The "reply" message has to be automated and is the same one given to every single NEGATIVE review they receive. See for yourself. I've spoken to the manager directly of my issues, even made her walk to my apartment to show her. Even after agreeing and saying it would be fixed, it wasn't. It's all an act. She spends more time surfing the internet in her office than anything else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Wish I could give negative stars, but please avoid this place, unless you want cholera, HIV, herpes or some other foul disease spread by human biohazard waste. Just had sewage backup yesterday which caused other people's feces, urine and tp to overflow out of our toilets onto bathroom floor and overflow into bathtub, filling it with at least 6inches of same nasty waste. Took 8+ hours for water to recede and to be able to flush again, however the disgust left after, on the floor still a pool of human waste, now spread to carpet near bathroom because office too lazy to get someone out and follow-up to make sure it gets fixed. Residents were left without use of bathroom, shower, 8-9 hours with the stench of excrement filled in our bathtub, overflowing out of toilet when someone flushed. Total lack of action by "management". Worst customer service, follow-up ever experienced! The apartments aren't that bad.. Management is the reason you should STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this sh%tuation! at Cambridge Landing OKC!!!!!

I literally just moved in a few weeks ago first and off, I only moved there for the renovated studio and a week before told me the one I was moving into "wasn't the one." All of my stuff was in a uhaul so I had no other options. Secondly, my first day I noticed my oven and stove top had to be at least 20 years old and almost impossible to bake anything because heating system is off. Try to take a shower but have to hurry because the hot water only stays hot for 5 minuets or so if I'm lucky. I have neighbors who constantly yell and scream and even had to break up a fight already. The cars by me wake me up around 3 or 4am constant blasting music. Anytime I go outside at night I do not feel safe because people yell and stare. All I would like if they would just keep my deposit and let me go from my lease. I am absolutely miserable here. I just want to leave. Jeriah.

They're ok, the only person worth talking to from my experience is Ms. Wy. She tends to get things done in a more timely manner. I don't bother with any of the other staff. I've never actually been formally introduced to the actual Manager. She tends to lock herself away and make herself completely unavailable to tenants. The only interaction I've had with her is when our A/C went out and I had to fight tooth and nail to get help because of my girls getting sick from the heat. Tonight we had lawn care people out blowing their leaf blowers, and mowing the lawns at 9 p.m. Waking my girls up and scaring them. 9 pm. Really? The rent is too high for what you're given and the rude staff make this place feel unlivable. Not to mention the cockroaches we got when the neighbors next door moved in. The only reason for 2 stars is Ms. Wy, and we can't wait to be ending our lease in May.

They told me I was moving into an upgrade apartment and my friend was too but they gave us a nest up holes in the wall apartment with roaches after they said they re did it it is the worst apartment I have ever lived in and I'm still living in the same one. I moved the mirror door on my closet and it fell and broke off the class cracked instantly they will probably make me pay for it too don't move in here trust me oh and the plumbing is messed up there's a fist crack in my door I told management and nothing was done they said we would get a new real upgrade still nothing I'm going to talk to new management and see I will let y'all know 9/12/18

I have many friends and family that have lived at Cambridge Landing over the years, and I have to say that they have done a great job updating the units and keep the property looking nice. It's probably the best value you can find and the location is more than ideal. But the staff is what really takes the cake! The management and staff are easily approachable, responsive, and you can tell that they genuinely care about their residents. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. They have all kinds of contests, parties and incentives to make living there even more enjoyable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!

I have to say that the new management has upped their game! Best I've seen since I moved in. Maintenance is performed much quicker but communication is still lacking at times. I still have to stay on them with certain issues. I had, I assume, a maintenance man enter my apartment and lock the door behind him, without leaving any reason why. I would like to see a quicker response time when maintenance is entered online. Also, one of the apartments flooded a few months back, leaving unsightly dirt streaks across the exterior wall which nobody has cleaned up. I would also like to see better, or any, security to fend off the burglaries. I wish the gym was open 24hrs. I do like that you can pay online and enter maintenance requests online.
