"FoodFood was excellent the Chicken Steak was crispy and moist in the inside. Mash potatos was okay, and the green beans weren't fresh, canned type. Overall is good.ServiceThe servers were pleasant, professional, attentive, and that great southern hospitality. Love it!AmbianceGreat place, 1950s songs in the background. Small little place and clean. I would recommend anyone to dine in. They do breakfast as well."
"Tried it for the first time today. 2 of us got French toast, 2 got pancakes and 1 got a Spanish Omelette. The omelette had too many jalapeños but otherwise was good. Pancakes were huge but a little tough/chewy. French toast had a nice taste and a good little cinnamon flavor to it. I liked the sausage as it had a good flavor. The eggs were plain but ok. The hash browns were ok but also lacking a little flavor. Overall not bad. Seemed a little over priced compared to another local breakfast place. Service was also a bit slow as the place was not busy but it took us a while to get our food. Our waitress was very nice. Will probably go back but was just hoping for a little more."
"UPDATED REVIEW- original review at bottomThis update is going to be short. Everything was great as usual but I thought I should write to mention that they increased the prices of most of their items. The most important thing I wanted to write about was the fact that when we were at our table we saw and killed 4 baby roaches on our table and by the window area. So I took off two stars for that. First reviewThe outside may look a little rough, but don't let that stop you from the deliciousness that is waiting for you inside! If you are someone who judges places on the decor inside or outside, please look past that and try this place. If you are looking for delicious food on the cheap, this is the best breakfast place in okc! As soon as we pulled up I didn't have the highest expectations, but boy was I wrong. Yes as soon as you walk in you are transported back to the 70s with all the round leather-like booths everywhere and dated decor. I actually like booths better than tables and chairs, so I couldn't go wrong with where to sit. One waitress was waiting for us and a few other patrons were there eating. We picked out a round booth towards the back. Looking at the menu I was so shocked at the low low prices. How can I get an omelette with two sides for $5.50 and it be good? And the French toast was $2.75. Ok we have to try that. We each got a dish and then also got the French toast to share, because with those prices why not right? My coffee was brought out while waiting for my food and it was great coffee! I was worried because at most diner that are affordable, the coffee is usually gross and tastes like an ashtray! Not here. I got a little jar of fresh cream also for my coffee. Yum. The food was amazing! The omelette was ginormous with tons of toppings inside, or should I say insidings since they are not on top?Anyways, it was giant! The hash browns were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and soft inside! The toast was Texas toast, so bring on the carbs baby! The French toast does not have powdered sugar like some places but it comes with syrup on the side. It was delicious . This place is way better than iHop and Denny's! We can't wait to come here again and try some other dishes. The prices are so affordable. If you are a student or just trying to save some money, you should come here and try it out!!! Oh yea, our waitress was awesomen!"
"Smaller, cozy, home style environment. The food quality is really good. They have the best fried pickles I have had yet! I wasn't impressed with the fried mushrooms. The fried pickles made up for that !I also had the cheeseburger soup. It was unusually good, thick, and hardy! The one thing (besides the fried pickles) that will bring me back is the lemon cake! That cake tasted like it came off the show "Cake Wars," It was so amazing! Pricing wise, it's minimal to moderate $ to $$. The price is congruent to serving size and deliciousness."
"Last Sunday, we took our extended family here after church. There were 9 of us so I got to see a lot of different dishes. They all looked tempting, especially the egg Benedict. The bacon is nice and thick. I can't wait to return and see if they taste as good as they look. Service was perfect. The server took good care of us. I don't know how she managed to do such a good job with a table of 9. My brother in law knew about a perk they have for first time customers. If there's a first timer, the table gets a giant cinnamon roll. Bob told the server we had several first timers and she brought us one. It was enormous! Enough to satisfy 9. The atmosphere was that of a large busy diner. It's decorated nicely. I ordered my usual chicken fried chicken. I asked if the mashed potatoes were scratched or from a box. They are instant potatoes, but they offer baked potatoes as a side, so I got a baked potato and extra gravy and mashed that. The only disappointments I had were the rolls didn't taste as good as they looked, they gave us a whipped spread instead of butter, and the carrots weren't so good. The chicken fried chicken was huge. It was a thick chicken breast fried to perfection and it covered the plate. There was enough for my lunch the next day. You can't go wrong at the Silver Skillet."
"After watching a movie with our kids we decided to give Double 6 a try and they did not disappoint! Brian/Bryan cooled our food and was wonderful! The burger was delicious and dining in with our kids was worth it. The atmosphere was just perfect and we will definitely keep this a must go! Great job! Good food ( No photo because we just couldn't wait )"
"Good food and service. Peak breakfast hours are until 9:30 am I'd advise to go for brunch. Service again is top tier"
"Even we they are busy all of the ladies are super nice to every customer and greet you with a smile. Sometimes I swear my momma must be in the back cooking. This place isn't a fancy 4 star high brow place. This is good down home family fixings. I never ordered anything yet that didn't taste good. It's always fresh and tastes like it should. I like their chicken fried steaks. When you are home sick this is a good place to go!"
"Family little diner, good food and friendly people!Burgers and fries are very good but I've never had a bad meal here ."
"Very nice environment, with great staff and pricing. Food was tasty with many different menu options to select from. Perfect for breakfast without having to go far from home."

