I loved being told this info on the phone from the start.I was sent an email reminder what blew me away was that axel our repair tech texted me that morning saying I'd be the last stop of the day and my time window would be towards the end. If only everyone did this -- otherwise I'd be camped out for hours waiting.Axel discovered the problem with a bit and was fast at giving me a quote we decided to use them to repair it and again he let me know beforehand and was on time fast friendly and efficient. If any of our other appliances ever go out i have no doubt to call them again. Thank you!"
"DO NOT USE NORMAN APPLIANCE REPAIR. The owner, Matt, returned my call 2 days later, but only after I asked again. Ordered a part for my Samsung washing machine and it took 2 weeks for it to come in. That wasn't bad, but I was told differently by the technicianand the receptionist at the store. I wasn't upset that the part was late, just that their customer service was lacking. All it would have taken is a phone call or text to inform me it was not happening when they said, but I did not get that. When Matt finally called, he started yelling at me, and it was about the part and why it was late. It was because of President Biden. When I tried to tell him it wasn't that that I was calling about, he ranted for a long while. Lots more was said by him, and he even used profanity. The part was not installed because Matt kept saying he was calling the technician and telling him to stop. I did that for him. Matt said because of customers like me, who own a Samsung appliance (or LG) he wasThinking of shutting down his businessVery rude man. Doesn't want to listen to what you have to say."

"I purchased a washer and dryer in mid-September. 60 days later the dryer completely stopped. When I called to resolve the issue the store clerk was rude and basically told me I was out of luck because it was purchased as is. They took a fully functional dryer and told me they would call me to tell me how much they would give me for it and never did. I have called three times and they refuse to do anything or return my dryer."

Long over due, but I've had my used washer and dryer for almost 3 years now and it still going strong! I wasn't completely sure which set I wanted, and they assured me I could exchange them at any time! They delivered and set up for free. Super kind and friendly.

We have used Anthony's twice and have been pleased. My wife did comparison price shopping for an induction stove top and a convection oven and the had the best prices. I just bought a washer and dryer. Again the price was good and they deliver and set up same day or next day.

"Great" is an understatement. My Harry's experience blew me out of the water!!A BIG thanks goes out to Marty and Josiah & Antonio!!My 10-yr-old fridge died on Sunday (Mother's Day) and I was able to replace it with the exact Bosch model I wanted -- with installation last night! Other OKC stores were telling me it would be 7-10 days for delivery... Marty found out I had 3 kids at home and he made refrigerator magic happen!!I placed my order on Monday morning and installation happened the.very.next.day What amazing folks at Harry's!! From here on out, I'll be purchasing ALL of my appliances from this amazing, local company. Thanks again, y'all!!

I was impressed by the promptness of this business, as well as, the pricing. Also, the technicians cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess. The gentleman that answered the phone was polite and very informative. I'll recommend this business to my colleagues.

My daughter bought a set of Samsung appliances from Daryl's Appliances and all three items have broken - it has been a month. Daryl is not exchanging or repairing the items. This is a dishonest person taking advantage of people who are unable to purchase better quality products. This is a scam of a business. Disgusting business practices.If I could give less than a star, I would!
