"Another one of our favorite places to dine when we are in Tulsa! Who would have thought that this strip mall restaurant would offer such delicious Italian cuisine? It does! We've been here several times during our visits to Tulsa (first time in August and a few times in the fall of 2024 for subsequent visits). Always good."
"First, know that OKCMOA is a member of NARM which basically means if you have a Philbrook membership, you can get in free. Or, conversely if you have a OKCMOA membership you get into Phillbrook! :) (There are lots of other museums in this reciprocal program so check it out.)Second, the current Edith Head exhibit is amazing. There is room after room of her many and varied costumes from the heyday of motion pictures. A couple of vintage videos are in the exhibit, too. I learned a lot about the designer. The gift shop has some amazing items to correspond with the exhibit as well as some delicious themed cocktails. Go check it all out.(Oh, yeah....there's also the Chihuly's!)"
"Impeccable service, darling tea room, and event venue. High quality dining experience! Hosted a baby shower at Nosh. Call Michael for event planning. You won't regret it! The menu was perfect! Presentation primo!"
"A charmingly whimsical experience that is great for special dates or occasions. The exterior looks like a fairy tale and the inside is like a cozy piece of history.Tenderloin Bruschetta - 5/5, absolutely delicious. It seemed strange that the bread wasn't toasted, but the flavors were so good we didn't care.Tomato Bisque - 4/5, solid but unremarkable. Nothing against them, a tomato bisque is a tomato bisque.Filet/Ribeye - 4/5, the quality and the sear was great, but it was lacking any sauce. The server said "Chef" can make us some, which I was excited about but it was really brand. We did blind tests trying it with or without the sauce and we couldn't tell the difference. Even spooning it directly into my mouth, it didn't taste like anything. It was still a nice gesture to make us a sauce, but we were expecting something a bit more impactful - a red wine reduction, a garlic butter sauce, a béarnaise, or even a vinegar/Worcestershire/brown sugar/blah blah etc. would have been fine. I won't hold this against them though as it was impromptu and I realize some "fine diners" probably consider me a heathen for complaining about sauce on a high-quality steak.Dessert - 4/5, solid but unremarkable. Nothing against them. Ice cream is ice cream and a cheesecake is a cheesecake. Our server had great attitude and was diligent in her service.Altogether, it was a wonderful experience. Too pricey to visit frequently, but great for special moments."
"I'm Gonna Let You In On A Little Secret...The Tulsa area's swankiest new speakeasy hang is Upstairs at Crossroads Cookery. A hidden door, a secret staircase, a full bar with signature cocktails, a menu of small plates, an island inspired-interior with lots of seating options, a live music lineup, and...a password required for entry. Head over to their Facebook and Instagram to learn more, and send them a DM if you want in."

Hosted a fund raiser for Tulsa mayoral candidate Karen Keith. Lovely private room with tables for wine (red and white), ice water and tea. A pleasing buffet of heavy hor dourves including ravioli, meatballs , ceviche and more was attended by conscientious staff. One of our favorite Italian restaurants in Tulsa.

Totally enjoyed today's visit to the museum. Did, pay parking lot, due to parking for Wicked show.Lots of people in line for tickets but since I did our free tickets on line, we got to immediately check in at a separate place.Love the idea for special free Sundays! Even if you pay it would be worth it.We loved the first floor that's full of just gorgeous glass art. I was in aw of the imagination seen here. Took a few pictures.....OK alot of pictures. My favorite was the boat full of glass items. Some families had children and had them on strict attention. They have back tape on floor showing where to stay behind. I would be nervous taking small children.Second and third floors by stairs or elevator has paintings and pictures.Very unique and interesting !Also gift shop with a bar. A seperate kids art areaMuseum supper clean with lots of places to sit. Everyone friendly with several workers throughout.

We went here on a Friday evening for our (dating) anniversary. I was able to make reservations a couple days ahead online, so that was super convenient. The service was terrific! Never felt rushed. We were able to really look at the menu and discuss the options without feeling like we were keeping our waiter from something else. He was very attentive without being overbearing. We got crab cakes to start and holy jeez... so yummy! I chose the pot roast for my entree and it was fantastic! My wife chose the ribeye and asked for mashed potatoes instead of the risotto and veggies it normally comes with, and that was no problem to make that substitution. I had an amazing glass of wine and delicious cheesecake for dessert. The grounds are beautiful too! Would absolutely recommend.

To start with, it was Christmas Chute time in Sapulpa so the Cookery was slammed. I loved the interior with all the antique wood bars (we counted at least three), the antique tables and chairs, and the paintings hung from floor to ceiling. It's a large space. We put our names on the list and then wandered around the downtown area for a while. (I would highly recommend the Chute to get you in the Christmas spirit.)We were seated as soon as our table was ready. I can't brag enough about the hostess. She was working her behind off. When she saw that our table had not been wiped down, she immediately put us somewhere that was ready. We observed her bussing tables and seating people and being on the move constantly. We actually tipped HER on the way out.Otherwise, everything else was subpar. I had one of the worst cocktails I've ever had here. It was supposed to have pomegranate foam on it but I think it was egg foam. No sweetness at all. I didn't finish it. We asked for water from the start and all we got was excuses from the waitress. We never got water. At. All.We both ordered the smash burgers. They came out with the top bun totally cold and cheese was barely melted. When we ordered, the waitress had reiterated that the condiments came on the side if that was ok. When they arrived, we had no ketchup. We asked for it all and finally after about 10 minutes, the condiments came out. The table next to us had the same issue and waited longer. She finally asked for a refire. Would I try this again. Yes. I will give them another chance. Just probably not during the holiday season. Sad face.