You can never go wrong with Flo's and wow they knocked it out of the park this time! I got the blue cheese bacon burger and fries and it hit the spot. Hubby got the old fashioned burger and fried mushrooms discs and he shared the mushrooms with me. Omg is all I can say. They were amazing! I'm pretty sure they were voted best burger in the Tulsa area and for good reason.

No, I do not know why this place has a 3.5 rating. It should be 4.0 what a cute little place. The waitress was really nice. Very efficient. Nicole took my order and was a breath of fresh air. It came out in a timely manner huge portions at a fair price and it was yummy. I'm going back for dinner

I have passed this diner for years and thought many times that I would like to stop. The curb appeal is old school 50's diner. Today me and my son stopped to have breakfast! We are so glad we did! Excellent place in every way! Great ambiance!, great service!, great food!, super clean! Nothing negative about this place. It is a must stop! Anytime I'm traveling past I will most certainly be stopping to eat! Excellent coffee! Restroom were super clean!

Tons of food offerings. Breakfast, entrees, burgers. I got a breakfast dish. Spouse got chicken fried chicken. Crowded, pleasantly noisy diner atmosphere. Even though we were a party of nine, Stephanie took excellent care of us, keeping waters and coffee full.

"Nice little diner we found on Yelp Was greeted when we walked in. Quick and speedy service. Waitress was very friendly. We had the Elvis ultimate breakfast. Large portions price was good. Neat little old fashion diner."
"Great food and service, perfect Sunday brunch. The Biscuit Debris was excellent, definitely worth the stop when in OKC!"
"Meat Lovers Skillet 10/10Great food with a local fair. We always stop by on our way to the expo/fairgrounds."
"Pretty solid breakfast. Hashbrowns could used a bit more grill time but you can't mess up a denver omelette and toast. Well you can but still was pretty legit. Service was quick and good and it wasn't too packed for a week day. Totally stuffed and happy"
"Yum!! Smells good. My friend recommended this..one of his favs. Service was tops. Our server had a great attitude and several people stopped by during our meal including "how's your food?" Absolutely worth the stop."
"I love this local diner. The staff is the friendliest staff that I've ever come across. I have to spend some time in Edmond while my kid is attending a class at UCO and I go here to have some breakfast and hang out. The servers are all stellar! They tend to remember what I had to eat and drink the last time and are always genuinely happy to say hello and chat, and this is something I try appreciate. My favorite things I've had to eat on the menu are the biscuits and country gravy, the Classic Benedict."
"This place is awesome and serves delicious burgers as well as fried okra! I got the cheeseburger and it was awesome - also got the fried okra. Their iced tea is also delicious. Service excellent and prompt. The interior is moreover very cool and may have used to been a house. There is also a bar open at night. The name of the restaurant originated from the proprietor's father whose nickname was "Fuzzy." Definitely recommended if you are ever out in Arcadia near Historic Route 66!"
"The food is always fresh and delicious!!!! You've got to try their chicken sandwich dipped in char sauce and cheese tots! So good! If chicken isn't your thing, try their char sauce cheese burger. It's a must as well!"
"Yummy- food is good! Service is good! Overall a good place to eat when you are hungry! They are quick, fulfilling and happy to have you patronize."
"Sid's is the home of the smashed onion burger and it was tasty! The service was great and very friendly. The location is very small, as I counted a small number of tables inside but they do have a long counter you can sit at and watch them make these burgers fresh to order! There's also outside (air conditioned!!!) enclosed seating as well as some outdoor tables. Very cute spot. Definitely check it out if you're in El Reno!"
"This place is great! Fantastic fish with all the trimmings! Well worth stopping, desserts are out of this world! And all the staff wear 50's style clothing! Can't wait to return."
