"We love Beanstalk at our house! The cute decor with the giant beanstalk is so fun! There is even a quiet room off to the side to study or chill. The girls who work there are always ready to help with a smile. I go there often when head to Norman. My current favorite is the Snow White! Definitely something different for the taste buds. The apple and caramel complement the espresso perfectly in my opinion. Typically I will order the Golden Goose. It's a hazelnut, vanilla, and brown sugar latte. The brown sugar is a nice touch over regular sugar! Definitely give one of their locations a try."

"I love Bahama bucks! I was so excited to see they had one ok Oklahoma, so of course I stopped. They have shaved ice, NOT snow cones. The ice is powder soft and absorbs all the flavors with juice at the bottom and hard crunch at the top. They have various sizes and prices which is nice. Also ANY flavor you can imagine, and some you can't. Perfect for any day or weather!!! Also they are open on Saturdays, unlike the Yelp pages says. So enjoy even on the weekend!"

"Icealicious Snow is my favorite summer 2021 find. They serve some seriously scrumptious snow cones. I love their flavors are non GMO, made with real cane sugar, & some flavors are even organic & dye free. You can get a simple snow cone or you can try one of their pick-your-own-adventures where ANYTHING goes, lol. They even have flavors with pickles! I tried one of their pick-your-own-adventures called the **COCO LOCO: coconut flavor, stuffed with sweet cream, REAL coconut & pecans, topped with coconut, pecans & whipped cream** Shut the front door...hands down best fancy snow cone of all time. I despise fake coconut and this was not fake coconut, it tasted like the real McCoy, fresh & delicious. Whatever kind of snow-tastic adventure you're looking for, team Icealicious Snow is there for you. Their prices are reasonable, it's a woman owned business, and the team is always kind + helpful.Starting late September they sell homemade hot chocolates. "This is our favorite snow cone stand in town, for so many reasons. Of course, there are a million flavor combinations (I guess to be technical, the number is actually 234,248. We also love that there is a very a small and very affordable size for kids ($1.50). I always feel a little silly scanning my card for such a small number. But I don't know if most people know this about Sasquatch: It was created to employ the low-income teens of Classen Ten-Penn neighborhood, to empower them to break the cycle of poverty. Brought to you by the same good folks behind Curbside Flowers, Sasquatch is more than just a great local small business. The teens get a checking account and savings account when they are hired, and Sasquatch uses the profits from the sales to match dollar-for-dollar any money the teens save towards their education and career goals. They take financial literacy classes through Oklahoma Employees Credit Union.
