"My husband and I moved to Edmond from Austin last week. It was very stressful until we found the perfect place through Kalidy Homes. Ashley Ross is an amazing associate and was able to answer all of our questions via email. Our move became so much less stressful because of her hard work. I can not recommend Kalidy Homes enough."
"Tara is extremely personable and definitively knowledgeable, and will work hard to get your home sold.Using her as a buyer's agent? Also an excellent choice."
"Moved from out of state-Las Vegas to be exact and Rachel with Trinity Team worked wonders and moved mountains for my husband and I! We came in town for 5 days to house hunt and jam packed a search of roughly 30 properties into 3 of those 5 days and made an offer. Rachel went to work right away securing the house and getting all inspections and lender documents in order. We moved fast (within about 5 weeks of the house hunting trip to Oklahoma). It's stressful moving from out of state, but gosh, she truly lifted so much stress on our end by handling EVERYTHING in OK for us! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and we will refer EVERYONE to her forever."
"We had a great experience with this company when purchasing our family home. Micah McGahan was our realtor and he was very professional, patient, and was happy to answer all our questions. He also came back to our house so we could take a picture in front our new house with the sold sign because I was really excited to have that photo in our family photo book!"
"Stay away from this brokerage. Uneducated realtors and broker who doesn't stand up for their clients. Moved from Calif and bought a home in Edmond without being able to view the house. Realtor refers home inspector (Sticks and Bricks, Terry Reed) who is incompetent and didn't add in his report a toilet that wasn't secured to the floor, mold, broken windows, broken toilet and the list goes on. My Coldwell Banker Mike Jones realtor Shari Bouziden told us that "she is sorry we're going through this." A realtor is suppose to represent the best interests of their clients but she abandoned us. DO NOT USE COLDWELL BANKER MIKE JONES COMPANY IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. You've been warned"
"Foster Signature Homes builds nice homes and the warranty depart is always responsive, HOWEVER if you are thinking about taking them up on their room conversation don't. I signed a contract at the end of March 2017 and I was told that they would start the construction in 60 days, It has been over 90 day and there has been little to no communication, only one text that the should be contacting me with a start day soon. That was over a month ago. They are good on the big deal, but forget about the small stuff and totally don't care about customer service or good communication."
"I relocated to NYC, but decided to keep my property in OKC. PMI came to my rescue and found a tenant super fast. They have been extremely professional, transparent and kind; always communicating everything with me immediately. I would highly recommend using them to help manage a property!"
"Sell Now Oklahoma City is a great company that operates with honesty and transparency. ThanksSell Now Oklahoma City!"
"It has been so great working with LifeSoar Investment Properties. Decisions about selling your home or working through financial challenges are very difficult. It is imperative that we work with someone we can trust and I assure you, you can trust LifeSoar Investment Properties. They are always just a phone call or text away with prompt replies to all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend if you have a need, contact LifeSoar!"
"When someone purchases a brand new home for $350,000, they don't expect the roof to leak within 6 years. When the 6-year old roof leaks, and your builder provided you with a 10-year warranty, you expect that 10-year warranty to cover the roof.Imagine my surprise when my 6-year old roof leaked (causing $4,515.94 in damage to the inside of my home), and 4-Corners said I had NO 10-YEAR WARRANTY!After 2 days of conversation, 4-Corners agreed I did have a 10-year warranty, but it would not cover the roof. 4-Corners sent out their roofer to inspect my roof. The 4-Corners roofer admitted the roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney - in fact, his exact words were, "They skipped a step."After the 4-Corners roofer repaired the damage, I received a roof repair bill for $1,200. My insurance company charged me $1,000 deductible for the damage to the inside of my home, and I lost countless hours of income staying home from work to deal with 5 different repair companies. Not to mention my son lost his bedroom for a month! This water damage is clearly due to 4-Corner's negligence during installation of roof flashing around the chimney. 4-Corners is not doing the right thing by standing behind their work. I firmly believe 4-Corners owes me a minimum of $1,200 for the roof repair, and up to $4,515.94 for the damage they did to my home."
"I have been using Key Realty for several years to manage my properties. They are always responsive and professional. I put a lot of trust in them since I am so far away. I really must have a reliable management team. I especially love Karyn and her ability to handle any situation quickly and competently."
"We recently sold our home in the Newcastle area. We had the pleasure of meeting Frank Wesnidge purely by accident. He approached us about listing our home. I told him we planned on selling it ourselves but after my conversation with him I decided I wanted him to sell it for us. He was absolutely amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and the market. Our home had a contract within a week and we were closed and moved in 34 days! He made everything thing go smoothly and kept us updated almost daily. He is a definite asset to Keller Williams! Thank you Frank!"

