"I stopped in when I found myself in Sapulpa, and was very impressed. It's as good or better as most similar places in Tulsa. The staff takes good care of you, the buffet was well-stocked with hot and fresh food (even at 2 p.m.) and I saw one staff member shucking fresh green beans, which was a good sign!The price for lunch was $10.99 or thereabouts, and it was certainly worth it. My only regret is I don't live near it, or I'd be there on a regular basis. Well worth visiting if you're in Sapulpa."

"Okay so I'm picky because I'm pregnant... here we go!So first of all this was $22.50 for two people at dinner time tax included. I tried egg drop soup, chicken fried rice, and some of the sushi rolls that didn't look like they had raw fish (pregnant) I liked the sushi I tried. They didn't have spicy mayo or sweet soy sauce that's traditionally served with sushi but they did have spicy mustard, wasabi (that looked extremely artificial but tasted fine ‍) they also had sushi ginger. They had about 8 different rolls to choose from and at least 2 different nigiri options that looked like salmon and tuna.I liked everything I tried. The rice tasted good but there were huge HUGE pieces of onion that was kind of off putting. My husband tried the egg rolls, chicken teriyaki, and several classic dishes. He loved it! We used to go to sunrise this place has better food :) They serve Pepsi products btw if that's a concerning factor!Sorry I can't help more than that."

"Nothing incredible about here, it's just a typical Chinese buffet with your typical characters I was sweet and sour pork, egg drop soup, I'm sour soup, sushi watermelon you know what I'm talking about you. Food was kind of cold so that kind of took away from it. It was a coin flip between here and golden corral, I should have gone to the latter. Place is kept cleanExterior is very outdated and run down with fleas on the auto perimeter but you're here to eat not for the serenario. Staff were very cordial and quick to take a plates away. $14 ish total for the dinner buffet and soft drink."

"For a Chinese buffet, this restaurant is pretty good. It has typical buffet Americanized Chinese food, but it also has quite a bit of unusual food for a buffet. The coconut shrimp is pretty good, light, and not exactly fried. The food looked fresh, and everything I ate had a good flavor. I wish the crab Rangoon would have been warm, because it had a very good flavor. It would've been perfect had it been hot. I didn't try the Mongolian, although I should have. The sushi wasn't bad. Not a huge selection, but pretty good for buffet. They also have a menu, although there isn't sushi made to order, which is disappointing."

"I love Indian food, and as such, always have high expectations. Unfortunately, they aren't often met, but Gopuram absolutely exceeded them!We ordered several different curries, naan, and rice, as well as halwa.Every single curry was phenomenal. We had the Malai Kofta, which neither of us had ever had before. It was so creamy, and the dumplings were a perfect texture, but it wasn't too rich. I also ordered the paneer tikka masala, and it was dreamy.The only reason they are getting 4/5 is because when it comes to delivery, it takes FOREVER. But, as you'll notice, we still ate it. And we still order from there, we just anticipate the wait, and probably end up ordering more than we need...but that just means leftovers!I highly suggest them!"

"Not a bad buffet if you want to experience all you can eat Vietnamese and Chinese food. The best time to go is around 3:30pm because you get the lunch price but dinner food which starts at 4pm during the week day. The waiters are pretty good. They are helpful and attentive. They will make sure your glass is full at all times so you drink more and eat less. The owner sometimes comes and they're very nice people. Sometimes I have a great experience here and sometimes I don't. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it's just mediocre or terrible. My favorites are the foods at the Vietnamese bar on the left side of the restaurant. I always try a little bit of this and that. Their thit nuong aka grill meats are really good. I love that they have lots of desserts options. If you don't enjoy Vietnamese and Chinese food then this is not the place for you."

"Great value! This place was well-staffed, buffet was clean, lots to do, and didn't feel crowded at all even on a Friday night. Food was about what you can expect for an all-you-can-eat buffet, but no complaints here! My family of 4 spent hours here and for $125 it definitely felt like money well spent. We all had so much fun! The place is managed very well and the staff was friendly and well-trained and professional. I highly recommend this place!"

