"Food: N/AService: 4/5Cleanliness: 5/5Decor & Style: 4/5Overall very clean apt complex and very spacious. Good pricing for Norman as well. The gym here is big enough to obtain an entire full body workout and is a great size for this type of complex. Large pool available, and overall a quiet place to stay at even though it's mostly catered to college kids (albeit not all)."
"I haven't been living here longer than 6 months and the staff has been nothing but rude, incompetent, unhelpful, and it's clear none of them want to be working here (they make it very obvious they don't want to do their jobs). The apartments are okay and so are the amenities but I will be moving out as quick as I can, very careless overall do not recommend."

If you are looking for a nice quiet place to live in Norman, the Links at Norman is a great choice. The apartments are very nice and spacious, and are pretty well insulated to save heat and air. For living on a golf course and getting free green fees the rates are pretty reasonable. The clubhouse has pretty much any amenity you could ask for including a pool, hot tub, gym, tanning beds, sauna, restaurant, computer access, billiards, ping pong, and a lounge room with a fire place and tv. The walls in the apartments are not totally sound proof, but most of the residents seem to either be families or college students who want some peace in quiet making noise issues practically non-existant. The only downsides that I have experienced is that it is pretty far from everything in Norman (that is pretty obvious) and the gym doesn't have a lot of options for weight training. All in all it is a great place to live if you don't mind a bit of a drive! ***Supposedly there is about to be construction for building a Walmart right across the street. This construction will inevitably be noisy and not fun to drive through. I will post an update if there is any progress in construction.***

Complex is alright, generic apartments with decent kept grounds. The issues I have began with the lack of knowledge of company policies that my leasing agent had, she informed me of the information required to have my pet in the home. Upon move in I was informed of a completely different set of requirements that "all of the sudden" were required. I also received issues when trying to get anything fixed in my apartment. The biggest issue I have with the apartment complex is how bad the management and front staff are. For a suppose to be "upstanding community" the manager was sitting on his fat ass watching football with a group of other people in the middle of the day in the main entrance, rather than doing his job. This issue mostly stems from the conversation that I have had with multiple apartment complexes pertaining to payment and the fact that I am a student. I informed the front office that due to my student loans being delayed for school, I would not be able to pay until later this month, rather than at the beginning of the month. I was informed by the leasing agent, who had no idea the policies again, that she did not know but was pretty sure they did not allow that. She then walked over to the "community director" who was the fat ass on his fat ass watching football, and he also just stated that it had to paid on time. 2 days after rent was due I was served with a notice from the office that I was to be evicted 5 days after the date of this notice being served if my rent was not paid up for being late by 2 DAYS. It is clear that The Links at Stillwater is clearly horribly ran, does not care for the tenants, will not be getting my service after my lease, only cares about making money, and will not be suggested to anyone other than to suggest it be put in a pool for worst apartments in town, right next to Aspen Heights.
