"I went to Honda of Muskogee, because South Pointe Honda messed up my brand new car (they didnt know how to reset after changing tires and "Tire pressure warning" signal kept coming up on-which I never saw before, on my brand new car). South Pointe Honda were abusive and basically caused issues to my new car that I took to them. I spoke with Honda of Muskogee the next morning and they told me to come right in. I wish I remember who i worked with. He was the sweetest guy and it was a very pleasant validating and helpful experience. Most importantly he corrected the issue that South Pointe Honda caused to my brand new car. He said South Pointe should have known how to reset the signal and assured me my instincts throughout the drama with South Pointe Honda were correct-that how they treated me and my car shouldn't have happened. Honda of Muskogee basically took in my new Honda and corrected what South Pointe Honda messed up. I was charged nothing. I later took my car back to Honda of Muskogee 6 months later before a road trip and they were open and transparent about recommendations and what I needed. Very thankful for Honda of Muskogee (avoid South Pointe Honda at all costs-abusive, disrespectful tyrants who hate women). The men I worked with at Honda of Muskogee were respectful, kind, great humor, overall pleasant great people. Also both times I was there they took the time to teach me about my car which I appreciated. 10/10. Thank you so much for helping me through a difficult event that South Pointe Honda caused me and my new car, Honda of Muskogee!! Your care, knowledge, skill, and kindness really meant a lot. "I had a above average experience with Landers in getting an oil change and tire rotation. I had synthetic oil added and rotation for about $110 bucks. They originally quoted me $116 bucks but when the vehicle was ready they volunteered the discount which was very cool. They also gave me a video and printout of my vehicles health and did not try to sell me anything. I waited while the service was completed in showroom area which was very comfortable and offered free snacks and drinks. Great experience for me, from every level."

Unfortunately after getting the mower started, my mower is trash. The owner texted me to let me know and informed me it would cost more to fix the mower than the mower was worth. Not the outcome I wanted, but I was very appreciative the owner was honest with me and I was 100% satisfied with the service even though my mower is now a big paper weight. Customer service is EXCELLENT! Called and inquired about headlights and an oil change for our Honda CRV & Jon was able to give me answers and accommodate me for an immediate appointment the following day. I arrived before the shop opened; it was an unexpected cold and rainy morning. Not only was he ready...he was professional AND very nice! Jon took my car in and had it done quick!When you are from out of town or not, it is important to have a referral especially when you are getting your car fixed. I had to use YELP because I didn't know anyone in town; 5 stars and very close to my Airbnb-well they did not disappoint! I would 100 percent recommend this place to ALL my family and friends. I had used these guys for batteries in the past and was satisfied with their service. Today however was a different experience. Was quoted $50 for an oil change of I brought my own filters and oil. When I went to pay out it was $187. I was told that I was being charged an extra hour labor for changing my fuel filters. It takes MAYBE ten minutes to change those filters. I usually do all this myself in my driveway and it takes me less than an hour. These guys had my truck up on a lift for over an hour and a half. In that time, nobody ever mentioned to me that an extra ten minutes worth of work was going to more than TRIPLE THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED. If they had I would have told them not to do it. Poor, slow service, blatant and unapologetic price gouging, and the clerk that I was voicing my concerns to continually interrupted me. Very unprofessional and sour. Service manager wouldn't even come to the phone, guess he doesn't have the stones to be called out on their dishonesty. I understand that everyone has to make money, but this is just outright thievery.In regards to their reply: .6 hours + .7 hours is 1.3 hours, not 1.5. Learn to do basic math. Also just because you can charge 42 minute and 36 minutes "by the book" doesn't mean you should. Skinning repeat customers for every dime possible doesn't keep them coming back. Those filters take less than 10 minutes to change. Hiding behind book rates is the crutch of a hack mechanic shop. What y'all did, though technically correct, was dishonest and shady. I'll not be returning and I will continue to caution everyone to refrain from doing business with you.I have no problem paying for services rendered, and I did pay my bill. What I'm pissed about is being charged well over an hour's labor for a task that takes well under a half an hour to complete. It is dishonest to charge more hours than you work. I also did not care for the way I was treated when I called to voice my concerns. The woman that works up front has zero customer service skills and needs to be a little less abrasive.

Well... reminiscing about what a positive car sales experience I had. Did that statement shock you? Well it shocked me.Let's keep it simple. Neil Dolin. God, I hope the man still works there, because he is wholly responsible for this 5 star rating. Rewind back to May of 2021: I was furiously scouring CARFAX, Google....eBay? for my dream 'stang. It's 2022 but that supply chain shortage was still in effect; was it better or worse? Hard to judge these days. At any rate, used GTs were selling at or above MSRP, but hark! I alas found my needle in the haystack: a less than a year old Mustang GT premium with a SEXY MBRP exhaust upgrade at a sub MSRP price. In a moment of disbelief and with frantic fingers I quickly emailed Joe Cooper of Shawnee at some ungodly PST hour. The next day I arose, almost like a kid on Christmas, to an email from Neil Dolin with a video attachment of a virtual tour of my soon to be baby. He highlighted all the main points of interest on the car and it passed all the checks. Enough so that I would commit to the 20 hour drive from California to Oklahoma to make a deal on the car. It was at this point I had thrown all my trust into a car salesman's hands. Woah Nelly! That gives me chills just typing that out, but when we arrived 20 hours later, hanging by a thread of sanity having not slept the whole drive, the car was just as expected. Wait, better! Neil had gone through the trouble of thoroughly detailing it from top to bottom! We took the 'stang, now dubbed Kevin, after it's previous owner, and he ran like a charm, a well oiled machine. "I was due for an oil change so made an online appt while I was in the area. The first available appointment was 15 minutes from the moment I checked. I made the appointment and arrived at the dealership at the exact time. The service garage door opened up as soon I drove up to it. While I was waiting for the oil change, I went into the show room to look at a car or two and then relaxed in the lounge area where they had a really cool coffee machine and donuts. I won't tell you how many donuts I ate, but it was definitely more than one. It took about an hour from the time that I arrived until the time that I left. I don't consider that unreasonable, especially since I was able to spend a few minutes looking at a car and then was able to enjoy the lounge area. I actually prefer going to the dealer for my oil changes because I can usually get a coupon in the mail which makes it cheaper than going to your typical quick oil change type of place. The downside is that inevitably they always come back to you with about three or four things that they suggest you have done like Brake line fluid replacement, radiator flush, new spark plugs, etc. I usually pass on the extras. I find the people here friendly, and will continue to come for routine maintenance."

"Buying another vehicle can be quite the ordeal but this o e hadto be the smoothest purchase yet. Let me break it down for you! Monday I found this Chevy Avalanche on Cargurus in El Reno Oklahoma so I decided to call and ask a few questions about this Chevy and the ever so kind receptionist puts me in co tact with Mr Harry Lorenzen. He answered a few of my basic questions and called me back with answers to the more difficult ones. I explained that I live in Edmond and I wasn't sure when I would be able to come see the vehicle, and Harry quickly but professionally asked if i would like him to bring it by when he got off work. Now that's customer service!!! Without boring you with all the little details i must say that Harry was a pleasure to deal with and the process was super easy and efficient. I am very pleased with our overall experience and I will come there first for any future vehicle needs. However, I hope in the future they spend a few extra minutes detailing my vehicle or at least paid a little more attention to detail - if they had I would have probably given my second 5 star review.
