the terrible customer service.