"Last night was our first trip to this joint and we were really craving ice cream. I got the vanilla bean and D got the salted caramel. I tried both and was disappointed that they tasted very similar. The vanilla bean didn't really have that real and distinct vanilla flavor that I crave. It was also disappointing that the vanilla had ice chunks in it because it clearly had been frozen, thawed, and refrozen many times. I won't be ordering ice cream from this place again. The atmosphere seemed abut chaotic. We weren't really sure where to order and while we were eating our cones we overheard several other customers ask where their orders were. It turns out that they had ordered like 15 minutes before us and had been trying to pass the time and watched as many other customers got their orders before them. They held it together better than I would've. I was glad for them when they were finally served. :) I don't want to totally trash talk this place. Apparently it originally opened in 1910 and he interior is beautiful. Many old photos and beautiful stained glass that you can't see anywhere that lacks tris kind of history. For the beautiful history I give his place 3 stars. 1 star for the flavorless ice cream though."
"Always love sunny side for a fast and easy breakfast. The service sometimes takes a little bit but allows you to catch up with your company. I appreciate that you can order regular breakfast but also burgers and vegan items if that is what you'd prefer. Always a good time here"
"Great eats, great music! My fries are sizzling and crisp. Pattymelt has plenty of red onions and cheese. Don't let construction in the downtown Shawnee area hold you back. PLENTY of parking around back and along side streets."
"Happy to pop in and try this new local spot and VERY happy to report they have managed to eliminate the odors coming from the business next door (we would not have stayed if it smelled bad).Breakfast available all day. I tried the veggie omelet and loved it! Super warm, friendly environment. Can't wait to go back and try the AYCE fried catfish"
"Dad told me about this place. It's just off the square downtown and it's a busy place for breakfast! The menu is in large letters so elderly eaters can read the menu without too much of a problem. The waitresses have a colorful variety of work t-shirts to wear. You can buy one if you like for $12!Dad suggested the Big breakfast. There is plenty there for $5.69. Reasonable. The waitress asked us if we wanted our biscuits grilled. Sure! When they arrived, it added a whole new dimension to biscuits and gravy! The frosty mug of orange juice, bottomless coffee and huge glass of ice water( complimentary water, I might add, the old-fashioned way!) Made my day.Good choice, dad! No wonder it is one of his favorite places to eat!"
"Very popular local eatery for a reason. No, it is not fancy but the food is great and the service is even better. Eight of us had breakfast here. There was a large selection on the menu. Our coffee mugs were kept full and the meals came out quickly and were very hot. Prices were very reasonable and everyone enjoyed their meals. Great place!"
"Great double smash burger. Crispy edges and done in the middle/ juicy and perfect. Soft bun and all the fixings made this one of my faves. Also one of us had a patty melt- old time goodness. The American cheese melted just right with nicely toasted bread. We will be back again when traveling through."
"I always love coming to this place when I'm in Lawton. Buns are always hot to the touch. Has an old school dinner feel to it."
"Classic "see your local congressman" breakfast spot in downtown Edmond. Once you're over the local celebs you might notice an orange juice machine that squeezes fresh oranges! Very cool. The breakfast items are all excellent. I love their bacon. Coffee is VERY watery. The service is top notch. They don't let your cup of coffee get even half way empty without filling up. Ambiance is non existent here. There are big cocks (chickens) on the walls every way you look. Creepy or cool? You pick."
"I eat here when I drive up to northern Arkansas from Texas. Occasionally the service can get a little backed up, but no one is standing around being lazy or anything. The food has always come out fresh and very tasty. Staff has always been friendly. Regarding COVID, they've taken measures for social distancing like closing down the salad bar, closing off tables, and the staff were mostly wearing masks correctly. I wouldn't say the patrons exactly care, though, so if you are immunocompromised, just be aware this might not be your place. I'll keep coming back, especially for the fried catfish."
"This place is one of my favorites in Tulsa. I have never had a bad experience here and it has the best chicken n waffles I've had anywhere hands down. The service is always great, and prices are even better!"
"GREAT Food First Class Service. GET here and Have a Good Time, this place is a Must While O/a Muskogee or Camp Gruber/Fort Gibson"
