"Do not recommend this place. If you plan on touring this place please make sure to actually walk into the class rooms to look at the conditions. This place isn't run by a good team, management is terrible. My 8 year old was only the for a month or two before I pulled him out because I made a complaint about the teacher to management and she did nothing about it, my son came home told me they talked about me all day and laughed that they never get in trouble. My cousins kids use to also go here but they threw them out the same day WITHOUT a 2 weeks notice and have her spot to other people. she ended up losing her job. Please beware of this place and the people in the office."
"Reviewing this school - because I'm afraid that some parents might get turned off by Khilee's review which is not the case (at least in my son's class). My son has been going to La Petite for a few months now. He LOVES it. I have never felt that he was not being treated well, that his teachers weren't supervising him, or anything of the sort. Being a FTM leaving my 8 week old with strangers 9 hours a day, I want him to be with the best people possible. I feel very comfortable with La Petite @ Warwick because they take very good care of my son. He is also LOVED by the staff. I know that sounds fluffy and like it shouldn't matter, but for me it most certainly does. My son recognizes the staff members and is always happy to see him. They always ask about his moods/habits for the day, staff members have gotten to know his likes/dislikes/habits and made those known to each other, and they also make sure they see him before he leaves for the day to say bye. Pricing is great - super affordable for wonderful care."
"Please do not send your children here. The staff kept giving known allergens specific to my child, conducting unsafe sleep practices of letting babies sleep in swings with bottles still in their mouths. The support in this center is lacking, cleanliness and systems to upkeep all of the above remain largely unchanged and doomed to repeat the same mistakes. The staff overheard telling a kid "your teacher won't like you if you keep ---" overheard while we were at pickup. The toys the kids play with are broken and tired. They relied on the tv a lot more than we would like. After some discussions without change, we pulled our LO the next day. I'm writing this review AFTER I had a discussion with the director who said she "talked to her staff about that" and neglected to demonstrate any policy change for the above issues. I wanted to urge them to CHANGE the step/protocol/supports in place so that they can do better for basic safety measures. My hope is that they work on changing the steps and protocols to ensure no child is given something they are allergic to, have safe sleep practices and compassionate redirection of age appropriate toddler behavior. I didn't get very far in convincing them to change and really am worried about the kids that go there and their safety for that matter. I was appalled at the behavior above and shutter at the thought what happens when we are not there. I have so much mom guilt for keeping my LO there at all. Please, parents. Just look elsewhere."
"Absolutely fun for the whole family! Just watching the kids enjoy themselves is better than TV!"
"My fav place to take my son! He has learned so much from the teachers at this school! His previous daycare teachers yelled alot and didnt have any activities to help the kids develop. This school was very patient with my kids several food allergies and has developed their meals to fit his needs. They also worked with me when my childs schedule changed suddenly. They are very patient and I totally trust them with my son. You can pay via cc machine at the location or online which is convienant."
"My daughter just returned from a week at this camp. She really loved it. We had never heard about it until some friends mentioned it this spring. She had a great time and they kept her safe."
"I've been to a couple weddings here and hope to get another invitation to one at this venue! The log cabin feel and beautiful views are straight up my style. Both weddings hosted their ceremonies here. There is a separate chapel down the dirt road but they have also can be hosted in the same space as the reception. The dance floor is pretty much built in the venue with beautiful and enormous windows around. Decor is also built in this venue - definitely not a raw event space but rather one filled with character!"
"My daughter has been going here for about a year now. They went through a management change a while back and since then it has really become an even more excellent place. Everyone greets my daughter when she comes in and she is always happy to be there. They do all sorts of projects and crafts. I get updates on my phone throughout the day of what she is doing. Im very happy I found this place to care for my daughter during the day."
"First time coming here & I had never even heard of it until we came for a birthday party. Such a cool place to take your kids for all kinds of camps. They also do family camps & theres soooo much to do."

