I had a great experience with Sandra. She was informative and friendly. The lot she showed us is beautiful and well taken care of. I saw two (maybe three) maintenance men working consistently the whole time I was there, both times. I look forward to moving there.

This trailer park's management is worse then having toddlers run a trailer park, this management team is beyond rude, if they dont hang up on your calls and complaints throw in a lottery ticket, buy the park, and get rid of these clowns. The maintenance team is just incompetent and never performed labour work in their lives. If you do considering moving here be sure you have extra money to blow in this dump, if the maintenance team decides to mow the yard, they will throw trash into yours and fine you, new rules pop up daily with larger and larger fines. Wouldnt be so outrageous if they would put out notices, did I say the management team was incompetent?

Terrible management. Their property management team tore up our skirt with their weed eater then failed to acknowledge it, repair it, or even offer an apology. After more than a year they're now requesting that we replace our skirting while threatening us with fines. On top of this catastrophe, they wrecked our wooden sidewalk and refused to fix it. There's obviously nothing we can do, the owner, of course, has left no way for anyone to contact them for complaint and the office won't do anything about it. We've been asking for years that they tackle the wild cat problem in this area, and they claim that they will set up traps and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
