This AC unit was broken when I walked into my room. They charged me $300 for it. It was not broken when I left that day.
The rooftop bar is awesome!!! These are the Pork Lollies and they were so yummy and tender.

My house burned down, and I needed a place to stay while I found a house to rent. I found this place and we booked for a month. I let them know I have a special needs child and we needed something that was safe for him. They booked us two rooms. It's me, my 4 year old, and my 7 year old autistic son. Am I supposed to put one of my children in a room by himself? These people are incompetent. One day I left to get some food for my children, I then got a notification of $300 charged to my card. I asked them what happened, and they told me the AC unit was dirty and they had to take extra time to clean it. I got back to the room and found the AC unit broken. I bet it probably was dirty, then they broke it while trying to clean it, and now they're charging me for the repair. I don't have money, I don't have a home, and I'm struggling trying to take care of these babies, one of whom requires an unfathomable amount of attention. I'm just trying to take it one day at a time. The facility is dirty. The wifi rarely works. Cars get broken into. It's awful here. I would leave, but my car was also set on fire and I am traveling back and forth to the burned down car trying to fix it up in order to drive it. They make me feel so uncomfortable and unwanted. It's terrible. Go somewhere else.

We had a great stay. Room was clean and tidy. My mom left her glasses there and they found them for her under the bed and shipped them to us, even though we had to pay a $30 shipping fee at least they went and looked for them for us. The only downside is they don't serve a breakfast and for that price, in my opinion, breakfast should be included.

Nice looking, very clean hotel but absolutely terrible staff and service. Stay away at all costs.1. Upon checkin, the front desk clerk saw where I was from by my driver's license and leaned over and whispered, "are there a lot of immigrants where you live? Well the election is Tuesday." Um what?? Racist much?2. I went to the front desk at 11 am the next day to turn in my room key and tell the clerk I was checking out but not a soul could be found. About 30 mins later I get a call from the hotel and the clerk says, "we're missing a comforter from your room." I've NEVER stolen ANYTHING from a hotel in my life and wasn't starting now so, having nothing to hide, I offered to turn around (we were just at a nearby Starbucks) and return to the hotel so the clerk could look through my car and luggage. I wanted to prove to them I didn't take anything.I drive back, go inside, but the clerk (and I guess the other lady was the head of housekeeping or something) say they talked to their manager and he/she told them "we're not searching cars" and that I was going to be charged $300!!!! $300 for a comforter I'm falsely accused of stealing and that they probably buy wholesale in bulk for $30??? I refused and said I'm not paying for something I didn't steal and then locked my card and called corporate IHG to register a complaint.Instead of entertaining that hey maybe a staff member made a mistake or maybe someone from your own staff is stealing, they automatically assume it's the guest? Sure probably plenty of people steal from hotels but I do NOT and this just felt like some sort of scam to overcharge people. There was no video footage, nothing. Just one housekeeper accusing me, and she wouldn't even look through my stuff, as I offered.Yet these crooks still got me for an extra $80 in "incidentals" because they overcharge your card when you first check in as a "deposit for incidentals" anyway. Yet more greed.I've been a loyal IHG member for several years, but this incident offended and frustrated me so much that I'm never staying with IHG again. And at any hotel I do stay at from now on, I'll be taking before and after photos of the room and its contents.

My boyfriend and I came down to Tulsa for wedding. The day before our trip I called to see if we could do an early check in at 2pm. The front desk woman said it would be no problem and she will change our reservation for a check in at 2pm. We even arrived 20 minute past 2 to give them ample amount of time to have our reservation ready. Of course we arrive and the staff said, "check in is not until 4pm." I said "I called yesterday and they said a check in at 2 is fine." And he just looked at me like I was stupid. I AM NOT A KAREN AND AM A PRETTY REASONABLE PERSON. But, we would have came prepared with a game plan if we knew this was going to happen. If they would have just said no early check in I would have been completely okay with it. But, don't over promise and under deliver. Very disappointed.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. However; if you book with a third party booking site ie Hotels.com, booking.com etc. They will charge your card over double the price of room cost for incidentals that they don't release for 10 days. Plus you already paid for the room when you booked. Basically they discriminate against you like your going to trash the place more so than if you booked directly through them. And to top it off they don't even tell you that up front. The paper they have you sign says $75. Will not return for the way I was treated.
