"Such an amazing experience! Bought the grey Camry in September 2023, got in a wreck in December 2023, and it was totaled. "Wow. I wish I could give zero stars. I was a car dealer. I've bought from multiple car dealers from big names to the tiny ones on 39th st. I have never encountered one that wouldn't take my license, insurance and let me leave my car there so I could take a vehicle to my mechanic for a 30 minute inspection. He was also very rude, super unprofessional, blew me off the second I walked in the door before mentioning the mechanic thing. 0/10. Do not ever waste your time with this dealership."
"I rented a car from this company through Expedia and a company called NU. I was called by one of the employees on my cell for him to come pick me up from the airport rental car parking lot. Nice guy. He helped get all my belongings in the car which was very nice. The car he picked me up in was dusty on the outside and dirty on the inside. Not gross dirty, just not freshly washed clean. I figured it was his personal car. He drove my son and myself to the car rental place to sign all the paperwork. Once we get to the place, he tells me to leave all my stuff in the car as this is the rental. Thought it was weird that it wasn't clean, but it didn't bother me. I have 2 small kids so I know how dirty a car can get quickly. They charge a $60 refundable fee once you return the car. I rented it for 3 days. Brought it back on a busy Saturday. The owner was the only one working. Instead of making me wait for him to drive me to the airport, he bought a cab for me to take there. He said he didn't want me to be late. Paid money out of his own pocket. I was impressed by his great customer service. I watched him deal with a few customers while I waited for the cab. He was working fast as he could while still courteous. I had to call back a few times to get my $60 deposit back, which is why this review wasn't a 5 star. The guy that works for him said he would call me back and figure it out, but he never did. The owner said he was only going to refund $40 of the $60 since the car was brought back dirty. I let him know how dirty the car was when I picked it up and that I didn't bother washing an already dirty car before I brought it back. He graciously said he would take me at my word and refunded the whole amount. This wasn't a completely smooth experience but the owner is hustling to run a good business. He cares about his customers and does the best with what he's got. I would rent from this place again if I ever find myself in OKC."

"The Barry Sanders Supercenter has limited inventory, and if they can get over market price for their Jeeps, I have no problem with it - but I won't be one of the suckers. My problem with the experience I had was the ever-changing details. To give an example, they were really pushing their financing, offering a better price for financed vehicles, even though we preferred to pay cash. In the space of a few minutes, it went from "you can pay it off in the first 30 days", to "60 days", to "90 days". That's just one of several times it happened. I guess they think we're too dumb to notice. Another claim was that their prices were the best around. Wrong - and it's not even close."

Great car buying experience! We had been looking for a high mileage pickup to pull a travel trailer. We found what we were looking for at Sals. Just to be certain, we looked at several others at various dealers in the okc metro area. They were ALL trash! Needless to say, we raced to Sals the next day. Nic was so nice and patient with us during this process. We would recommend this dealer to all friends and family!

We searched online for used trucks for my dad (birthday gift) and narrowed it down to two. Nelson's didn't have the truck advertised for another week but they had a similar one. Jackson was our sales rep and easy to work with. It took us a long time to get through the process of buying for cash but this is normal. They took it back to detail it and my mother went home. When I got it to drive to my dad, it was dull and white inside. They had a bad mix with in chemicals. It was terrible and looked destroyed. After another hour of waiting they got it back but still did not look as good. Jackson said the restoration guy would be in the next day and we will have the first appointment if I want to bring it back. Not happy but they put it in writing so I agreedMy dad was in tears when we gave it to him. His current truck was about to die and he needed a new one. We took it back the next day, went to lunch and when done the truck was ready. They did a great job restoring it. My dad loves his truck and Jackson did a good job of making us happy.

Been by there three times since Allen Samuels left and the service has fell off! Use to be able to go there and get your car serviced if you showed up first thing in the am. Now they don't know if they can get it done. Can't find records or just seem to have no clue what's going on. I first used this dealership as Allen Samuels and drove from Wichita as the dealer in Wichita was crooked. Never had a problem, now it is nothing but problems there! I have had VW's for over 18 years and have never been disappointed until now.

Great amazing experience all around with quick pick up and very friendly owner. Small business and I had to wait for 5 mins while the owner Gary worked on something else but he was very accommodating and apologetic for my short wait. Great selection of cars and easy process. Will rent here again to support small local business!

"An experience indeed. Muhammed and his team are great guys. Vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, and in GREAT Condition. Everything was simple very low pressure. Able to test drive and look over the vehicle which was a great find. I had went through my own credit union for pre-approval, however being that I was buying from out of state and through and independent dealer the nightmare with my own credit union began. However this is where Muhammed really outshined. He worked with me, and spoke with the credit union many times over to get the deal done. I commend this guy on the hoops he had to jump through with my credit union to get me this vehicle. He is very honest and upfront. I really appreciate the hard work and patience and B.S. he had to put up with my credit union to get the deal done. Car buying is not easy at all these days whether you go to an independent dealer or a big mainstream one, it's not an easy experience for anyone. But 5 stars++ in my opinion. Well deserved"
"There's something great going on at Hodge Ford. I bought my used Hyundai here a year ago, and I got a great deal on it. Since then, I've come in for service, my free car washes and some windshield wipers. I could not be happier with the service I've gotten, the car washes were quick, easy and effective, and I got the windshield wipers for cheaper than I could have gotten them from Autozone or O'Reilly's. Everyone in the store has a constant smile and they are there to help you through every step of the process."

"I'll be honest and admit that I was absolutely dreading a visit to Battison. They don't exactly have the best reviews, which while not uncommon with car dealers, still wasn't ideal.I had no choice though. Of course my little Honda has a special battery. Of course AAA doesn't carry it on their trucks. And of course, Battison is the closest dealer and oh yeah, I can't turn my car off.Reception is a bit confusing. Most other dealers I've been to greet you at your car. With a car that would definitely die as soon as I turned it off, I waited but wasn't greeted and eventually had to turn the car off and go inside.However, the staff was super helpful. My service advisor was polite and wore a mask. I had no appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in. I was in and out in about 2 hours, which I felt was appropriate for no appointment. They also did not overcharge me for the battery, which I had anticipated. No upselling either, which I hate, so that was nice.All the employees were wearing masks that I saw, and only one customer did not have a mask on. Some of the employees didn't have their masks covering their noses which...sigh...but I'll take a mask covering their mouth over nothing at this point. They also didn't wipe tables down after people, but they were spaced out, had signs, etc. I can't fault a company that is making an effort, especially when so many others have chosen to ignore the whole global pandemic thing.Note, I had zero interaction with the sales side, so I can't speak to that experience."

"I called or Nissan West to see if they had a part in stock for my car. They were able to locate it and get it for me same day. When I arrived to pick up the part, I was greeted by multiple people, they were quick to help me find where I needed to go. I was in and out of the store within five minutes. They included a reduced price because of the Nissan points I had accumulated."