I wish I could review some aspects of business separately that have multiple departments because we had a very mixed experience. Our Realtor: 5/5Levinson randomly assigned Bailee as our realtor, and she is the only reason we were able to make our house purchase. She talked us through difficult moments with the builder and the HOA. She responded to all of our inquiries quickly, even way beyond the normal business hours. Bailee made our home purchase possible when we thought about walking away several times.Builder Relations: 2/5Levinson represented both myself and the seller who built the home, but they didn't appear to do much work to research the builder or the HOA before putting up the listing. The took the word of the builder without doing any additional research. We found out, after signing the purchase agreement, that the HOA was going to sue the builder for not complying with the covenants on the land. He also did not have all of the repairs completed in a timely manner. The builder was even installing a sink on the day of closing! While we bought a new house, it's still not perfect. The builder has an incredibly bad BBB rating because he failed to respond to complaints. I know Levinson isn't responsible for the builder's actions, but they should have done more research before selling his property. We ended up closing, but only because of the tireless advocacy done by Bailee. The home is beautiful, and I hope we never have to have contact with the builder.

Recently my wife and I moved from Las Vegas and our realtor back home recommended we contact Cheri to help us find a home. We did not have much time to find a home due to the date we were closing back home. Cheri was ready for the challenge and helped us negotiate a great deal and fast close in only TWO weeks time. Cheri worked many hours negotiating between us, the seller and their agent. It was an older home at a great price and there were quite a few items to negotiate using the TRR process. Timing, negotiating and communication were critical and Cheri was right there every step of the way while looking out for our best interest.Thank you Cheri for all your hard work,Phillip and Rosie Upchurch.

These people trying to scam home owners. Specially they are going after old people and those that their homes are paid off and maybe in need of cash. They are offering cash for homes up to 50% less than market value of their homes. These type of businesses should be shut down. For example my home value is $340,000.00 but they are offering me $190,000.00.

"I am happy that the property owner I pay rent to switched to this company from T&J Property Management as they seem to be on top of maintenance requests but I think my faith may have been misplaced. The AC stopped working this weekend and I put in a trouble call and amazingly they got somebody to come out here today on Sunday. House maintenance on weekends is difficult in sleepy OKC since nobody in this town thinks it should be done on weekends when things tend to break but I digress. The guy came, diagnosed the problem, has the part needed to fix the AC but cannot install it since he cannot get in touch with anyone from this company to authorize the repairs. I find this unacceptable. He should have been authorized to fix the unit before he arrived, not just diagnose it. So now in the summer heat I get to spend the weekend without AC even though I pay rent on time. I bet if my rent was late, which it never has been I'd be getting a phone call and emails asking for payment. Renting in OKC is a crapshoot since the people that own and manage properties that are rented only work 8-4 schedules on weekdays only and don't think that maintenance is important enough to be accomplished after working hours or on weekends. Be cautious dealing with this company like all others since any issues or concerns you may have can only be dealt with at their leisure instead of a timely manner. The most odd thing about maintenance in this city is that maintenance companies actually do work after hours and weekend in this city, I have asked. Property owners and managers just refuse to authorize any work outside of THEIR normal working hours and days."
"Take my advice. Do not rent from this business. We are stuck in a year lease now but will not be renewing. They take forever on maintenance issues and have a very ungrateful attitude towards us. We moved in our stuff the night before our exact move in date. Place was filthy so we spent 3 hours cleaning it up. Figured they weren't going to clean it up. Mind you they gave us our keypad code for entry a week before move in date. Not kidding, I get the keys the next morning and return to home and our stuff was gone!!! The maintenance man came by to clean the house apparently and ended up taking our stuff to their office. It was a total power move. He lied and said he thought someone left their stuff there. It was a brand new home only finished month ago. We were first tenants! These people are nuts. Run don't walk. Also our air went out and it took them over two weeks to deal with it. Look elsewhere for rental."
"Don Cies agents Brian Eddins and Amelia André are both excellent realtors who truly go above and beyond in everything they do.Buying or selling Norman real estate? Use these folks. Seriously. They KNOW Norman."
"Working with agent Susan Rahill-Simon of Fisher Provence was an absolute pleasure from start to finish!Susan was friendly, helpful, attentive, and thorough, and we, well, simply couldn't have asked for a better all around experience with a Stillwater realtor.I've a lot of experience working with realtors across the state of Oklahoma.I've worked with some of the best; Lord knows I've worked with, well, some of the worst. Susan, believe me, falls into the former of those two categories. She sold the Stillwater home of the late Dr. and Mrs. Raymond Chapel in just days after the estate sale that my firm, McNeil Liquidations, conducted there in Stillwater, and for considerably more than the asking price. (The Chapel family was as happy as I was to see such fast and truly impressive results.)I am more than happy to refer all Stillwater area real estate to Mrs. Rahill-Simon.Simply superb!"