"Mi jacal Mexican Restaurant is located by Loves Country Store. It used to be a Chinese restaurant and some remnants of that business is still here. The parking lot is gravel and not the best. Don't let the outside looks fool you though, the food is great.I've been here a couple of times and it was just about the same except the first time I ordered a taco salad and this time we all chose the buffet. The buffet ends at 2pm and we had gotten there right at 2pm. They let us go ahead and get the buffet and they said they would refill whatever we needed which went above and beyond to me.Once you get your food though, they may check on you once if you're lucky. The service needs help or the employees need more training. Each time I've been here the wait staff are talking to each other at the counter or sitting down chatting like we're not even here. It's rather a laid back job for them. I understand this is a family restaurant but I expect more when I'm dining out.I'll probably go again as it's the new restaurant in town and most of my friends and family want to check it out. I come for the food not for the service, which hopefully will improve on future visits."

"Let's cut to the chase as I cannot finish this review without addressing the biggest issue with The River Buffet, THE LONG WAIT. We were in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes before making it the counter. I would bet, this is the estimated wait time for most people. I only go here for the seafood buffet on Saturday as I don't really care for any of their other food. Crab legs are the only thing I eat at this buffet and they are delicious. I would say the crab legs at River Buffet are even better than at some restaurants. Giving the long wait, I don't understand why they are not doing the number system. Sign in and get notified when the table is ready. It's a missed opportunity for a buffet located in Riverwind Casino. One, customers don't have to stand in line for hours and two, they can go play on the floor. I don't know what management is thinking, making people actually wait in line; this is CRAZY! A helpful tip. They are still offering 15% or $6 off when you have a player's club card which you can sign up while waiting in line."

I travel with the service dog who's been specially trained to alert when I'm flaring up.Ran into a small minded redneck who had issues with me having a service dog in a restaurant. Not only was the staff supportive of me, but most of the customers as well. The food is very good. The staff is excellent and I highly recommend this place and thank you for the patron that paid for my meal. They did not have to do that ."

"I love eating at U Shabu. I have tried their lunch and dinner menu. Both are delicious and have a lot of options. They have several flavors of broth. If you ask they'll let you sample a little before you start dining. However whichever broth you choose, that's the one you stay with during the meal. They provide you with a sheet of paper and you put down what you want each time you order. You can eat as much as you want. You cook our own meats, noodles, and veggies. You get dipping sauces. Let me tell you it is SO good! I'm salivating just writing this review. I've tried almost everything and nothing is bad here. The food is always fresh, plentiful, and the service is top notch. I love coming here and I recommend them to everyone!"

"I died and went to food heaven!Never in my life did I ever think I would walk into a buffet that has every food type you ever wanted, buffet style, under one roof! The building outside boasts steaks, bbq, Chinese, burgers, salads, Mexican. They APTLY named it FEAST for a reason!I worked left to right. There was a sushi bar, a Mexican bar, Chinese, Italian, burger bar, Hibachi Grill, Steaks, ample sides, huge salad bar, ice cream, desserts, different kinds of breads, soups. They cook your burger in 6 minutes, your steak in 10. Just about anything you ever wanted on a bar was there. Stuffed was an understatement. I sampled everyhing,xhad a burger cooked for me, had a steak prepared, and gorged on the Mexican and Chinese foods, side by side! I had water, so I wouldn't spoil the experience by drinking too much. They were very accommodating for my 2-year old granddaughter as well. Great experience! Next time, I am bringing my husband!"

"Came here again for Christmas lunch and we love it. This time we sat in the area where they can cook in front of you. North best for leg room, but it still works. My first plate I tried the orange chicken and it was sauced well and still held a crunch. The chicken was good and tender. The green beans were crunchy and flavorful. The sweet plantain wasn't my favorite. It was just alright. The sesame chicken was a little too mushy for me today, but it could have been the piece I grabbed. The lo mein noodles were good. The fried green beans with sauce were so good, as usual! Crispy on the outside and fresh green bean taste inside. I also grabbed some veggie sushi rolls and ate those right up.The desserts are always fun to try and the service was really good today. Our server was friendly. Great way to spend Christmas lunch!"