I do not recommend specifically because of how the staff treat each other. Not only did I show up for a tour today and they had no idea I was even coming (I set the tour up via phone). A staff member who was on break and very kind gave me the tour. While showing me one of the classrooms, a staff member came to the door and was very rude to the employee. She said, " Uhhh, I don't have time for a tour I'm in a class." The employee kindly smiled at her and said I'm doing the tour. The other employee, obviously annoyed, rolled her eyes and shut the door. That same employee then proceeded to open the door and watched us do the tour the whole rest of the time and wasn't even watching the kids in the class. There was another girl in there but while we were doing the tour she was on her cell phone in the room and a little girl kept trying to get her attention and she finally rolled a car on the table for her. If this is how they act in-front of a potential client I absolutely do not trust my child attending here, surveillance rooms, or not. Have some pride and sense of worth for the job you're doing and treat each other better than that. Maybe just having a bad day but still wasn't a good first impression.

My children currently attend, and withdrawing them very soon. You can voice your concerns to the director yet nothing is done to fix the problem. If you don't mind your children going unsupervised and hurt on a daily basis due to careless teachers ,that care more to chit chat in door way while children are throwing toys and hitting each other and it is just simply ignored. I recommend Looking for other childcare facilities.

I changed my opinion of this group of school. If you can find a different day care then i suggest you do that. The director and assistant directoe and the staff in this school are great. But the people that are above them are the worst. And La Petite is probably THE WORST centers i have been to. Avoid them at all costs

My son just started there for the summer and so far, I am super impressed. The staff is really attentive and the amount of things that the children can do are limitless. They have countless field trips and activities, so they are never bored. Fees are reasonable and security is state-of-the-art, which I absolutely adore. If you are looking for quality child care, I highly recommend them. Schedule a tour!

Though Mrs. Abby and Mrs. Donna are great, the two managers need better communication between each other and to parents. When I signed up in October I was told I would be getting a 20 % discount (10% for being military and another 10% for paying in advance since I was paying for the whole month), which is why I agreed to send my son there. I asked numerous times if this is correct and the woman(I can't remember her name) told me yes. In January, I even called and asked again when I gave the first check for $640 and she told me yes. At the end of January I was told I still owed. I thought it was because there were more than four weeks. On Friday, 23 Feb, another lady told me I owed money and didn't understand why when I paid $640 for four weeks. She informed me that I am only allowed one discount. Hearing made me really upset because the only reason why I signed up there was because of the 20% discount. Now I have to pay an extra $80 a month. This lives me in a bind and very inconvenienced because I'm looking for a new place to send him. Being six months old, it's very hard. I do not like that I was lied to and seem like it was done to get my business. If that was what we verbally agreed upon, then it should be honored. Being military, this is a huge inconvenience because I can't just stay home and take care of him until I find somewhere else for him. So now I am tight on money, until I find a place. Im very disatisfied and will not be recommending this company to no AD military member. To add... They changed their food policy due to some changes from the company who heads up their food. I had only a weekend to to transition my son from Kiinde nipples to another nipple because they were no longer allowed to feed from milk pouch. Also, when my son was sick(eyes swollen shut) they told the caretakers to wait until I came because it was close to the time I picked him up. I was very upset because I could have taken my son sooner to the ER and I should have been called ASAP. This place has been a headache and a huge inconvenience. Any recommendations on places in Norman that have spots available for a six month old and don't lie about the discounts?????