"I'm just going to say upfront do not buy a home creations home without a Realtor end of conversation. Now our sales rep at the Bellatona property Gitte is super nice and Bobby the guy that does customer service and your walkthrough is fantastic. But trust me you need a realtor because we represented ourselves and didn't get what was promised in our initial offer."
"As a first time home buyer and moving from another state I was very nervous and timid starting this process. When making such a big investment I wanted to make sure to pick the best builder I could. The day I walked into the Ideal Homes model home and met Joey, all of those fears went away. Joey was so incredibly helpful and made this process so much fun for us. The beautiful homes and Joey made this decision very easy! He really had our best interest in mind and thru the entire process so did the entire Ideal Homes team. We custom built our home and thru the process we got to work one on one with a personal designer. My designer understood my vision and gave us great suggestions while keeping us in budget. Because I was in California for most of the build the designer and my builder where in constant contact with us. Updating us on progress, sending photos, FaceTiming, and answering all of my crazy phone calls. They always made me feel like a priority even though I knew they had other people building homes. After we moved in their customer care team always made sure we were happy. They are always so respectful and kind when they come into your home. They always went above and beyond. I honestly can't say enough about Ideal Homes. I would recommend them to anyone. We have been in our home now for 2 years and I am so greatful for the Ideal Homes team and the quality work and customer service they pour into their homes and home buyers. Thank you for building our first home and giving us the type of experience every home buyer deserves."
"This is a great company to work for. The people are kind and will listen to your ideas. I appreciate the chance to work for you mrs Sue."
"Love this group! I have used them for buying and renting my house and they are fantastic. Always super professional and easy to get ahold of whenever I have questions. They do an excellent job of managing my rental house and in would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy/sell/rent a home!"
"I didn't want to have to write a review but I cannot get in contact with anyone and I'm losing money because of issues in my rent property. I have never had such issues contacting a property manager! I have emailed several times and called Teresa Prices office but she never calls you back. My dad is the only person it seems like she will answer... also be sure to read your leases very closely because you're most likely responsible for maintenance in a RENT property. Which honestly you'll probably have better luck fixing issues in this companies properties on your own! I have asked for them to reseal my windows because hot air and flies are coming through them and they did that but using packing tape. I'm not joking. I cannot change my air filter on my own because of the way they made the duplex, and they tried to charge me 250 ! To replace a ac filter ! Even the ac guy said I wouldn't be able to change it alone. The people they call to fix things won't call to make an appointment Either! They just show up so if you work goodluck getting anything fixed. We also asked them to get weather stripping for the doors since they have huge cracks that also let in hot air and bugs. My bedroom has no installation between the garage and my floor making my room about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. My electric bill alone is 400 because they have yet to fix anything. Also the people below me have had a hole in their ceiling from my dishwasher leaking since move in in May. If you are thinking about renting with this company or having them manage your property I'd advise looking elsewhere... especially if you are using Teresa PriceI have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and I suggest anyone else who has issues like this to do the same"
"Horrible. Walked into my home when I wasn't there with no notice. They sent one email which ended up in my spam folder. Then proceeded to tell me that I would be charged if they couldn't change an air filter. The home I moved into had an insane amount wrong with it broken doors, dirty, trash left outside, broken washer, broken toilet that I had to fix myself w/ water turned off to that toilet, trash in garage, broken closet etc now has broken garage door. Paying 1500/month or so in a nice neighborhood in Edmond. Before moving in a tenant all should be in working order and clean. Moved in in NOVEMBER and stuff from my original maintenance request still isn't fixed. It's funny they tell me they have a good reputation but I hear from people coming to fix my stuff that they are horrible.GOOOD LUCK!****update**** they did end up apologizing changing all of the locks and fixing my garage door after much complaining. I changed the stars to 3. I do now feel more safe even though this should have never happened they did address the issues."
"We have been renting our house from Draper Realty for almost two years now and love it. Susan was super nice and helpful when we were looking for a house originally and helped us find the perfect one. If anything with the rental is wrong it is super easy to put in a claim and they always get it fixed in a timely manner. I would highly suggest renting from them, no complains."
"absolutely beautiful model home, knowledgeable staff and amazing craftsmanship!"
