"When I first saw the menu, it isn't all that broad, and you're pretty much going to have to like chicken wings if you're going to eat here. But let me tell you, they know how to do chicken right! Double fried, these wings are crunchy, and absolutely delicious! I got the spicy Thai wings and devoured them so quickly, I wish I had ordered more! I did order a side of fries, which were good, but definitely not the star of the show. My boyfriend got the sliders, and they were really good as well. The chicken was pounded and fried, which made for a really crispy slider. I wish I lived closer, because I'd be eating here every week! Highly recommend!"

"Great crispy tacos! Hard to find with so many street tacos available out there. Yet this takes me back to my taco roots. Carne asada quesadillas were fantastic. Full of beef, peppers and cheese. I shared it and still walked away full. Major beer selection and cocktails too. You can pick inside, outside or rooftop. Was too hungry so didn't think about pics until most of the food was gone. Next time. And there will definitely be a next time!"

"We were traveling and hadn't been to Pete's in probably over 10 years so we just had to stop. Service was sweet and attentive. We were placed in our own little private dinning room. The Garlic bread arrived first and it was so warm and delicious!! Then the salad. I know some don't understand the hype about iceberg lettuce with vinegar and oil, but it is so delicious and refreshing. Especially with the cheese and olives and peppers. I ate my ravioli and meatballs first, and then tried the steak and spaghetti. It's just like going Home for a Home cooked meal. I just can't explain it. It "feels" just as good as it tastes! That's Amore!!"

"I travel to Cushing often and normally struggle to find a place to eat. I found Godo's today and man it was a breath of fresh food. A great looking place with a classy comfortable atmosphere and great people. Super salad fixings and i got a small pizza aWhich was good. The bar looks well stocked with a great tap too. My pizza could have used 5-7 more min in the oven but was tasty. I did notice a lot of people leaving a lot of food on their plates which made me wonder. I say Eat It."

"Came here for my first Yelp Elite event and it didn't disappoint! Friendly and attentive staff. Great food and fantastic drinks. We had two different cocktails that we could try as part of the event and they were both phenomenal. I just wish I remembered what they were called. The food they put out for our event was really great. Definitely not your average blah bar food. There were several yummy options to choose from. There was even a table of human grade dog food for the people who brought their dogs to the event and it honestly looked delicious too lol. I hate to even use the words "dog food" because it was literally human food that was safe for dogs. They even send their food/recipes to Purina for review to ensure that the contents are safe for pup consumption. I thought that was pretty cool. The bar tables that they have set up outside are made by children in foster care. They're taught the skills they need to make them and they provide them to Bar K. The tables are very sturdy and have water bowl holders that flip up/down when using/not using. There's also a heavy duty carabiner hook that you can secure your dog's leash to, so you can hang out hands-free. These tables are really well made and good quality. Purchasing these tables is a great way to give back to the kids.And now to the doggos. There are so many places for the dogs to run and play, with or without your direct supervision. You can basically choose the area you want to use based on your comfort level. There are multiple indoor pens where larger and smaller dogs can play together and also separately. If you have a small dog and you want them to be able to play in a smaller area, there's a little pen for that as well. Outside there are many places in this 2 acre playground where the dogs can explore and play. There are obstacle courses, small hills, a splash pad, and all sorts of places for them to investigate. There is a bar outside where you can order food/drink and there is table service as well. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Now, the question you're all thinking - what if the dog goes potty inside or outside? Well, they have staff for that. When that happens, the staff comes by with a spray, which I assume is an enzyme breakdown type of spray, and they clean up the mess appropriately. There are constantly staff members walking around to make sure that all the areas are clean and tidy. When the owners would talk about Bar K, you could really see the joy in their faces. They're truly doing something they love, and it shows.Highly recommend coming here, with or without your doggo. OH, I almost forgot. One of the coolest things I learned during my visit was that they have events for certain dog breeds on Sundays. For example, one Sunday might be corgi day and tons of corgis will be there playing. The next Sunday might be husky day, and so forth and so on. How hilarious would it be to come on corgi day and see a bunch of squishy butts running around?!Anyway, try this place out! It's a great time whether you have a dog or not. They even have various membership options for you to choose from."

The Flea

"The Flea is one of my new favorite watering holes in OKC!What is it? The Flea is just a super friendly dive bar with saloon-style snacks and lots of options for entertainment. With its great big juke box, pub games, and ample patio, it's a perfect spot for kicking back with your posse. It reminds me of a little gay bar in San Francisco that I visited once. Maybe it was the guys in flannel shirts under the soft light of Tiffany lamps. Maybe it was the thumping music mixed with the alluring smell of weiners. Or was it the mention of Cornhole? I can't quite put my finger on it...Anyway, we stumbled in on a Thursday night and were treated like regulars. The bartender gave us the 411 on The Flea and served up a couple of icy-cold local beers from a selection that was ample and varied. That Francie is a keeper, for sure. We felt right at home here and wish we could have stayed longer. On that night, we uttered words of thanksgiving that there were only grown adults in the joint. No frat boys, blecch! If I ever moved to OKC, I would be a regular at The Flea."

"THIS PLACE HAS BEER! I yelled that because their website doesn't show a beer list on the drinks menu, despite the restaurant having a dozen or more taps. I almost passed over this place because of that. Luckily, my friend decided to call the restaurant to see if they had beer on tap. Not only do they have a great beer selection, they have some of the best pizza I've ever had, and that is saying a lot from this frequent country-wide traveler! The servers were great too, and I'm bummed I didn't write this review earlier, because now I've forgotten their names. (Hey managers - I was there the early afternoon on October 14, 2024. Your staff was awesome! Also, please put your beer list on your website so beer lovers like me don't miss out on your place.)I highly recommend this restaurant and will make it a point to come back when I'm traveling to OKC."