"My 6.5 year old grandson just finished the Glassworks summer camp. It was an amazing experience! He was excited to go every day and his creations were so lovely and impressive. He put on an art show for family after the last day. He was thrilled to share his work and talk about all he learned and got to do."
"I went to apply for a job! A this facility was clean an organized! Camera equipment for the safe of the kids. The director was polite courteous straight to the point! Doors hade safely locks."
"So, the fields are obviously closed now. What I was impressed with is there indoor batting facility! I mean wow. I was hesitant to share this, selfishly, so I can use it allll the time. Lol, that being said, the 1-5 star ratings are old and not relevant to this new, state of the art facility."
"My child cane home with bruises the staff couldn't or refused to explain. When I asked to see camera footage we were dismissed from the program. A report has been filed with the State of Oklahoma for neglect. Shame on you for calling yourselves a child care center. You don't care at all. Not even enough to keep my baby safe or look at the camera for an explanation for a concerned mother. Keep your children away from this hellhole!"
"Great place! I have two kids that attend this location. Overall, I've been pleased with this place. There was a time where staffing was an issue, but I can't blame them. I feel every place had staffing issues during and after COVID. When issues occur at the school, I felt they have been informative. Teacher have been great and my kiddos seem to like it there. They're always pretty eager to go to class and see their teachers. The teachers keep parents up to date and are welcoming when I drop off my kiddos. Being at work, then getting a surprise photo of my kiddos makes me day! It makes me feel reassured that the kiddos are happy their!"
"Love this place. Clean and nice environment for a child. Teachers are very friendly and they take very good care of the kids.Rooms are spacious, and this place is affordable too.Highly recommended"
"We love La Petite! My son is in the infant room and they are very communicative about everything. They have an amazing app that lets me know when he eats, has his diaper changed, or if they need to change his diaper. They even send me pictures and videos through it. For a first time mom, this is huge! I love being able to check in and see what he's been doing before I go to pick him up. They are very willing to work with non traditional things, like cloth diapers. They let me know about any questions or concerns that they have in regards to anything. I always know what's going on and who is in the room with him."
"I am surprised to read some of the negative reviews about this school. I have had 2 daughters here at different stages in their lives. It is harder as a new mother putting an infant in care vs. a toddler who is more capable of taking care of things like runny noses and going to the bathroom. We have had a good experience with both children, one in 2012 at the age of 1, and one who is currently enrolled as a 4 year old. Any concerns or questions that we have brought up to Shelby or Ashley have been addressed quickly. The teachers are all educated and care about the kids. We get daily updates, some times more than once a day sharing information and a photo of what the kiddos are doing. This is new for us from the 2012 enrollment as they were not as digital then, we received a written note each day of the activities. We also get an end of day report that generates when we pick our daughter up, which is helpful. They have many activities on the calendar each month and we are glad to be a part of this school."
"This is a great spot when you need somewhere indoors for kiddos to run their little bottoms off and wear their little bodies out! Junie and I came over here the other day after we got out of Mothers' Day Out. For $5, she got to play in the Play Zone, which consisted of a ball pit, run big foam stairs leading to slides and obstacle courses, etc. There's also just a wide open padded area for somersaults (or at least a two year old's version of somersaults). It was also fun for her to get to watch the bigger girls go through their workout. When she needed a break, she would just sit and watch the other kids. She loved it, and I loved it for her. We were a bit early and she was the only one there, and she wasn't having that much fun. But once the other kids showed up and started playing with her, she really started having a great time. I would totally do this for a birthday party, but it just seems like a whole lot of fun to make a rainy day a wonderful day. Or... and this is probably going to be the case for us very soon, taking a wild and crazy two year old out of the house so a newborn can sleep!"
"My grandson has been attending this location and I must say, I'm very impressed with the professionalism from the director Michelle to his teacher Ms. Elaine.I see my grand baby is getting more acclimated with the environment. He's an only child and he loves playing with other kids his age. His mother is very particular when it comes to her 1st and only child.I love when I'm able to take him all the teachers knows the kids by names and greets them that bring on a level of comfort for the kids and parents or grand parents.Being a nurse I'm always assessing the environment and watching cleanliness of the facility. He has been sick due to exposure of other young kids his age..I realize that's so common he will build an immune soon.Keep up the great work Ms. Elaine and Michelle! Thanks,Sandra"
"Best daycare my son has ever been to. The teachers and staff are very professional, friendly and you can tell they genuinely care for your child. You get updates of every time he's been changed, the food he eats and how much he's eating, through an app. Always feel safe leaving my child with them."
"When I tell you I loved this place!! It's massive and there is so much to do. I feel like someone could take a daycare here and spend the whole day keeping everyone entertained. Artwork, legos, organized and scheduled activities, indoor playground and jungle gyms, and not to mention one of the coolest parks I have ever seen in my life. PLUS A TON of reptiles and small animals, They even have an AXOLOTL which I haven't been able to find lately anywhere, I loved that. All the cages looked so clean and well maintained, I didn't get sad seeing a bunch of animal see caged up for the first time. One of the staff even had the bearded dragon out for us to interact with. I don't live in Enid but if I did I would get a membership in a heartbeat for my family.. I think it's important this place is well supported and stays open for a very long time. It's fun, educational and not too stimulating, it's just right. The staff were all so kind and the facility was kept clean. 2 adults and one child costed us $39."
