"Was in OK for New Years and Whiskey Chick's was amazing. Wings are good too. Service is friendly"
"Highly recommend for the special theme nights. They have burlesque, jazz, and more.We came for a super fun hot date and to see some friends perform. We got lucky and hit $5 burger night and they were delish! Also loved the homemade chips!!!We don't drink alcohol and were still able to have an amazing time!"
"This is the hidden gem of Oklahoma's music scene, for indie music at least. A very small intimate space that amazingly enough books some high end talent as well as local and regional acts. Owned in part by member's of Oklahoma's own Starlight Mints, this is the best place in Norman to see a show. Think the Rome of old but on a much smaller scale. I have been to a number of shows here including Sebadoh, Reverend Organdrum (Jim Heath of the Reverend Horton Heat's side project), Calhoun, Bob Mould and even the legendary Genital Chaucer over the years. I've also been to a few private events by friends that have "bands" - basically just an excuse to get up and jam on a decent stage and play rock star for a night. All in all a great place to see a show and unlike other of Oklahoma's smaller venues they have great restrooms, are non smoking (unless you go onto the outside deck), have decently priced drinks and I don't believe I've ever paid much over $15 for any of their shows. How they accomplish this is beyond me when maximum capacity has to be well under 200, but I won't complain. There is a hipster vibe and but not overwhelmingly so and some very cool art can be found and apparently they allow if not encourage patrons to doodle their own graffitti on the walls, especially in the bathrooms. I highly recommend this place for a show. Their advertising budget must be nil because oftentimes I'll only find out an artist I like is playing here from the artist's website itself and if you drive by too quickly you'll miss it but don't miss out on one of Oklahoma's true great places to see a show."
"Was in Lawton for the weekend, so stopped here at the recommendation of a bartender from another Lawton establishment. She said she comes here when not working, so decided to stop in on a Saturday evening. Walking up outside, we saw the fire pit burning and a few tables outside which looked nice. As we entered it was like a step back to the 80s or early 90s... just felt outdated and could use a facelift. The place has a very choppy feel with a main room and a smaller room in the back.We had a seat at the bar and the bartender took forever to greet us as she was actually around the backside working the other side of the bar in the adjoining room.Saw a sign for $5.00 pitchers of beer, so ordered one. It's really more like a half pitcher, but did manage to pour close to 4 glasses from it. The beer was cold and glasses chilled. Also ordered mac n cheese bites and two different style wings. The mac n cheese bites were more like fried chunks of cheese. Nothing wrong with that. Fried cheese is good, so no complaints here.I had the sweet n spicy wings while she had the lemon pepper wings. Mine were sweet, but really not spicy at all. She said her wings were too salty. After a taste, I agree that their dry rub is a bit on the salty side. Not much of a crowd here for a Saturday night and only saw two bartenders working the bar and floor. Overall, it's just a run of the mill restaurant / bar with average food. If in Lawton again I probably wouldn't go back."

This is a very good bar, in the Bricktown district of Oklahoma City. The staff was incredible, they truly made us feel at home. The drinks were very good, and they have live music almost every night. The performer tonight was good.

One of the best local spots for music and entertainment! It's fun to wander around and find little details too!

Okay so it's a dive indie music venue and bar. The bands that play here are definitely my jam. But this place is a bit of a shit hole, a grimey little box. Regardless of that hipsters flock here. I will admit their back patio is super chill during NMF. I get what owners (and rockers!) Andy & Marian Nunez have tried to do here. In recent years they've added a full bar and redone their patio even adding vegan food. But said patio has also been a source of negativity they haven't been called out for. While I love their music (more A.M.P. please!), I am not into the way owners have bullied neighboring businesses over the years. First Tres Cantina and then vs Armando with Peubla. Both now out of business and it could be easily argued Opolis had a hand in their demise. Instead of sensible compromise Opolis owners used The Man (ie police, city coucil, etc) even fucking decible meters to hurt these businesses. Not cool. They need to share the love if they wanna make downtown Norman the diverse entertainment and arts destination it could be.A rising tide lifts all boats.

You can tell that this is a Vet Owned Business just by stepping in or was it the big sign that says it??? LOL.It's a nice little bar off Cache, unnoticeable unless you're looking real hard. Quiet, but can get rowdy like any other military type bar. The owner and workers are awesome, I came here for the first time during a Duck Unlimited Event and it was awesome! Great atmosphere, roomie with the typical military and bar necessities: endless drinks, pool tables, outside smoking, darts, corn hole, a small stage for singing karaoke or having a small live band, and best of all your typical bar type food. I've been on a search for some good old fashioned Bone-In Traditional Wings and this place so far has given me that "MUST GO GET WINGS ONLY THERE" feeling. I haven't experience the bar other than that night but so far from my first experience. I enjoyed myself.

"Great service, fun atmoshphere and delicious food and drinks. We can't wait to go back and listen to the deuling pianos show!"
"Had a great girl's night out; we drank, ate, and danced our night away. Coming from San Diego, it was refreshing to be in an establishment that respects its' veterans. My parents, little brother, brother-in-law, and husband are all veterans and it was nice to see their sacrifice appreciated. Next time we're in town, I'll definitely bring hubby here, he stayed at home watching the kids so I could get out. It was a great night!"
"Yeah. Terrible ventilation. Clothes are smokey the next day, and as far as food goes, it was potato chips and frozen pizza's. It is Enid, so the bar is low and easy to hurdle with even some half azzed effort."
