Truthfully, I did not appreciate being thanked for my service to our country while being deliberately, purposefully overcharged, $57.37, for a 1.75 liter bottle of Kalua.

I have been to Byron's Liquor Warehouse a few times, usually once or twice each year. I have never had a bad experience until today. Byron's Liquor Warehouse still has the cheapest price for alcoholic products in town but the service has been deteriorating, which is sad.Came in on a Saturday around 10:30 AM. There were 2 cashiers in front of the closed off liquors. One cashier was helping taking care of a customer, and the other one was off somewhere. When she came back, she was stoned face. I expressed a greeting since it's Christmas weekend and she was still stoned face...which is okay, maybe she was having a bad morning. I then asked for the Hennessy to which she replied "which one?" I then said "the XO" and proceeded to point and tell her "It's right there." She replied with a tone as if being annoyed and said "I know where it is." Okay...I was just trying to help but i guess I am not. Byron's Liquor Warehouse is great and well known in town but please work on customer service. A greeting and a smile go a long way. What I got from this visit was anything but great.

Byrons may be the best place to buy wine and spirits, but it is absolutely the worst place to buy cigars. So this review is not a reflection on their primary business, but if they want to sell cigars they're they need to get in the game or get out of the cigars business and stick to products that don't rquire special attention, like humidor maintenance. The next time I'm out of cigars, I will resist the convenience temptation of buying from Byrons. Take a look at the photo. The Cigar was totally dried out, crumpled when I cut it, and would not draw. I tried cutting it back and that did not help.Byron's cigar rating is negative, 5!

Byron's is THE liquor store to go to in OKC. They probably have the largest selection in the state and for that reason have a lot of store picks. They also get hard to find stuff but it goes quick. There really isn't much of a need to price shop on your everyday liquors that are easy to find bc their prices are going to likely be close to the cheapest in the city since the sell so much volume.

For this area, this is probably the best option for a great assortment of wine, spirits and other related items. Good pricing. Aisles are well stocked. Looks like they've been in business for 60+ years so that says a lot about support from the local community.

The best liquor prices in town, excellent variety of hard liquor, wine and beer. Very nice and convenient seasonal Sets. What I really like is Byron's always have an employee in the isles to help assist in whatever product you're looking for. Excellent customer service and ample parking.

This is my last visit to Byron's, I'm 80 years old and my wife and I enjoy wine in the evening. Today I bought a case of Josh Cabernet Sauvignon. The unhappy checker was disrespectful and snapped at me when I asked if that was the right price, I have bought it before at a much lower price. I checked the price at Sam's and the same case was $2.00/bottle cheaper. I always feel welcome at Sam's, price isn't everything. Plus I feel uncomfortable in that atmosphere!
