"The Truffle Shuffle Burger is EXACTLY what I needed. As I'm quick to order a burger before anything, I couldn't help what came with it along with swapping the patty for a lighter option. Before that came out, I got to try the Crispy Duck Wings. The wings were good. It was coated with a sriracha-sweet chili glaze & hoisin (I LOVE hoisin), the flavors that took place made me want to not share & clean the plate (we had a big group). As for the burger, I got the Garlic Quinoa Vegan Patty & I've never had a patty like that before. It was also good. Outside of that, the burger comes with truffle oil, parmesan crisp, pickled red onion, sautéed mushrooms, soy-garlic aioli AND melted mozzarella cheese. Yeah... Just Imagine... So much flavor. I enjoyed my side of Spicy Sweet Fries, sweet potato fries hit with hot honey. They also have Scarborough Fries, which are LOADED with different herbs & hot honey. The service was great. One server was initially taking care of the whole party (we had two tables split out on the front patio). Extra assistance would come here & there, overall consistent. I'd come back to try more of their menu."

"McNellie's OKC is one of the coolest and most cost efficient hang out spots. I have not been back in ages. This pub was a frequent stop on Wednesday nights when I was in school. If I remember correctly, McNellie's has burger night every Wednesday where you could get a burger for A REALLY CHEAP PRICE. It was insanely cheap, can't remember the actual cost. The burger was okay though, but for that price, sign me up anytime. They also have a good selection of beer as well. The pub also has games and other activities to do while enjoying your cheap beer and burger. McNellie's simply is that awesome of a place. Five stars pub based on past experiences but forever LOVE this pub."

"Last Sunday, we took our extended family here after church. There were 9 of us so I got to see a lot of different dishes. They all looked tempting, especially the egg Benedict. The bacon is nice and thick. I can't wait to return and see if they taste as good as they look. Service was perfect. The server took good care of us. I don't know how she managed to do such a good job with a table of 9. My brother in law knew about a perk they have for first time customers. If there's a first timer, the table gets a giant cinnamon roll. Bob told the server we had several first timers and she brought us one. It was enormous! Enough to satisfy 9. The atmosphere was that of a large busy diner. It's decorated nicely. I ordered my usual chicken fried chicken. I asked if the mashed potatoes were scratched or from a box. They are instant potatoes, but they offer baked potatoes as a side, so I got a baked potato and extra gravy and mashed that. The only disappointments I had were the rolls didn't taste as good as they looked, they gave us a whipped spread instead of butter, and the carrots weren't so good. The chicken fried chicken was huge. It was a thick chicken breast fried to perfection and it covered the plate. There was enough for my lunch the next day. You can't go wrong at the Silver Skillet."

"This might just be one of my favorite places, period. The food here is so good. The whole menu is appealing, but I always go back to the Spicy Steak Sandwich every time. Working nearby, I love that this is just right around the corner and overall healthy. You're telling me that I can get a steak sandwich, side and a coffee for like $15 max. Sign me up! The employees are very nice and attentive. I thought it was cute that the cashier had memorized a regular's order and continued to have a very lovely conversation with him as I waited for my to-go order. It was refreshing. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. This inside gets pretty packed but it's cute with a cool multi-lantern chandelier. I just popped in this time, but it's a good little place for a lunch with a coworker or if you're just out and about."

"OKC's best kept secret... Literally straight out of a western. I love the holiday hot drinks. I love the new frozen margarita machine. I love the other seasonal drinks they will bless us with (still thinking about the sangrias). I recently tried the jalapeño shot, and I surprisingly loved that too. I love the atmosphere of the entire place from the inside to the giant patio to the freaking bathrooms that always have a giant candle burning in each. And of course I love the food. The regular menu is small but mighty. The queso and pig biscuits are great. I somehow haven't tried the green chile pork verde yet, but I trust that I'd love it too. I LOVE the weekend brunch food (and $12 mimosa bottles). I watch facebook just to yearn for whatever's being served up for the weekend. It's always immaculate and worth every penny. It's never overly busy. Incredible place to sit and talk or even just meditate with the music selection in the fresh air. Literally, I do not know how this place isn't more popular, but I'm selfishly not complaining for a second."

I didn't visit as a patron in any regular circumstance though; I was here to attend a cocktail class they were holding. We got directions to make three cocktails: Moscow mule, cosmopolitan, and vodka martiniParking and entering the hotel was easy, and the front desk provided directions up to the floor for O Bar. The hotel is very nice, and everything from entering the building to exiting the elevator to O Bar made me feel upper-class lolThe space for O Bar is really intimate with lots of high-top tables and chairs on the same side of the bar, and some nice furniture and low tops on the left side. The bar is straight and short in length, but proportionate to the space There are windows galore across the space; view allows for ranges from the NE to NW. The balcony is on the west side of the bar, and there are a few tables and chairs out thereTheir staff is super friendly and they are certainly cocktail experts that want to know your preference if you like cocktails made your way. The lingo used to order drinks is broad especially for drinks like martinis using words such as dirty or dry and then the choice between gin or vodka, and some other choices I couldn't remember but included ingredients like vermouth and green olive stuff, and orange and lemon zest to extract and flambe the essential oils with a match. Also learned that the amount cranberry juice in a cosmopolitan can tremendously affect the outcome of the cocktailOf the three cocktails we made I think the cosmo was my favorite, but the directions and guidance from O Bar was full of great fun facts. The presentation from the Grey Goose Representative was top notch, and the most memorable fun fact about the vodka is that the wheat GG uses comes from the 'bread basket region' of France, and if you know French Cuisine then you know what's up with that... IYKYK! YKWIM?"

It was still a nice gesture to make us a sauce, but we were expecting something a bit more impactful - a red wine reduction, a garlic butter sauce, a béarnaise, or even a vinegar/Worcestershire/brown sugar/blah blah etc. would have been fine. I won't hold this against them though as it was impromptu and I realize some "fine diners" probably consider me a heathen for complaining about sauce on a high-quality steak.Dessert - 4/5, solid but unremarkable. Nothing against them. Ice cream is ice cream and a cheesecake is a cheesecake.Our server had great attitude and was diligent in her service.Altogether, it was a wonderful experience. Filled with locals on a Saturday during lunch it was a virtual treasure trove of historic memorabilia dating back to the 20's. The service friendly & food outstanding. The hot beef with brown gravy melted in my mouth and the chicken fried steak was as good as you would expect in an old school Oklahoma diner. I saw a huge plate of chili cheese fries go by that I may have to try on my next trip. Topped our meal off with homemade lemon meringue pie & good strong coffee."

I've had the salmon with veggies and rice, the turkey meatloaf with sweet potatoes, and the ground turkey burrito with guac and pico. The salmon was my first meal. It was seasoned perfectly and held up better in the microwave than I thought it would. The only downside is that I found a small bone hiding in the salmon. Last week, I had the turkey meatloaf and the burrito for two separate lunches. It was a busy week, and I had been eating a lot of junk food. So I decided for Thursday and Friday to get my lunch at Prep'd. The meatloaf was my favorite meal! You couldn't tell it was turkey. It was delicious. The sweet potatoes were a little too sweet for me. They tasted like pumpkin pie without the crust. The burrito was also fantastic. The meals are more expensive than you would pay if you ate fast food for lunch, by obviously MUCH more healthy. I think it is definitely with the cost when you have a week where you are too busy to worry about lunch. The extended hours also make it easy to pick up a meal before or after work."