One of the best local spots for music and entertainment! It's fun to wander around and find little details too!

When the "Western Swing" sandwich was put in front of me, I was really disappointed at first glance. For a $10+ sandwich, it looked pretty small, and dare I say, uninspired. Yet, from first bite to last bite, it was really satisfying in terms of flavor and balance of ingredients. While it may not be a "Hungry Man" sized sandwich, it is deceptively filling. Great sandwich overall. No additional notes. The space is interesting. Again, not what I was expecting, but the restaurant also has a large outdoor music venue and live music seems to be a common thing.

This is a fantastic restaurant hidden away in the woods off of Highway 9. For those of us who live in NW OKC it's about a 45 minute drive but it's worth the effort. Make sure to check the OU sports schedule before reserving your spot. OU football, basketball, softball and baseball games will slow your trip to a crawl because of traffic. It's also a bed and breakfast so you can always plan a staycation and avoid the traffic altogether. We've eaten there twice in the last 30 days and I'll include pictures and dishes from both trips. I chose it for the destination of my birthday and none of the 8 guests complained about the drive but all raved about the food. Instead of discussing each and every dish in detail like I normally do (this review would take many pages) I can say without reservation that you simply cannot go wrong with any choice. The soups are silky smooth and packed with flavor. I had the mushroom soup as a special on a previous trip and the taste was from the ground fresh. It must have been made with fresh mushrooms and herbs. The soup on this particular night was a creamy tomato bisque that was velvety smooth and amazing. I've had the House Salad and Caesar Salad. Both are fantastic. The former is a wonderful combination of greens with a light champagne vinaigrette that pairs perfectly. A "simple" Caesar salad is difficult to make but they've got it right. On this occasion I had the filet mignon; juicy, tender and the perfect temperature. I've also had the chicken and pork dishes which were wonderful. My husband has had the salmon and lamb, so I've tasted them and found them to be very good. The rack of lamb has a reduction sauce that would make drywall palatable. On this night I had the chocolate tort while a few others chose the crème brûlée and bread pudding. Pictures are unable to convey the the chef's mastery. I can't find the receipt and can't remember our server's name, shame on me. She handled our table of nine as easily as if it were a table of two. Her skill made a difficult job look easy. Don't worry about the distance. Highway 9 is a well-paved, four-lane highway. The restaurant is only about four miles east of I-35 and is an easy drive. My only suggestion is to check the OU sports schedule. I can also recommend spending the night and enjoying a room.

"Highly recommend for the special theme nights. They have burlesque, jazz, and more.We came for a super fun hot date and to see some friends perform. We got lucky and hit $5 burger night and they were delish! Also loved the homemade chips!!!We don't drink alcohol and were still able to have an amazing time!"
"Came here with a friend on a Thursday and it is such a cute little spot. Employees were really friendly, you can tell they get a ton of regulars that come in. Nice stocked bar/fridge with a great beer and seltzer selection. They do live music on the weekends, and seems likely during warmer weather they perform on an amphitheater outside. Can't wait to be back and bring all my friends with!"
"Quaint and so, so tasty. Started with the crab bisque and a house salad. Both were wonderful. I got the chicken and my husband got the filet. We both cleaned our plates and finished it off with a cream brûlée and took a chocolate cake home. We would definitely come back again. Natalee took great care of us! Our compliments to the chef! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing evening out before our baby comes."
"My family and a friend of mine attended the Easter egg hunt and blessings of the vines this past weekend. When we showed up we loved what we saw. It's in a small town where it is quiet and remote. When we walked in we were greeted warmly. We browsed inside and then tried a few samples of wine. Once they were all set up and ready to go we were able to go where the wine sampling was. We tried some good wines the one that stuck out was the chocolate wine it was chocolate from the start and chocolate at the finish. We also were told that if you freeze it it taste like a Fudgsicle. My favorite wine was the strawberry wine it was light and sweet. We then went and sat on the patio and listen to some music. The blessing of the vines was short and sweet. We love that they do something like that. The egg hunt was fun for both kiddos and adults. I think a lot of adult miss egg hunts. I think we will definitely be back!!"
"Honestly really enjoyed my stay here, but one star knocked for the following reasons:1. Parking is inconvenient and it wasn't easy to find the information on their website.2. Hotel room had minor problems: my bathroom lights didn't completely work.3. The gym was filthy which I didn't expect for Hyatt of all places. No AC either so it's unbearable in the summer.4. The couches even in more expensive rooms are not pull out. These issues combined plus the cost of the room would've originally been enough to go with 3 stars, but the customer service was great. I had noisy and somewhat scary neighbors (I found out later they were just a very loud, argumentative Italian family) so when I went to the front desk to ask to switch rooms due to this...they gave me no issues and even upgraded my room to a much bigger space. The woman did look a little frustrated by my complaint as it wasn't the hotel's fault these guys were so loud and part of me wished she put me on another floor, but simply being moved much further down the hall resolved the issue. We also had a pretty short stay, but the staff recognized us. I had a hangover on our last day and so my friend (staying in another room) requested for a later check out for me and they gave him no issues as they recognized us being together all the time. So, while the rooms were nice, the issues were somewhat frustrating, but the staff really made up for it."