"My family and I have been tenants of Two Doors Realty since the spring/summer of 2020 in an older 4-bedroom house in the Capitol View area of 73105. In all our years of renting both in Las Vegas and Oklahoma City, Two Doors is hands down our most positive and pleasant experience. The home we lease is an older home and as is to be expected with older homes, it came with some problems that needed repaired/replaced shortly after we signed our lease. Some were major and some minor, but all were handled SO quickly and efficiently and with the utmost respect to our family and belongings. When we first moved in, the AC unit was completely non-functional with the entire unit needing to be replaced. They were so easy to work with to get a large portion of our rent that month credited back to us for the few weeks where we were completely unable to live in our home and for the time we were in the home with no AC, they immediately came out and provided window units for us. We had a new baby in tow with us during the AC fiasco so the efficiency with which they handled that situation was so very appreciated. They could have done the bare minimum, but instead they went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. This type of experience has been par for the course whenever we run into anything that needs fixed or worked on in the home. Two Doors has always responded to our requests on the same business day and if a weekend request is placed, we receive a response first thing Monday morning. I'm not sure if this is the case for all homes under Two Doors, but for us they send out a home repair company called 'Stallion Home Repair' owned by a gentleman named Don who I swear I could and would write an entirely separate 5-star review on if I could locate a business page for them. For plumbing they always send us Epic Plumbing who are equally as wonderful to work with. Both are trustworthy and reliable and the fact that they contract with local companies who are so caring and professional speaks volumes to us and is worth every penny we pay in rent (which has also remained fair and affordable throughout our tenancy). The Two Doors app is seamless and easy to navigate and allows us to pay rent using either a checking or savings account for no extra fee or a debit/credit card for a small fee. The app also allows us to create and edit maintenance and general requests and have all subsequent communication done with Two Doors right there on the app in dang near real time. Our family has been able to grow in a home we adore with a property management company we can trust. Until we walk through the season of life where we own a home and are no longer renters, we will be happy tenants with Two Doors!"
"This is a great property management company. They're super responsive. My only complaint is that they have no weekend or emergency maintenance."
"Shelly Wisdom is my go to mortgage person for all my home buyers. I have closed many deals with her. Having the right lender matters a lot. As a Realtor I recommend Shelly to all of my clients. I know she will treat them with the upmost respect and professionalism. She has many programs available to help in any situation. She always closes on time and keeps me updated on the transaction through the entire process. Everyone in my office also highly recommends her."
"Wally and his team went above and beyond to make sure every need of ours was taken care of. It felt like concierge service as they kept us in the loop every step of the way.Any person we've met on Wally's team has been courteous and extremely professional. They made us feel more like family than a client. In looking for a new home, I'm fairly educated in what to look for as I used to work for a builder. So it pleasantly surprised me to see flaws or structure defects pointed out by his team member, Jo, when searching for a new home. Wally had obviously done his job and trained his team well. Most realtors just want you to find something you like and get their commission. Wally and his team take their time to point out potential pitfalls so you're not distracted by the pretty aesthetics and see what could be a red flag. That way, when we finally found the one we all agreed on it was a fine tuned structurally sound and functional home. Since they took the time to find out what our needs and desires were (as there's a huge difference) - they were able to be a stellar leader in the process. From buying to selling your home, I wouldn't trust any other group. And with an office in Norman and Edmond - Wally has you covered."
"We had an abandoned, derelict next door after our neighbor passed away and her kids were stuck in probate. We shared our frustrations with Roz Buys Homes and they spoke with one of the kids after we convinced them they could help... Not only did we get the referral bonus for the house next door, but another house the daughter owned and decided to sell, since we brought her in as a lead! Oh, and bonus - we LOVE our new neighbor! They made sure to get us a great one :)"
"Joan and Mary helped a friend find the perfect condominium here in NW OKC.The two ladies (i.e., Joan and Mary) were friendly and helpful from start to finish."
"Been here a year and a half and will move soon. Horrible place to have manage your properties. Lies to the owners about what the "fix" and never fixes anything. They will not fix anything but only put patches on it which just continues to make the home look dilapidated and less than nice. Hard to care for a place when the management company couldn't care less.Fix something. Fix SOMETHING. Stop putting bandaids on things."
"That was quick and easy! Rosetta found us a few houses that were ok, but then when the perfect house opened up, she pounced. It's SO difficult to find a home in Stillwater (to purchase or rent). We were really lucky most likely, but I'm thankful for all our realtor's help and attention to detail. From offer to closing was almost exactly 2 months. With perhaps, 3 months of serious house hunting before that. Any decent house in Stillwater seems to sell immediately."
